Jurassic Junk Removal

It went well. Thought the price could have been better. They were very professional and considerate.

They called to see if they could come early, which was OK with me. They were courteous, put booties on before entering my house, and made sure to not damage the walls or doorway as they manipulated some very large and heavy furniture out the front door.

They called to ask if they could come a little early and were there waiting at the office when I arrived. The two young guys had trouble initially moving the VERY HEAVY cabinets (they have lead or cement liners in each drawer front and on the sides)so I suggested removing the drawers and showed them how. They took over and handled the rest. It was pretty painless. The removal of the cabinets left a trail of rust and dirt on the office carpet, but that was to be expected. The staff they sent were pleasant, hardworking, and efficient.

these guys were great. punctual, hard working and quick. they went above and beyond when it came to getting a dryer out of my basement that wouldnt fit out the door. they took the time to break it down and remove. i wish they could have taken more but had a limit to 1/4 of a truck. great job though .

The crew showed up on time and after making their plan , went to work removing the requested items in a timely fashion. When they had finished and were ready to leave, I inspected the to make sure all work had been performed. I notice that a 4" gash had been ripped in my 2 month old flooring. As this is sheet flooring even an expert repair is noticeable. I'm very disappointed and would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

The date/time were confirmed by phone and the truck and two men arrived exactly on time. They were very well organized and professional. Came in and removed all the items and provided their business card and a receipt for the work done. This was an incredible bargain since it was an Angie's deal of $225. of hauling for $90.00. I've used other hauling services in the past, but would definitely hire these guys again.

Great! From my first call to clarify something to the moment they left it was great. I did leave a message the first time I called, but they returned my call in 5 minutes and apologized for not being able to answer immediately - not that I was bothered, but great to know they cared. On the actual day of the service, they arrived at the scheduled time and introduced themselves when my wife answered the door. This may seem like a small thing, but many people we've used for work around the house just show up and don't bother to say who they are. They quickly assessed the situation and in a matter of minutes had cleared out both piles, cleaned an area including and around the piles, and neatly folded the tarp we had had used on the outdoor pile. They had no issue with trekking to the far end of the basement, or dealing with anything we'd collected for removal. The areas they left were cleaner than they've been since we bought the house and the workers were quick, polite, and professional. We have an old house and will probably have more things to be hauled away as we fix it up. I will be using Jurassic Junk for sure.

I bought a coupon for junk pick-up and called to schedule an appointment. The two guys showed up just before the scheduled time and got straight to work. They were very polite and professional and were finished within 20 minutes. They even swept out the garage after they loaded the truck. With the coupon, this service was a great value, and I'm happy to have the junk removed so quickly and easily. I would definitely use them again.

The two movers carried out various pieces of unusable home improvement materials and were able to complete the entire task within 20 minutes. Very prompt and courteous.

The two men who came were wonderful: polite and considerate. They were right on time, and they filled the truck in a very efficient manner. They removed junk that has been in my way for 25 years. I'm going to have them back for a second round of hauling next spring.

The job went very well. Setting up the appointment was easy but Jurassic Junk needed to move it a day or two before. Luckily we were flexible. When they did come, they quickly sized up the job, gave us a quote on hauling the branches above the limit in the Angie's List "Big Deal", and after our approval, went to work. The crew worked quickly, cleaned up the area nicely, and were gone in under two hours. Seemed just a bit on the pricey side, but I was happy to pay it to save the time, and avoid the wear and tear on my body and vehicle.

They called me back promptly when I requested the service and arranged a date that week that worked with my schedule. The driver contacted me to let me know they were on the way that day, arrived when they said they would and worked quickly and thoroughly to haul all the stuff we had stacked up, even though it was behind my house and they had to drag it through the yard and up a flight of 6 steps to the truck. The workmen were polite and professional and they even swept the back patio off when they were done. I was very pleased with the service from Jurassic Junk and plan to hire them again later this year when we are finished with some other remodeling projects. I've recommended them to friends and neighbors, too.

I scheduled the appointment via e-mail. They arrived promptly at our agreed upon time. They were dressed professionally and were very pleasant. I showed them where the items were to be removed, and I was provided a quick estimate. I had purchased an Angies List big deal and I knew I had exceeded my allotment. :) The additional cost was reasonable. They loaded up everything quickly and they were on their way. I was pretty organized ahead of time -- but I was very pleased with the job.

They were courteous and I really liked that they swept the area after they collected the scraps. They did all of this in the pouring rain with a smile on their faces. All in all it took about an hour. This was a great deal!

Greg called about 45 min early and said they could come right then if I was ready, which I was. I showed them what needed removed and was given a price quote. I authorized the job. They worked efficiently, were professional and courteous and cleaned up after they were done.

Called ahead of time, arrived on time, removed the material and left. Were professional and personable. They gave me an estimate to tear down and haul away a fence on the property, which I considered reasonable. I don't have the cash right now but will have them come back in about a month and remove the fence.

Get this, he was actually early! Very helpful with scheduling and accommodating. We put a post it note on it, they came and took it. easy and simple
