Jurassic Junk Removal

The workers were courteous, on-time, and thorough in their removal of excess junk from our basement.

Very well, I actually called them back the next day to come remove another 1/4 truck load and they were able to come within hours.

Fantastic. Scheduling was quick and easy, they got me on the schedule within a few days, on my first choice day/time. I gave them an idea of what I needed picked up and asked if it would fit in the 1/4 truck I paid for, they gave me an honest opinion without seeing the stuff. We ended up pulling a lot more junk out of our garage (cleaning binge). When they arrived, they said they could take the rest of it. It would be more than the 1/4 truck we paid for (which we expected) but less than a 1/2 truck, so they said an extra $50 would cover it. Made my decision easy. They moved and loaded everything. Quick, professional, and nice to my little boys who were so excited about the big truck in our driveway. I would definitely hire them again.

My call was answered immediately, and I was scheduled for two business days out. They arrived on time, after calling about an hour beforehand. They worked quickly and enthusiastically, and were upfront about needing to charge more for the extra items we asked them to take (originally estimated at 1/2 a truck, but we paid for 3/4 of a truck, even though it looked pretty full to me when they were done). They went above and beyond helping get the carpet and pad removed, which we could not do in advance due to all the junk in the room. All told, they were here about an hour, doing what would have taken us days to do by ourselves.

I love these guys, It is the 2nd time I used them. They are polite and pleasant. They are very careful maneuvering bulky items around the narrow hallways and low bulkheads so common in the older city homes. I live on the steep side of the street, and there are lots of steps to the front or the back of the house, so their legs get a real workout!

It was great they were really nice to work with and I'm glad I found this deal through Angie's List , they were very pleasant and worked so quick it was a breeze. There were only two of them so I really like how they worked so carefully not to damage walls or anything while moving the large items.

They were fine. I had cancelled it one point and then I rescheduled it. It was several months and they were kind enough to extend it for me. I actually had them pick up separately a tire and a TV. Those were extra items. I had to get rid of those because I was moving. They were fine. They came promptly when asked. My interaction with them was fine. They were good and very nice. The work was fine. It was good. They could provide the service at a decent price. They did a good job.

I called Greg at Jurassic on a Friday and they gave me a verbal estimate over the phone and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. I used the $99 1/4 truck load special coupon. Two workers arrived promptly at the beginning of my window and were professional and courteous. The quickly removed all the items and left no mess or damage within 30 minutes. I would definitely use their services again.

If you need junk or debris hauled, this is the company to call. They work with the customer, they show up on time, are efficient and extremely helpful. Honestly, I don't know how they do it all. Will have them return in the spring for even a bigger removal job. I would NOT have anyone else.

Amazing! Professional and these guys did not flinch/complain when they saw the mess they were hired to clean up. Done in under an hour! Definitely worth the price. Will use again and refer to neighbors and friends!

It went very well. The guys (2 of them) were here on time and were very nice, polite and respectful of our home. The were in and out in no time. I understand that getting rid of this type of TV is difficult based on environmental concerns and we had a hard time finding anyone to remove it but the price was a bit on the high side. Unfortunately for us we didn't have anything else that needed removed so the minimum cost was just for the TV. Still there could be some way to make getting rid of these old TVs a bit less painful. That said, I was use this company again if I have the need.

Great! They contacted me by email to confirm the time and to determine exactly what needed to be removed. They also called me to let me know their approximate arrival time. They got here on time and removed the appliance quickly. They swept up after themselves. Excellent service and they did a good job. I would certainly recommend Jurassic Junk Removal!
