Jurassic Junk Removal

I signed up for this service as a result of an Angie's List Big Deal offer. When I called to arrange for the pick up, the gentleman I spoke with confirmed the Big Deal offer and then told me that if my items took up more space than the Big Deal allowed for I would be liable for the extra cost. That was fine with me since those details had been mentioned in the Big Deal offer, and besides it's only fair to pay for the extra effort. On the day of the scheduled pick up, the team (3 gentlemen) called to see if it was convenient for me to have them come earlier than we had scheduled, which worked out well for me. The men introduced themselves, shook my hand, and proceeded to load my junk into their truck. They even cleaned up the dead leaves and debris that had accumulated around the junk! When I told them they didn't have to do that, they explained that they wanted to leave the area clean. I received a receipt and a business card and they each thanked me for allowing them to provide this service. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone needing junk removal.

REFRIGERATOR HAD BEEN IN BASEMENT FOR OVER 30 YEARS. ONLY WAY OUT WAS UP STAIRS. 2 GENTLEMEN WORKED VERY HARD TO GET REFRIGERATOR UP STAIRS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. PS I,M AN OLD GUY AND VERY HARD TO PLEASE.

The movers and haulers were very courteous, worked diligently to take the old junk out of my house and put in in their large hauling truck. Disposing of the junk was part of the cost and I was so happy to get rid of things I had stored in the basement for far too long. The men were very careful to not bump the walls or do any damage to my house when removing particularly the extremely heavy filing cabinet. It was a back-breaking job to handle and well worth it.

TOO YONG MEN OF COLLEGE AGE CAME ON TIME AND REMMOVED ALL THE JUNK. THEY WERE QUICK AND KIND.

I purchased the Angie's list coupon and called immediately. They were able to schedule my pick up in less than a week, which was terrific because they provided the first appointment of the day. They two guys in the truck were there a few minutes before 9:00, which was terrific. There was a $7.00 charge to dispose of a tire and they provided me a receipt right away so that I could get to work. By the time that I went in and grabbed my coat and bag, they had loaded all of the items and were gone. Overall, I was very satisfied with all of the service.

They helped me and there wasn't an extra charge. It went just fine. They were in and out in less than a half an hour. They did a good job. They both were personable and they had a nice clean vehicle to put everything in. They worked quickly and I had no problems. I'll probably be calling them back next month as I've got some other stuff I want to have removed. It was a reasonable price for what they did.

I had purchased the coupon for junk removal knowing that the amount I had surpassed the limit of the quantity listed. Once the guys showed up I let them know of everything I wanted removed and they gave me the quote for the additional fee. It was a bit higher than I first thought, but I did have a full truck load of junk. There were a few items not in the main pile that i asked them to also take, but the guys did not remove them. I dont know if the amount surpassed a full load, but since they quoted me for the entire amount I would have liked them to contact me and let me know about the situation. I scheduled the appointment over lunch so i could run home and show where the junk was located. Their prior pick-up was late and therefore pushed my appointment back a bit. They did call me when they realized they would be late and apologized for the inconvenience. Things happen and I wasnt too upset because they were professional about it.

I purchased a Big deal for Jurassic Junk Removal. I was moving and had some unwanted items for them to haul away. They was late but they did call ahead of time to let me know. They did a good job.

There were tree men that arrived early and did the job in less than the allotted time. They were all very nice. St the end, however, we ran into a pricing problem but I talked it out with the owner David and it was resolved within a few phone calls.

The deal was 89.00 for 225.00 worth of junk, they hauled a upright freezer a trash can and a carrying case that goes on top of a car and three small items. They told me that I filled up a little over a quarter of the truck and they said that I owed an additional 50.00 more and it was a small truck compared to the I got junk trunk I had used previously. I would never use this company again. It was much more than I anticipated.

The team of three very professional men arrived on time and quickly evaluated and loaded the truck. They were courteous and careful in the space. I used the Big Deal coupon and had additional items that were well worth removing for the additional cost. The men also indicated that the usable exercise equipment would be donated to Good Will and that was a wonderful surprise. I will definitely use David and his team for future work.

I ordered the Big Deal for $89, I knew it was for 1/4 truck and I knew I had more than 1/4 truck worth. I was going to see what the price was to take everything after we got the 1/4 truck filled up. We filled up the 1/4 truck and it was an additional $75 to take the rest of it, which is I was pleased with. Overall I had about 1/2 a truck full I would say. The driver's called ahead of time, were 15 mins early, which was great for me. Very professional and did a great job. I would recommend and call again in the future.

The 2 men from Jurassic Junk Removal arrived right on time. I had purchased the Angie's list big deal, 1/4 truckload of junk removed for $89. I knew I had quite a bit more, but that was no problem for a reasonable extra cost. They hauled everything on the truck from my basement and also went to the 3rd floor of my home to retrieve some heavier items. I was impressed with how quick and professional they were. A great experience and I love my clean basement. If you have kids, they will love the logo on their truck!

This is the second time I've used Jurassic Junk and they're the best!!!! I purchased the deal from Angie's List for $99. There was a lot of stuff that had to be removed from my attic and a few things from my spare bedroom. They showed up on time and efficiently removed all the stuff. I can't say enough good things about them! The $99 deal, was for the approximate volume of 4 washers. Well, there was more than that AND....it was carrying things from the 2nd and 3rd floors and it was well worth it.

Arrived right on time. I was expecting them to just document what to take and schedule another time to pick up junk. They said we can take it all today, which was great because our family work schedule is hectic. They took about 1/2 truck load including a large oversize tv, 3 old air conditioners, foosball table, other old pieces of furniture and some left behind concrete. In and out in 45 minutes too. The two employees were courteous, friendly, and did the job extremely well. Couldn't be more pleased. Definitely would use again. Very reasonable. With the discount through Angie's List a $350 job for $125.

It went very well. They took all the items that I wanted. They were very friendly. The only small concern I had was the added charge for having more than a quarter truck full seemed to be a guess by the workers but I felt it was an agreeable charge considering the deal I was getting. Overall, a great experience and I would use them again if necessary.

They were done in a short amount of time, were friendly, and seemed to be wanting to have a pleased customer. They were careful when carrying these items up the stairs and out to the truck. Would not hesitate to use these guys again.

We purchased the Angie's List coupon $89.00 for $225.00 worth of hauling. I called to have some questions answered; specifically if I would be charged the gas fee and how the yard debris needed to be bagged and such. He agreed that according to Mapquest we were just within the range without incurring a fee He also stated that we would probably fill half the truck and so may incur an additional fee but stayed true to the coupon deal. We will schedule sometime before Fall and are hoping things go well. A review will be submitted after the work is completed .

It was mediocre. They came and performed when we were at work. They were suppose to remove some things out of our back yard. They removed so little we are not sure what they removed. We only know they did a job because they left a piece of paper saying that they did.

The two gentlemen sent to execute the job arrived on time and were extremely helpful and professional.

I had contacted the company and asked for the date of March 22, and was told that they could do it in the afternoon around 12:30pm and on the day they were to come they called and ask if it would be possible to be there at 11:15 which ended up being better for me. Three men arrived and looked at what needed to be taken away and said that it was going to cost a little more because I had more than the angies deal that I had purchased, it was alot of stuff and it needed to be taken away so I agreed. They were very professional they swept the floor after removing everything, they were very friendly and they were done before12:30. I would definetly use them again.

These guys were excellent!!! If you need anything hauled away that your waste company will not take, I would urge you to call Jurassic Junk Removal. They're very professional and they work around your schedule to make sure that you're satisfied. They even hauled off a few extra items before leaving my home. Not to mention, they make certain that they clean up everything prior to leaving. So, I'll be using these guys again in the future.

I liked that they were a local company and they were more affordable than other companies. They were on time, they were actually early. They communicated very well. The two gentlemen that came were very professional, helpful, and quick.
