Provider was great at communicating during the entire process. He called to let me know that bad weather had detained him and the new time and was that time okay with me. I was very happy with this company and I will be using them in the future to remove items that I can't dispose of myself.

They did a beautiful job. They came in, put shoe coverings on and brought the things from upstairs down.to go away. They were very polite and did good job. They came out the next day after I called. We were having an 80th birthday party for my husband and they went out of their way to come and take the stuff out before the birthday party. That was awesome. I would use them again. What stood out the most was their politeness and their eagerness to please. People can expect good service and a complete job. They are very efficient. The price was good.

The company was very responsive in setting up the appointment. Called before arrival and were punctual. The crew of two were very professional and did everything I asked. They also offered to take a few additional items because what I had put aside was less than I paid for originally. I can't say thing bad about this company. It was a great experience and I will use them again.

We had tenants vacate our rental home, leaving huge piles of vinyl siding that Waste Management (our township garbage service) wouldn't take. Fair price; next day service; nice people.

They were WONDERFUL and took so much more than they thought they would.. They were running a bit late, they called us and let us know and then called us again 15 mins before they got there. Very pleasant and very professional!!! We would recommend them to anyone!!!

They were really good. Prompt. Careful of the things they weren't moving. Very good about taking care generally. Articulate. Clearly wanted to be sure they had it all and left things in good shape. We're preparing to move soon and have accumulated many items over the past 20 years that we cannot or do not want to move. This is the fourth time we've used Jurassic Junk and once again they did a superb job. Arrived on time on a sunny but bitter cold day and trekked through the snow to remove all designated items from the storage barn including an old lawn mower, bags of peet moss, partial sheets of plywood, many pieces of wood trim and odd lumber, etc. Did the same thing for garage and then removed several small branches and other debris that fell from trees due to wind. Greg is always pleasant to deal with and Paul, his helper this time, was cheerful as could be in spite of the weather. In short, I would highly recommend Jurassic Junk anytime removal services are needed. They're the best!

I have used them more than once. They are really good. They come out and removed all my junk and stuff the garbage men would not take away. They do an unbelievable job at filling the truck up in a very efficient way to save you money.

This is the second time I have called on Greg to haul out junk. Both times, he has been on-time and efficient. He also take care to not dirty or damage anything while removing the discards. Highly recommend!

The 2 workers were on time the day after Christmas! They worked hard and quickly a did a terrific job!

They showed up on the appointed time and went right to work. They were very professional and made sure not to knick or scrape my woodwork or doors. They loaded up their truck and then came back for a second load. I know I had enough for at least another half load but they squeezed it all in on the last load. I was very pleased with the work these two guys did and I would definitely hire them again.

The Jurassic Junk team was courteous, on time, fast and even took time to pet my dog. I had a number of pieces that I wanted to donate to charity buy I had no way to move the heavy pieces. Jurassic Junk took care of this for me!

Arrived on time. I had another item I wanted taken; it was a kitchen table but they said it would be another $75 so I said no. They did not move anything back and did not sweep area. I wanted items moved that week and it was scheduled same week I purchased service.
