Scott and his son came out to my home and gave me a estimate on a complete new American Standard split natural gas system. My ac was not working at the time and he was able to repair it , so that I had ac until the following week when he could replace my old system. He did a professional job and my house has been nice and cool on these hot days. The new unit is very quite and will save on electricity over the older system. Thanks again Scott for the great value and quality fast work that you provided. I will be contacting you again with any future projects.

What terrific service! We had arranged for Mr. Sheaffer (Scott) to come in on a Monday to replace the water heater after noticing leaks the previous week. However, after the sudden catastrophic failure of our water heater to provide any hot water on that Friday, we immediately let Mr. Sheaffer know about the predicament. Not hesitating a moment, he volunteered to come in the day before his scheduled visit, a Sunday, and replace the unit without charging more for the service. By the way, his bid was $300-500 less than the other bids. Couldn't beat that! We have been very lucky. We'll be calling him for our furnace service next spring.

appreciate the fair price on adding Freon to my unit. Due to the age of my a/c (1978) the compressor is on its last legs and started blowing hot air again. Sheaffer's is loaning me a window unit to get through the last few weeks of hot weather.

Great father and son team plus the sons best friend from elementary school. They came first thing in the morning and came back with the part I needed and had it fixed. (Must add because I said don't stress and get to it when you can). Very honest and affordable. Will be my go to's for sure!
