Jurassic Junk Removal

Went well. Jurassic called and said they were running early and asked if acceptable to come early. No problem for me. They quickly removed everything and swept up after all loaded,

It didn't...very disappointing.

The two men were actually ahead of the scheduled time. They called to see if it was alright to come early even though the weather was terrible. Upon their arrival I gave them the general instructions of what needed to be removed from the area. They removed what they were told, but did not take the initiative to pick up items that were definitely part of the items that should have been removed. Since I didn't point exactly to those items they were left in the yard. These items were small i.e., plastic pipes, pieces of wood, broken branches. I didn't think I needed to show them every single branch that needed to be removed, but apparently I did. There was also an additional charge to remove tires. They worked quickly and efficiently on what they did remove. They were friendly and presented themselves professionally. I would consider hiring them again, however I would make sure that I would point out everything that needed to be removed and not leave it to their judgment.

This is the second time I am buying Angie's Deal with Jurassic Park. Paid extra 220 for additional 4 cubic yards, because it was heavy plaster (from basement demolition and clean up). Liked the team from the first time. They are nice, polite, and professional. Just showed them the pile of junk and it was gone an hour later. They cleaned up after themselves. Will use them again in the future. So much more convenient than the dumpster.

They arrived on time, loaded heavy items and were very professional. Experience was great and I would use them again.

I called their customer service and they said they were near by and would be at my home in about an hour. They arrived promptly quoted me a price and removed the junk, which included an old snow blower. They even swept up the pickup area. The person in charge was friendly and courteous.

This is the second time we've hired Jurassic Junk. They have shown up both times exactly as scheduled, conduct their business very professionally and have always left the area cleared cleaner than they found it.

Very good hauling. Prompt and professional. However, if the "deal" through Angie's List is for a $99 haul, and you find out that the estimation of your pile is several more "piles", this starts to feel like those rug cleaners who promise a set fee for one room and then tell you that your room is really three rooms..... Isn't there a way for Angie's List and these providers to be more clear on the up front costs?

They came on time and removed as much as we needed. We had no problems scheduling with them.

There communication was fantastic. They contacted me via email within 24 hours of purchasing the Big Deal, and asked for my top 3 choices for pickup time; and they were able to do my first one. I explained what I needed picked-up, and the size of it, and the immediate told me "no problem", and see you then. On the day of the pickup, they called and were ahead of schedule. They came, introduced themselves, and proceeded to do everything themselves, even though I offered to help. Very professional, nice, gentlemen. I will use again in a heartbeat.

It was great! We did a walk-through and pointed out things that needed to go. Then they worked unsupervised. They were trustworthy and diligent. I loved the fact that I didn't have to handle anything myself, i.e. putting stuff on the curb, etc. It's amazing how quickly half a truck can fill up! No item too big or too small.

They were responsive, on time and handled theses larger awkward pieces of furniture without damaging walls or anything. I was very happy with them.

It was fine and it ended up costing me more than I anticipated, and I didn’t think it was that great of a deal.

I purchased a home and the previous owners left some old lumber, a broken down picnic table, numerous paint cans. metal cabinet etc. My residential refuse carrier would not take the items. Jurassic contacted me within 48 hours of the purchase. They came when they said they would, were prompt, efficient, carted away everything and left no mess. I would definitely use them again!

Quick service-- answered my call immediately and scheduled service right away. No problems with the removal of the items, clean and quick.

My experience with them went okay. I think I ended up paying an extra $150 which was actually less than what the full amount would have usually been. I used the service very quickly after I purchased the big deal. They did a really good job. I was in a very difficult situation where I had to clean out a house very quickly, and that was why it ended up being more than the original deal was for. They were very willing to negotiate what their set price was for the load that they took away for me.

I liked that they were on time and professional and polite. They did a great job. I would recommend them.

The two men arrived on time and were very professionally dressed. They jumped right in and started hauling out the TVs. One was very large and took all three of us to get out of the basement. But we did get it out. They did a great job and were nice to work with.

That was pretty good. It wasn't 100% great. I've had junk removal done before. They can only remove a certain amount for that price which I understood. It seems smaller than what I would expect. And then, I had to pay more money to get them to take the rest of it. It's sort of like I don't know that I totally believe what they were saying to me about "Ma'am, we can't take that much. We only take a certain amount of cubic yards." It's saying like what I was paying for as a deal that they gave me and any deal. It was more like I had to pay extra to get what I already thought was going to be in the deal. They did take the stuff away but I was disappointed that I just felt it was a little unclear and I wasn't really sure that they were being franky with me about how much stuff I had. I wasn't really expecting to be charged more. I think I paid another $150 or $200. I didn't really know how full their truck should be. I just sort of paid the extra and was sort of disappointed. They did do what I needed to be done. I probably might use them in the future.
