Alan Weaner Seamless Guttering

They were very flexible on scheduling it to my convenience. They did a very thorough job. They were very good with all the cleanup. They blew all the dirt and spray washed the vinyl siding where they had caused dripping come out of the gutters. They were professional in their work. They were willing to come out immediately after I purchased it but my trees were still shedding leaves and I didn’t want them right away. There was no extra cost. They did good follow up cleanup. It was good service and good price. My experience with them was perfectly good overall and there was nothing else that I would have asked for.

Alan did a great job. Did the work when I wasn't home, and later called to discuss the details. He provided some general remarks about the gutters, which hadn't been cleaned in years. Very professional. Will use again.

Alan cleaned out the gutters on the front and sides of my house, and checked the ones on the addition, which already have gutter guard on them. Materials removed were thrown on the ground instead of in a trash bag or can, but he cleaned it up afterwards. Only suggestion I have is to contact client sooner rather than the night before he plans to arrive. Alan was very personable and got the job done quickly.

After a single message, the company never responded to me again. I had purchased the coupon so I had to go into a lengthy reimbursement process with Angie's List.

He called on a Sunday said he was in the area and I said he could do the work and I never spoke to him again just found his card in the door.

Provider was quickly responsive and emailed me with findings the same day. All gutters were cleared and roof was cleared of all debris. I was not at home while work was perofrmed but through the email, they advised that front and rear gutters were clogged and they cleared everything out. So happy to hear downspouts draining again when it is raining! I will definitely use them again!

Mr.Weaner and his employee climbed up on the roof,and inspected the spouting that was leaking.They made a decision to replace the spouting sections that were leaking. Good job, fast work finished.

The work was done extremely well. They found many many sections that were loose and not fitting well. Each of these sections was re-fitted and re-secured with the required drilling and inserting of new clips or screws. The amount of work required far exceeded our initial estimate yet all the necessary work was done at the agreed upon Angie's Deal price of $200 worth of repairs for $99.

Alan and his helper called on Labor Day as they were in the area and wanted to come within 20 minutes. Was surprised to get a call on a holiday but I happened to be home and it worked out perfectly. They were friendly and professional. They worked quickly and I thought they did a great job and especially for the price they charged.

He told me he was going to come on Friday and he showed up on Thursday. He did not call ahead to let me know. I was not home while they did the service but luckily my contractor was. I had them replace a 7 and half foot gutter. It looks okay but we have not had a rain yet to see how it works. I had no problem scheduling the deal and they even called me to schedule.

This was one of the most bizarre experiences, home repair wise, I have ever had. I have a gutter I wanted replaced. I buy this Angie's List deal. He cited in the ad how much gutter could be replaced with the deal. He called at one point and said he'd swing by Tuesday. I said no hurry. Tuesday came and went. That's fine. Wednesday I was out all day. I come home,. There was a card stuffed in my door from him. I then get e mail and find out he had taken it upon himself to repair and clean whatever he felt like doing. He never asked me what it was I wanted done. I assumed we would discuss it Tuesday, that that was going to be a preliminary meeting. He repaired, partially, the gutter I need to replace. So, that was a waste. Other things he did I have a helper angel who does for me. I needed him to do what my helper couldn't. I expressed my dismay and his reply was that he didn't have any work in the area. But, when he did he could do it, but it wouldn't be covered by the coupon. Just bizarre. I told him it was like he'd gotten a pizza coupon and the pizzaria decided he liked pepperoni and delivered it when he wasn't home. Just bizarre. Not happy!!! You never asked what it was I wanted you to do with my coupon. I had bought the coupon to hire you to replace that gutter that you said needs to be swapped out. I have someone that cleans my lower gutters and was going to do some of the repairs you cited. It's been a long day here. I'm too tired to understand all you wrote. Sorry for you near Come to Jesus meeting. P Ok , dont have anything in the area soon. (had one in new freedom yesterday) We can fix it. I will need to bring a taller ladder/ generator. Probably more dollars then the coupon. Let me know when the neighbor is gone! I really dont need to see her again. aw.

After last years experience with a contractor whose work was both substandard and unfinished, I was a bit gun-shy and jaded. Alan and Donny restored my faith in the contractor community. They were courteous and their work was excellent. Additionally, I asked Alan if he had time to look at a family property and give me an estimate for gutters. The estimate was very reasonable and he performed the work immediately. Now that's the kind of man you want working on your home. We will have him back to complete the gutters for the barn and shed. AAA +

Weaner installed 6 inch gutters on our house. The price was very reasonable. The workmanship was excellent. In fact I just called him back to place gutters on an outbuilding that I was going to do myself. The success of the prior installation tells me that I want to have Weaner back to complete the job. Since we had the work done, we've suffered through several violent windblown storms. We've smiled as the new larger gutters carried the rain away from our house. Excellent job.

Very professional, called right away and came out the next week to do the job. Had my rear gutter replaced while I was at work, came home and were Very happy with the work. Hassle free for me. I will recommend to my friends and family.

He and his team did a great job. Were quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Very well. But, they only gave us 2 hours' notice they were coming. Not a big deal, but I would have preferred to be home when they arrived. They removed the large limb from the roof and left it in the backyard. Because they did such a great job otherwise, I was confused. I finally convinced myself that they left it there b/c a leaf removal team probably doesn't pack a chain saw. More communication with the homeowner would have helped. So, I'm giving them a "pass" on the tree limb, very high marks for cleaning gutters and clearing the roof, and recommending better communication with the customer. I would use them again.

The service was excellent. After we ordered the Angie's List coupon, Alan called us within a few days to set up service. The delay was caused only because he was out of town at the time we ordered the deal. He was able to do the work while we were at work which was very convenient as my wife and I both work. Upon returning home, I could tell that the gutters had been cleared of debris. The best result of this superb gutter cleaning was evident yesterday after we got 3 inches of rain at our home. In the past, that much rain would have surely led to some water seeping into the basement around the wall. After close inspection yesterday, I found no water in the basement. I've read that dirty or overfilled gutters will lead to water seepage in the basement. Using that as a test, I believe that Alan Weaner Gutter Services did an excellent job!

Alan did a fabulous job cleaning out the gutters on my roof! They were disastrous! He was extremely responsive, completed the job within days of my Big Deal purchase. He was very professional, he cleaned up any mess the gutter debris made. You wouldn't even had known he had been there, other than my clean gitters.

76Alan and his partner were great. On time, pleasant and professional. We had discussed a leak we were having separate from the gutter cleaning. We though the clogged gutters were causing the leak but Alan found that our bathroom vents were not sealed so he sealed them as well. He did a terrific job
