Jurassic Junk Removal

They have done work for me before and I like them a lot. There were no troubles with scheduling or with the work at all. We needed them to do additional hauling of other junk that exceeded the deal. Everything was great!

I thought I might have exceeded quantity permitted on the deal. They said, "No, you're good". They swept up afterward. Very friendly guys. Just the kind you like to deal with. I might have need of this kind of service again soon and Jurassic will be who I call.

They arrived on time. They were very friendly and considerate. Took everything I wanted to get rid of. There was no extra charge which I fully expected that there would be an additional charge. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We received our quote over the phone, which we thought was reasonable: the lumber was awfully heavy for two homeowners who suffer from unpredictable back pain and also, we live on the high side of the street! We were given two days as a possible arrival, both days under a week. We were in no hurry. Two young men arrived on the earlier day and both were extremely polite and courteous. We told him that the tree debris just happened recently (this wasn't discussed over the phone) and he said it was no problem to get rid of it, too. They both worked quietly & efficiently. It was especially nice to see how they handled the cement chunk: he did not drag it across our sidewalk to get it to the truck. It was kept upright but turned round & round to slowly get it off the sidewalk and onto the street in front of the truck. We especially appreciated this, as there was no damage to the sidewalk. Afterwards, the crew swept the area where the lumber was removed from. We were able to settle the invoice right then and there, as the man had a portable credit card device. Overall, we were VERY pleased with the service: quick, efficient, polite, and respectful. I highly recommend Jurassic Junk Removal & we would definitely use them again!

Everything was done efficiently and on time. The employees were respectful and even cleaned up afterwards...even had their own brooms, etc. In fact, they picked up more than I thought they would...and now my basement is clear of years of unwanted clutter. I would highly recommend them to others.

It went really well, I bought the Angie's List deal and asked how much additional it would be to remove all bricks. I paid $125 extra to get everything removed (we had about 2 tons of brick). They were prompt and fast, didn't leave anything behind. They had to make 2 trips due to the weight of the bricks, were able to come back same day. I only rated a B in professionalism because after the first trip they did leave our back gate open and we have dogs who would have easily run out had we not thought to check. Can't really blame them, they were probably exhausted from hauling all the bricks and it is an easy thing to forget to do. They closed it after the 2nd trip, but just something to be mindful of when working in gated yards. Would absolutely recommend them and use their services again if I needed to.

While their fees were more than I could handle at the time, they helped me find an alternative, told me someone else I could call that would be in my price range and were extremely friendly. If I ever have a bigger job, with more stuff to haul away, I will surely call Jurassic Junk as they have already gone over and above for me once.

They hauled and loaded everything as advertised. I was a little disappointed with the fuel charge. We purchased the hauling service as an Angie's list deal. The deal stated there would be a $25 fuel charge if the hauling site was located outside of a 25 mile radius. The deal didn't say where the radius was measured from or how it is measured. Google maps says that I am 22 miles from the company. They say I am over 25, so I had to pay the fuel charge. Other than that, everything went great. My wife was the only person home when they came, and she didn't have to lift a finger. The workers did everything and were professional.

I called Jurassic Junk Removal on a Monday to have a piano removed from my tenants apartment. I needed it removed right away due to the carpet person who was scheduled to come in a couple of days. They gave me a price over the phone and came 2 days later, I didnt even need to be there. Would definately use them again.

It was great. I identified the items to be removed and they took care of the rest.

The guys showed up a little before they were supposed to, took a look at the stuff that needed hauled out and immediately got to work. The two water heaters and the freezer were in the basement and I thought they would have a difficult time getting them out. They made it look easy! I was pretty happy that we did not have to carry them outside ourselves. We are renovating and between the time we scheduled them to come and the day that they came, we realized we also needed to get rid of a broken trash compactor and a broken toilet. For a few extra bucks, they took those two things as well. They were REALLY nice guys and I would recomend them to anyone!

The 2 men from Jurrasic arrived on time then once I explained what I needed removed, they did so efficiently and quickly. They worked hard and their initial estimate that they gave me for the space to be used was very spot on. I was more than happy with the service they provided and will definitely use this company again in the near future.

That turned out fine and I have used them before. It is nice that we wheel down what we want them to take away and they are here for about 10 minutes. They are also always on time and polite. I have even referred this company to my father in law.

Greg called same day after I purchased the Angie's List deal and we scheduled for the afternoon, two days later. That day Greg even called to say they could come in the morning due to a cancellation, but I was not at home to take the call. He called again after lunch to give me a status on their expected arrival, and they arrived almost exactly at the appointed hour - even a little early. I learned that there were three guys instead of the usual two on the truck because they had to pick up a piano at the job before mine. I'm sure they were glad they had three men by the time they finished wrestling the old Philco refrigerator out of my basement, up the narrow outside steps, and then up and over the railing (because the railing didn't leave enough clearance to dolly the refrigerator past)! I live on the high side of the street. They then had to dolly it down 20 steps and across the road to their truck, which did not have a gate-lift. You go guys!! They wore booties on their shoes to protect my floors when they came upstairs to start bringing down the items from the attic. Bringing down all of the items two floors from the attic went quickly. I appreciated their proactive concern to not be standing around idle. If one of the guys wasn't helping move something down the narrow steps I'd hear "What else? Is there something I can take now?" I was impressed by their punctuality, professionalism, and courtesy. If I ever need junk hauling services again I know who I will call - with or without an Angie's Deal. And I will recommend them to everyone..

Price was very reasonable due to the Angie special. Greg was punctual (actually called & asked to come early), was flexible (we ended up having much more junk than originally planned) and determined (lifted a huge chunk of concrete into the truck). Greg and his helper were not only courteous but also friendly and willing to discuss options. They even swept the driveway where I had stacked the junk. Great job!

They came on time as scheduled and cleaned the unwanted stuff expeditiously. They also cleaned the area as best as they could. I will certainly hire them again for future projects.

We recently bought a new home and there was lots of junk left by the previous owner we were stuck cleaning up and removing from the home. Greg came and removed everything and at a very fair price. He was very efficient and easy to wok with. I really appreciated him and his company.

I'd just had a stockade-type fence installed in my backyard, and there were sections of the fence leftover, plus the regular garden debris. They hauled everything away with no problems at all. They were professsional, nice (that counts a lot in my book), and prompt. I've just hired them for another job, via angie's list.

Excellent service! Broke down and removed nasty, heavy old stationary tub without complaint. Navigated tight driveway and basement stairs with ease. Would and will use them again in the future.

Call these guys! Professional, up front quote, cleaned up after themselves, just plain awesome! I even kept finding a few things, they just said "yea throw it in, no problem" Will use again!

They called promptly to set the appointment, called again when on way and were punctual which was much appreciated. They informed me that the load exceeded the $99.00 Angies List Big Deal which I had expected. They quoted me $125.00 additional after seeing everything to be taken and I agreed to this amount. They said they needed to unload and come back later and that I could pay the additional $125.00 then or after they picked up. I agreed to return to the jobsite when they were to return. After loading I was disappointed to be told that they were off on the amount they quoted earlier and that I had to pay an additional $25.00 ( Total of 150.00 in addition to Angies List $99.00 Big Deal = $249.00.) This brought it to the same price that a competitor quoted. It is my opinion that although it was reasonable to adjust the price after seeing what is to be hauled away that they should honor the price agreed to and not increase it again after the fact. All in all their service was good but no real price advantage.

All went well, they took what I wanted gone...

On time, with 2 men who carried all our designated items from a few different areas on my property to the truck. We were prepared for them and the haul-away went swiftly and without any hitches. I will definitely use them again when I decide to scrap some more of my treasured hoarded items.

The workers were professional and completed the job quickly as well as satisfactorily. However, I was ultimately disappointed with the experience because I ended up paying more than expected. The deal only covered a fourth of a truck, and my items used more space than this which resulted in additional charges. I found this frustrating since my sisters used an entire truck for less than what I paid. I had also used hauling services that entailed the use of three trucks at a smaller rate as well. Ultimately, I felt this was a bait and switch.

The two young men were very prompt and courteous. They worked swiftly to remove the junk items with polite professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any junk removal job.
