Description of Work: Alan installed nearly 200' of 6" gutter along with a good quality gutter guard and the necessary downspouting on my farmhouse. He also encased some exposed beams on my porch in aluminum as well as replacing about 200 sq. ft. of vinyl siding on an outbuilding. We initially corresponded mostly by email and Alan always replied promptly. Alan sent me the estimate by email and a couple of days later I told him, "Let's do it." (by email). And that was the only agreement we had. I never signed anything. It reminded me of a handshake contract. They actually came out the next week and completed the job mostly in one day (had to wait about a week for all the order of gutter guard to arrive).He and his crew do fine work and I would highly recommend him and will use him again if necessary.

Description of Work: Cleaned out all the gutters around the entire house. All loose and fallen debris was swept up and discarded. Steady workers who are focuses and complete the work in a timely fashion. Very pleased with the work and workers.
