Alan Weaner Seamless Guttering

Alan and his helper did a great job. They came within a few days of my call, inspected the job, gave me a price on the spot and once approved they were prepared to do the work immediately. They cleaned, repaired and made some practical additions to my gutters to solve the problems I was having. I would highly recommend Alan, his helper and his wife back at the office who controls the money Alan makes. :)

We used Alan two years ago; he got the job done and left a note so we knew. This time, he also took care of everything and left us the bill (the previous time was pre-paid) without anyone having to be home. Other companies we were in touch with wanted to schedule inspections, discuss proposals, or try to sell us gutter covers; Alan just showed up and got it done. Next time we'll just start with Alan.

It went very well. They were very thorough and professional. They even cleaned up the pathways around my house.

To my knowledge all went well, short of getting on a ladder, I have no way of confirming the service. I am giving Seamless Guttering a "B" for prompt service.

The actual work was satisfactory. However, they were very hard to get a hold of and very difficult to schedule. NUMEROUS emails and phone calls went unanswered. When I booked the job online (and paid), I was asked to choose three potential times for the job to be done. I did so, but apparently that was never referenced. All communication was through texting and was brief to the point of rudeness. I made it home about half an hour before the work was to be done, and they were already working on it. That was fine, but then they left without even speaking with me. Very poor communication skills!!

Have used before, will use again, am always pleased. They come when they say, do what they say, and then some. Very pleased.

Alan confirmed everything with me while doing his assessment and did great work - very prompt and very reasonable price.

I was a little disappointed. The gentleman who owned the business was injured so he could not do the work. He had a student he brought with him to do the work, when they left they did not clean up. When they left I went around the house to look and all of my tiles were up not down, my roof tiles. I did call and he came back and fixed that for me. He was very pleasant, the owner was. But I was disappointed, and they left me the mess to clean up and the roofing. Maybe if he had not been injured it would have been different. It was a fair price. They did not pay attention to the roofing, they came back to correct it, but should have not happened the first time. The man was professional in speaking but when I called him back he gave me a look like he did not like my complaint.

We were pleased with Alan's work in cleaning our gutters...and his sense of humor! When he returned to do the additional work we agreed on (the gutter guards) with his daughter as his assistant, he arrived on time and they went right to work replacing the gutter on the side of the house and then working on the gutter guards. He even showed up to work with his fingers wrapped and injured from an accident he had. I was concerned about this, but he said he was OK. Alan and his daughter were both very nice, friendly, funny, and diligent workers and only stopped for a while when we ended up getting a downpour. My husband and I stayed in our garage with them and chatted until the rain stopped. We were very pleased with their work and their clean up. We have not experienced any problems with the new gutter guard...and we are NO longer getting water in the corner of our garage like we used to with the old gutter guard! Would be happy to have him do work for us again if we have a need.

The job went well, and was performed in a timely manner.

Really boring. Alan asked when would be good for us to have work done; let us know when they were coming (but we didn't have to be there if we didn't want to); we got home with no indication that anything had been done (because: gutters, right? Also no mess, no debris, no sign anyone had been there, which is how we like contractors to leave the place, yes?) -- until the next rain, when the gutters did their gutter thing like they were supposed to. Also a couple rains after that, including one that dumped 2" in short order. All good. Would use Alan's gang again. [Note: $99 price was an Angie's List special.]

The husband and wife team are excellent, they arrive and when straight to work of cleaning out my the gutters. I ask them can they put in a downspout they said yes for a good price.

Could not of asked for better service. We were contacted quickly with an estimate and a week later the gutters were installed. Outstanding price when compared to some other big name companies and the quality was top notch. Highly recommend.

Showed up on time, gutters were cleaned. professional job.

Alan commented that he would be in the area the very next day to clean the gutters and replace the light bulbs and that no one needed to be home. Work was completed the next day as promised. One of the gutters had come loose from the house, and this was also fixed. A couple of small tree limbs needed to be cleared to access one of the lights. This was also taken care of. I received an email that evening detailing the work which was provided (since no one was home when the work was done), gutters cleaned and reattached, downspouts inspected and in good shape, and the additional task of replacing the light bulbs. The agreed upon cost for the extra work was extremely reasonable. I would recommend and use this service provider again.

This was 2nd time I used Alan. He had previously cleaned my gutters (and I recommended him to my Dad for a gutter cleaning which he was also satisfied with). Gutters and downspouts look great, he was very easy to work with and responsive from estimate to scheduling to installation. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in gutter cleaning or new gutters. He appears to be more affordable than the big gutter installers.

Things went fine. I assumed he did exactly what he said he was going to do. There was only one worker I believe. I just saw very little of him. He just came, did his thing, and that was it. He was quite prompt. I guess I would recommend him to a friend. It is really hard to tell because I could not really check his work. If I could have gotten up to do the gutter, I would have done them, but I am assuming he did a fine job. There was no additional charge to the $99 Big Deal; that was it. I would say the price was fine. I probably would use them again in the future if I needed it.

When I ordered the gutter deal, I sent three dates where I was off work and could be home. Apparently, my dates didn't work with them because they called me at 9pm on a Sunday to tell me they would be out first thing the next day. I did not get this message until the next morning when I woke up. I was not interested in them coming over that Monday as I would be at work. I called and left them a message saying I wasn't interested in them coming over that day. After lunch, then called me back to say they would be over after 4. This would be fine because we would be home close to that time. However, I was frustrated that they kept pushing for Monday despite me explaining that I did not want the service that day. I got home at 3:45. I noticed that I had debris everywhere. Apparently, they had already been there and had cleaned the gutters. They threw the debris everywhere - yard, porch, driveway, garden, etc. I had no idea I would immediately have to clean up the mess they made. I would not use their services again. It's more trouble than it's worth.

Had some trouble scheduling even though I told him the days I work and when I would be away. Wanted to be home when he arrived. Took them about 10 minutes to complete job so way too expensive at $ 99. Will clean gutters myself next time. Other than that, the job was done quickly and well.

He was very prompt calling me back to schedule and he showed up on time. I was not home when he came, he said that wouldn't be a problem. I came home two day's later and found all the debris from my gutters thrown all over my lawn. He just blew them with a leaf blower and left. Took me over an hour to clean up the mess. Also, every time it has rained since then, all of my drain spouts are clogged and the rain pours out over my gutters, making even more of a mess. Not very happy. I will save the money and just do it myself next time.

Husband and wife team that was very nice. Removing the debris took Alan about an hour.

They were very prompt and efficient. I would recommend.

I received the call back, and the company arrived promptly on the given day and time. The work was done in a professional manner. I was asked to come outside to inspect the finished work. Everything was up to par. I will use this company again next spring.

It appears that the gutters are cleaned. But most are too high for me to actually check. They came during the day were no one was home.

Better than I expected! Looks great and I'd use him again.
