Jurassic Junk Removal

It went well, they came when they said they would. I felt they went above and beyond. They even took a broom out to clean up what little debree was left from the pile of junk. They were courteous.

Used these guys before and will use them again. Great!!!

Jurassic Junk Removal was AWESOME! They called me the morning after I purchased the Big Deal to schedule an appointment with me. I really appreciate that they were proactive in working with me. We setup an appointment. The guys called when they were on their way and arrived right on time. They were friendly and professional. I showed them everything that I wanted removed. They told me how much extra I had (that would fit in the load amount I had already paid for) and gave me an estimate on how much extra it would be to get the rest of the stuff. They did this before they started removing anything. I appreciated that they didn't remove everything then tell me it would be extra. The quote for the additional junk removal was extremely reasonable. We agreed on the extra amount and they got to work. They removed things from all 3 levels of my home. They were quick and very professional. They were careful not to nick my walls or paint. They were really great and before I knew it they were done. They asked me to walk through and make sure they got everything, which of course they did! Hire these guys!!!

Removed junk from basement including refrigerator and other large items. Prompt,professional and courteous.

I have used them twice, and will again. They were efficient and polite. They even swept my driveway when they were cleaning up. I was very pleased both times.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent. I asked for the next increment and it was a little bit too much so I didn't purchase anything more than what was offered online. I needed to know how to shut off the main water valve and one gentleman showed me where that was and did it for me, which I thought was very nice. His name was Paul. The price was okay because it was a big deal. It wasn't their normal price.

Their service was excellent. They were very personable and responsive (even when they saw the small mountain of bathroom demo materials I needed hauled away!). Scheduling and communication was easy, and they even did a great clean up job after they were done. Would definitely use them again!

The service was very good. They came on time and they took away everything needed at a rental property. The machines were falling apart and they did a good job removing them. They were nice to work with.

It worked out fine. The "Big Deal" covered everything for me. The gentlemen were very nice and everything. They did do what they came to do and they were very efficient and thorough doing it.

Arrived on time and quickly loaded the truck. It ended up filling a lot more of the truck than I expected so I had to pay quite a bit more than the angle's list deal, but I suppose I still saved about $100 compared to normal rates. It was well worth it to have it all removed and my back yard looks so much better now.

We were pleased we bought a second deal. There were no additional fees because we were still getting our stuff organized for a while. I thought the service was great. We actually we do not do any large projects anymore without using Angie’s List.

I had several items to dispose of after purchasing a home this year. My waste hauler would not take the items. Jurassic contacted me within a day. We arranged a date without a problem. They were prompt, efficient and carted away everything! I will definitely consider using them again.

The process went very well. Shortly after I contacted them they were in touch with me and a couple days after that my junk pile was out of sight.

We made contact and they arrived on time. I didn't have much for them to take however, I had 2 extremely heavy stacked glass tables that I was tossing. They came took the tables and a few other items and was done. I will definately use them again.

|Looking at the truck, I assumed I could fill it for the promotion cost, but that was not the case. |Was given the actual price once truck was loaded. |Not implying that they purposely mislead me, however at the point that I reached the promotion cost I should have been informed of the additional charges before filling the truck to capacity.

Wow on two counts! One - why did it take me so long to get this done... and two - the employees were fabulous. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes, even consulted on an old appliance and its potential to get through the doorway in the future. I would absolutely have them back at anytime.

Clean out of a garage from a renovation of a basement in a rental house I owned. The pricing is high, but when you pay, they are fast, efficient, and very professional. I would recommend, but as a whole purchaser they are too expensive for my rental business. For a regular residential home owner who doesn't have access to $12/hr day labor - great service.

I had a deal for a certain amount of waste removal. They were very clear in pointing out how much of my yard waste would be covered and what would be over the limit and cost extra. They arrived a little late, but they worked hard and were easy to work with. They left a few scraps in the parking lot, but nothing major, and the area they cleared was thoroughly cleared.
