They did a pretty good job. Scheduling was easy. They were nice and courteous. The only things they didn’t do were clean up or donate the items like they told me they would.

We were very happy with their work. The cost was a little higher than the deal, but understandable due to the weight. On the other hand Angie's List was very annoying with the number of calls and emails about writing a review for them.

I am very pleased with their performance and plan to have them back soon.

Jurassic Junk was excellent. Second time using them. Greg - believe that was his name - sorry if incorrect - contacted me promptly, arranged a pickup time, called me day before to confirm appointment. Called me on morning of service date to see if they could come earlier due to a cancellation, showed up on time and we did a walk-through review of items to be removed. They were pleasant, professional, loaded everything efficiently, cleaned up debris and provided receipt. Couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend this company.

The service was excellent. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 20 minutes. The workers were both very nice and professional.

I was searching for a provider to remove a single large piece of furniture from my home. I contacted this provider by e-mail and explained the situation. I received a response promptly and it was very thorough. Even though I was slightly out of their area (where they normally do jobs) they provide an estimate and were willing to come into the area. I had since found a local provider (in my area of the county) and passed on the quote. I wanted to point out their professionalism and immediate response and also their willingness to accommodate. Good service provider from my perspective, even though I did not use their services.

The employees were friendly and polite. They wore booties to make sure carpets stayed clean. It only took them about an hour to complete the job and some of the furniture was in tight spaces and they managed to carefully remove it with out any issues.

Totally effortless, seamless process! I scheduled online Sunday night for Tuesday morning, the truck arrived on time, and my mess was gone in no time. Uniformed employees were courteous and professional. The load was smaller than they estimated, so I was charged less than the original quote! Go with this company! They were earlier than they originally quoted me (said 9:30), but they called at 9 to let me know they'd be running about 15 minutes after the original appointment at 9. Once they arrived, they started to get to work right away. They were very professional and courteous. They were great. They picked up just about everything that we had asked in the truck, which was awesome. I'd definitely recommend them to others, and use them again.

Not good! Told the provider and stated it in the original purchase offer when I needed them. I never heard back from them until after two of the days and then he didn't want to listen to when I was available.

It went very well, They were prompt and then helpful, pleasant and did what was advertised. They put "booties" on their feet to come in my house even when I said they did not have to. Would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

When I called the provider I left a message and he returned my call that same morning. We set up an appointment for three days after my initial call and the morning of the pickup he called ahead to say exactly what time he would arrive. We walked through the area and I provided a list of everything I wanted removed. Some items were in the attic, some in the basement, some in the garage and some in the yard. Several things were in places that were not easy to access and some were quite heavy including building materials, but the two workers were very careful and moved everything I indicated with no problem. They were extremely careful in my house, put shoe covers on their boots and provided all around good service. I was happy with the quoted price as a neighbor also had junk removed by another provider. She had quite a bit less than I did, but her price was the same as mine.

They were prompt and very good workers. I would hire them again.

He was in and out and was very professional. My neighbor let him in the house, I wasn't even there and I was please with the work.

That turned out very well. They hauled things from my cellar, which included several cabinets, old siding, used lumber and other rubble. They were polite, on time, called to let me know when they were coming, they even confirmed the time too. They were respectful of my property and worked very hard. I was very pleased with their services I even had them come back to do more services.

This is the second time I have used Jurassic Junk. I was very impressed the first time so I called them up again. We had a slight miscommunication about the date, but they were able to squeeze me in right away when I called. They removed the refrigerator from a small room and then cleaned out the Bagster. They are extremely punctual and professional. I also like their very friendly attitude, it makes calling them a breeze. I highly recommend them for any junk removal and I will probably be calling them a third time!

They arrived on time and were able to load the truck with more than I thought they would take. It was such a relief to get rid of all this stuff before my move.

I used them twice, the first time they were great and in the second time, they left a few bags and didn't worrying about sending to their truck which I think they could have.

Everything went very well. We were very pleased. No complaints at all. There actually wasn't as much stuff as we had expected so they re-organized and gave us some suggestions. They were really helpful!

They did an excellent job in a timely manner. My husband used to race cars and had old car parts everywhere beside our garage. It was a complete mess. They did a great job cleaning up everything quickly and also removed old wood that was in a big pile from having my deck rebuilt.
