Jurassic Junk Removal

I'm in the process of remodeling a previously (1973) remodeled basement and need a lot of debris hauled away. This was the second time I signed up for the Big Deal with Jurassic Junk and both times they were great! This time in particular...It was one of those icy mornings and although they couldn't get their truck up my steep driveway, the two very courteous and positive guys took all the boards, bags, etc down the driveway by hand and left the area neatly swept. I will use them again, Big Deal or not!

There was nothing negative and everything went as expected, so I was happy. They did what they said they were going to do and they were efficient. They also came when they said they were going to come, so they met all of my expectations.

The guys arrived on time and moved quickly through the job of hauling boxes, computers, dressers, tv's, and exercise equipment from the attic to the first floor. The men were professional and friendly and I really appreciated the "no problem" attitude they had with each question/request we asked of them. I will use them again.

Don't buy a Bagster. I did and then found out that there are all sorts of restrictions so they wouldn't come to pick it up. Then this Angie's Deal appeared and they picked it all up for less than what Bagster was going to charge.

When I called to schedule the appointment, the gentleman I spoke with was extremely nice to work with. I mentioned that I came across the big deal opportunity at the last minute and he was happy to accept. We scheduled an appointment for later that week. There was a small mix up with some scheduling and the gentlemen were not at my home at the time set up. I called and he immediately apologized for the mistake and set up a time later that day. When they arrived, they were extremely polite and gave an accurate estimate of the truck size we would need. We simply had to pay the difference for a larger haul away. How nice was that! The gentlemen worked quickly and were extremely careful when entering my home to remove items. I would definitely use this company again!

Jurassic Junk removal showed up on time to haul away some construction debris in my garage. They were very professional and easy to deal with. I was expecting them to just put all the construction debris in the truck, but they also swept out the entire garage and it looks great now! I would definitely recommend them because of their price, professionalism and quality of work.

Called two weeks ago for date and time appointment. Driver called about 20 minutes early and asked permission to arrive a bit ahead of schedule. Two very pleasant guys showed up moments later with a good-sized Jurassic Junk truck, removed everything promptly and loaded it all onto truck. They were cheerful, neat, clean and efficient, even though it was raining. They wrote up a receipt, wished me a Happy Holiday and left for next stop. In short, I couldn't ask for anything more and I would gladly recommend and use them again.

They showed up, moved out the junk and left. Perfect.

I called Jurassic Junk removal the Saturday after Thanksgiving 2012. Dave promptly returned my call the next day (Sunday) and offered to come out the very next day at 1:00 to provide an estimate and do the job if we so desired. Not only were they on time, but they even came out early! They provided a price of $475 which was accepted and then the job was done quickly and professionally in about an hour. They even swept the spaces where we had the junk staged! All in all, Jurassic Junk provided an excellent and very professional experience.

The team scheduled an arrival date and time. They showed up on time and removed all of the debris. I was surprised that all of the debris "fit" within the original estimate (cubic yards). They were courteous and professional. On time and on budget.....who can ask for anything more! I would use this service again. Larry K

Company account rep contacted me same day I called to schedule the pick up date. He was courteous and professional. Two gentlemen showed up on the scheduled date/time and quickly got to work clearing out the basement room. They hauled away a freezer, old XMas lights, empty paint cans, some old tiles, a table, and an assortment of old junk. They worked fast and cleaned up any dirt they tracked. I would hire them again.

The guys arrived on time and were very professional and courteous even laying tarps over my carpet & steps. There were 2 men who worked non-stop for 3 hours making MANY trips down 3 flights of steps taking all of my stuff from the attic to the garage. The gave me time to look through the boxes and keep what I wanted or put on a pile for them to load onto their truck and dispose of for me.They had a full truckload when they left. I would definately recommend Jurrasic Junk and/or use them in the future if the need arises.

Met with Dave who gave me a bid to remove lumber and beams left over from a previous remodeling job. He was very professional as well as friendly. The 2 young men who did the job were a joy to be around, They did an excellant job; worked the entire time and even swept the driveway before leaving. I still take the time to look at what a great job they did. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing hauling done.

Everything went smoothly. They showed up on time, quickly removed the items from my garage area and were on there way. They were pleasant and courteous.

They call me about 1/12 hours before the set time. I explained how to get to my house and when they got here, it did not take long to do the work. They priced the job, told me about it, I agreed and the work was done in less than an hour.

The "deal" was a waste of $100.

I scheduled them using their website, and they called me the following morning (I reached out on a Sunday). We were able to schedule a lunchtime appointment. They ran about 20 minutes late, but called ahead to tell me. They evaluated my hauling needs and gave me a quote. (Their prices are based on how much of the truck they fill, not based on time.) I thought the quote was a bit pricey, but agreed to it. They quickly worked through the house and removed the furniture. (It's a four story house and I had items on every floor to go.) I also asked them to move a heavy digital piano from my bedroom into the attic, which was going above and beyond. There was no extra charge for that. The guys were very professional. They did track a little dirt into the house on their boots, but no big deal.

I called Jurassic Junk after seeing them in my Angie's List magazine. Dave was very nice, but he said that, as I am so far out of their service area, I would need to have at least a truckful to make it worth their while to come here. Well, I sent him photos by email of some of the stuff, and he could tell, based on that, that I had enough for their trip down here. In his call to me the night before the job, he figured from what I was saying that he should just bring 2 trucks. I am so glad he did! He was right on time in big Jurassic Junk trucks, and got right to work. And boy, did they work! They were all over the place, from the third floor, to the basement, to the garage. I was very pleased with how empty everything looked, and I can't wait to load up another truck! And they were done in a few hours. It was a hot, humid day, and they worked so hard - just 2 of them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
