Jurassic Junk Removal

When I had first used them, it was a great experience. They are hard workers, and did an amazing job. It was quite freeing to finally clear out the clutter. I am very disappointed that they don't want to come this far from their home base, but I can certainly understand their reasoning. I highly recommend them if you are lucky enough to live in their area.

The scheduling was simple and easy. Company was able to reschedule in a timely manner after it was necessary to cancel original appointment. The work was performed quickly, and included a thorough clean-up of garage floor and driveway as well.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were great. Getting rid of the stationary tub was the main reason we bought the deal. I thought it was a great deal that they were willing to get rid of it for $89. It was a concrete and metal enormous tub. Two people came out to do the work. They were friendly, helpful, polite and could not have been better.

The driver called to inform me they were going to be about 15 min late - the service was prompt, professional and very courteous.

Called to ask if arriving early would be all right. Arrived promptly. Put on booties before entering the house. Finished all the work, asked us to check if all was OK and managed to get everything within the confines of the deal. I would hire them any time!

They were pretty good. They definitely charged us quite a bit extra but they got everything picked up nice and neatly and they were very fast. They were very nice and polite but it wasn't clear how the extra costs were calculated. We would probably use them again.

It was fine. They did a good job. The big deal was for $89 but I added on more services. They were on time, quick and made sure they cleaned up when they were done. I was there the whole time they were there, they were good in their communication with me, and it really went well.

Jurassic Junk arrived very promptly after being scheduled just a few days prior. Crew was very courteous and willing to help remove all items. A GREAT VALUE ESPECIALLY WHEN WE WERE SCHEDULED TO MOVE WITHIN A WEEK AND HAD ITEMS THAT DID NOT SELL AT A GARAGE SALE.

I had a large piece of exercise equipment and they took it out of the gameroom and onto the truck. I also had 2 lawn mowers and an old outdoor swing. Everything went smoothly they were in and out in no time. I would use them again. They were very professional and courteous.

I like the concept of the service and the fact that a crew shows up to remove the junk for you, but we thought that we would get a little more removed from the description. The description for the deal made the comparison that 4 cubic yards was "approximately 4 washing machines in size". We had an old dishwasher and about a dozen small rolls of carpet, but they would only take the dishwasher and half the carpet unless we wanted to pay another $200 to remove the rest. A full size pickup with a standard 6 ft. bed is just under 2 cubic yards when fill to the top of the bed so it seems like our junk would have all fit into 4 cubic yards. It was still an OK deal and the crew was courteous, but we just expected more and if it would have been necessary to upgrade to a half truck load then it would have been nice if the cost was a little more proportional to the original deal.

They were punctual and priced right. We would use them again.

It went very well. Paul and Dave showed up exactly on time and quickly went to work. They were friendly professional and hard working. I was impressed that after removing the materials - from cabinets to yard waste - they even swept the area from which they moved the junk. I would definitely recommend them to people I know.

I purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" for Jurassic Junk to haul away up to four cubic yards of garbage from our home. We had larger items like a dismantled water bed frame, a baby crib that was no longer in good working order, old patio furniture, etc. The cost from our weekly trash service provider was much higher than the $89 we spent on the Big Deal. I called Jurassic Junk, easily scheduled an appointment that worked within my schedule for them to come to my house and had the items in my garage waiting for the crew. The two gentlemen were friendly, efficient and even offered to sweep out my dirty garage for me before they left. They were able to remove some old electronics and even an old car battery. It was so easy.

They were a delight. They were easy to work were and were prompt. The communication was clear and the junk was moved.

They called me right back, they showed up when they said they were going to, they were very courteous, and they were just very helpful. They were a little early and they called me to let me know.

Great experience from initial inquiry, cost estimate to arrival and job completion. Very swift once they arrived. Had purchased a deal for 1/4 truck load but the junk was about 1/2 truck so paid them them additional charges which I felt was fair. They came at a time convenient for my schedule. This was also helpful.
