Could not have been better. They responded to me in a timely manner, scheduled the date and the time and called me half an hour before they arrived. They removed the debris and left the back patio clear of anything. Really a very pleasant experience.

The guys from Jurassic Junk were fabulous! They were responsive to questions and helped us estimate the volume of the truck so we could choose the items to trash in the most effective way. The guys were great! They came out to my house to give an estimate the day I called. The day of the scheduled appointment they arrived right on time. They were very polite and courteous. They did a meticulous job cleaning up. There was not a scrap of wood left behind! I will not hesitate to call them in the future if we have a need. I would highly recommend Jurassic Junk. Also, I found their quote slightly lower than the others I called.

I was contacted the next day. They checked to see what I needed hauled off and asked if they could come that day. I was available and we set an expected time when they would call. They called right on time to verify I was still available. They arrived about thirty minutes later and introduced themselves. They immediately got to work and everything was done in about 10 minutes.

The response to our "coupon" purchase was almost immediate. They were here at the date and time they agreed too, and were very professional. Removed the items, were careful of our gardens, and over all very nice! Definitely would use again if the need arises!

Great. They were very fast and efficient. They even picked up branches that happen to be near the junk pickup.

We had a full truckload (16 yards) of construction debris in our garage. Jurassic Junk showed up on time, provided an accurate estimate and performed the work extremely quickly. Once all of the debris was loaded they had a little extra room and asked if we needed anything else removed. We were able to fit a couple extra pieces of furniture in too. Great service and would highly recommend them again!

They were easy communicate with and quick to respond to my questions. They called on the day of the pickup and asked if they could come earlier, which was fine with us. They performed the pickup quickly.

Fabulous! This was for my mother's house and they went above and beyond taking out the large heavy unwanted furniture, tool benches etc. Kind and helpful for all that needed done. They were the best!!!

Very quick response and good communication and they called ahead to let me know they were close. I had bought a deal thru Angie's list that was for a set volume of trash and it mentioned nothing about weight so I was a little surprised and dismayed when I was charged an extra fee because of the trash being heavy..I feel as though that should have been disclosed in the offer. However, they did a nice job and let me know about the additional cost before they started so that I could agree to it. Overall I was very satisfied with their service.

Two guys removed some pieces of furniture from an apartment that I am vacating. I received a call when they were on their way. They were friendly and professional, mindful of keeping the carpet clean by providing their own shoe covers, worked quickly and did not damage any walls or anything on their way out, and provided a written receipt. I would definitely recommend, and use them again.

Greg was wonderful! He was very prompt when responding to my many questions, and he was patient with my family throughout the entire process. Greg actually removed items from the property in February and again in March. Terrible weather conditions did not delay the process either.
