Jurassic Junk Removal

This was a great experience. The men were on time, friendly, and very professional, as was the person I spoke to several times on the phone. They worked quickly and tried to get as much as possible into the portion of the truck I paid for. I used the Big Deal offer of $100 for a quarter truck, so the price was very reasonable for all the stuff I got rid of. I may well be needing them again in the near future, but in the meantime, I'm just happy to have all this junk out of the way!

Dave responded promptly to my inquiry. We set a date and time and his staff showed up exactly on time. They reviewed the materials I wanted to removed and provided me with pricing. They then loaded up the truck (navigating my hillside for multiple loads) quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the pricing and the service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I had a great experience. I paid $175 more than the deal. They came exactly on time and worked very efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves. The fence made a lot of debris because the wood was decaying. Everything was left clean. The two men were very pleasant and polite.

They arrived on time, and when show what needed hauled away, the loaded it quickly, cleaned up behind themselves, and were on their way in less than 40 minutes.

Without seeing their truck, I couldn't determine how much junk to assemble beforehand. Since the workmen seemed to be in a hurry, I wasn't able to scurry around to grab additional items for disposal. I think buyers should ask in advance for a cubic foot amount so they can envision how much junk to assemble for removal.

I bought the big deal months ago, and when I finally wanted to get around to using it, Dave was fantastic to work with. We traded phone calls, he always got back to me same day. We agreed on with a time that met both our needs, and they called that morning when they were on their way, showed up on time (even a little early which worked out for me), and they were totally easy to work with, and my stuff was picked up and hauled away in minutes, and I could NOT believe how much I was able to get rid of that was considered 1/4 truckload! The BIGDEAL was $100 for $225 worth of hauling, and I must say that for $100, I cleared out a TON of stuff. I will certainly be calling Dave and the Jurassic team back next time I accumulate a pile of stuff. It was super convenient, a painless and professional process, and the price was great!

The Jurassic Junk guys were Great. This was no small job in my mind due to the limited access to the attic and the need for heavy items to be removed. I just directly them to the large junk pile and they immediately went to work. without a complaint. What a relief!! They were pleasant, professional and efficient. I will definitely be using their services again.

When the arrived they told me that it would cost an additional $75! When I responded with i thougt I had a special that was worth $225 and how could just those item cost $225 + 75 they alerted me that it was the carpet that would cost the additional $75. I couldn't understand how or WHY would I pay $75 for a 12x12 carpet I was trashing so I eliminated it from the items. That really didn't sit well with me. I can't imagine how much they would charge someone who really had alot of junk. The guys on the otherhand remain their professionalism thoughout but no I won't ever call them again. I felt that they only baited me.

My street is very tight, so they had to park several houses away from mine. The two young men worked very efficiently, carefully, and carried all the garbage down the sidewalk to the truck and mostly filled it with my refuse. I bought the big deal and it included 1/4 truck load, so I paid extra to get it all hauled away. The truck is very small, the bed is only about 10' or less. I was perfectly happy to pay the extra to two fine young professionals who were kind enough to rid me of all my excess garbage. The city refused to take any from the street and I no longer own a pickup, making it difficult to do on my own. This payment was still much less than a monthly pickup payment and the gentlemen also swept off my porch and made sure nothing had fallen onto the sidewalk or street. They even let me pay with a credit card, making the transaction more painless. I will definitely call Jurassic again when I have junk to get rid of.

They were quick and efficient. They arrived before 9 am and worked till 11am and got the job done. I had a washer that had to be removed and because the stairway was narrow, they couldn't bring it up whole so, they broke it up and got it out. I'm impressed!

Greg and Zach were very professional and diligent in their work. I would absolutely use them again.

All-in-all a very pleasant experience, and we plan to have them come back soon.

They were so well tuned it wasn't funny. Started carrying things out as soon as I said what was to go. As I showed the head man on the truck what all was to go, it was done before I knew it. Never seen anyone clean out everything I pointed out then sweeping the floor under things that hadn't been moved for years. We inherited an old incentenor when we purchased the housee along with an old clothes cabinet. i pointeed out to them the things that were in different areas, before I knew it everything was gone and on the truck. They were fantastic workers and I'll really call them again when I find more to move. Can't believe how efficient they were seeming to leave almost before they had begun.

They did a very good job. I liked their efficiency and how they handled things. They came, did the work, and did not mess around. They took everything, there were no problems. I compared their prices and they were in the same ballpark, I had an Angie’s List Discount coupon as well. They were very good; I am going to call them again to do the attic.

Arrived at apointed time. Truck and employees organized and neat. Would not fill up truck for Big Deal price. Advertising was bait and switch, had to pay much more than the Big Deal price.

Dave and his co-worker hauled away a truckload of trash and unwanted household items in preparation for a home sale. They were very accommodating to our very tight schedule. We were coordinating several organizations for pick up of donations and had to get the garage cleared out on a specific date at a specific time. We originally thought we would be ready for them early afternoon, but needed some additional time. They agreed to postpone the pick up for a couple of hours to allow us to finish preparing for them. They arrived right on time, were very friendly and helpful, and accommodated a much larger load than originally estimated. We were very pleased with the service and will call them again when we need junk hauled away!

Because of some disclainers, I called ahead describing what I needed taken away including scrap wood from projects over the years. When the two gentleman showed up (on-time!), the younger gentleman tried to say something about the scrap wood would need to be charged by weight, but I told him of the conversation and they accepted the "deal". They cleaned up after stuff removed and left no remnants of my pile.
