At the price quoted by others for a furnace replacement, Sheaferâ s Mechanical included a central air system. They were prompt, professional and neat. They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process.

Scott was super professional, knowledgeable and personable! He got here quickly when we had a problem with our unit and did the repair quickly. What I appreciated the most about Scott was he didnâ t try to rip us off with pricing and sell us stuff and services we didnâ t need right now! That goes a long way for customers in todayâ s world! I highly recommend them!

Sheaffer’s Mechanical performed the job with high professionalism and stepped up to install the new Heat pump unit timely in our rental property. They are customer focused and highly cost effective compared to others in the industry. They won’t compromise on quality. They were challenged with pulling line set underground and were able to find a feasible solution for it. Scot’s transformational leadership and his team members is the best in area. I have couple of other projects given to them and looking forward to work with them.

My heat pump system went out and needed replaced. I had my service provider of 15 years leave me with no quote or option to repair my unit. I contacted 5 contractors and Scott of Sheafferâ s called me within hours and visited my home immediately to to check my system and give me a quote for replacement. Scottâ s quote was very reasonable and he said he can get me up with a new Heat Pump with in 10 days. Iâ m writing this review 3 days from talking to Scott and his crew was here today to replace my HP and that is what I call service. All other contractors I spoke with said it would be 2-4 weeks to get me a new HP. Scottâ s workers were very professional and knowledgeable of all aspects of HVAC they had my new system humming within 3 hours. I could not say enough about this company and if you are looking for someone that cares and is service oriented Scott and his employees are the company you want to hire.

We experienced a flooded basement resulting in complete replacement of furnace, water heater and AC unit. Shaeffer's was top-notch professional in their installation and customer service, including the courtesy of ensuring they caused least disruption to our home and cleaned up any residual items. They were very responsive and worked hard to fit us into their schedule to ensure we were operational as quickly as possible. Definitely recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Excellent service! Scott responded my emergency call very quickly and within 35 minutes was already in my house. After evaluating the unit, he thoroughly explained what had happened with my AC and how he planned to fix the issue. Scott had all the necessary materials and was very mindful of the cost of the project. I’m so grateful! I finally have AC again. Scott and his team were professional and efficient - I would work with them to repair/replace any service that they provide! I had a gas furnace and AC unit replaced and Scott's bid was comparable to 2 others (had 5 total) but what won me over was the fact he guarantees his workmanship and service for 5 years. Who does that today? They were quick to replace my furnace which was great since all of a sudden we were down in the freezing temperatures at night. I would have Scott & his team do any service that they provide to homeowners as they are professional, demonstrate fantastic work ethic plus prices are reasonable. I have added Sheaffer Mechanical to my favorite pros and will continue to use them when and if needed.

This contractor is awsome! They stand up to their word, they are always on time, their work ethic is great! The employees are friendly and do a wonderful job. Scott is fantastic. He keeps in contact with you and will help you out anyway he can. I would reccomend this company to everyone. If you need work done call them you wont be disappointed.

Anytime when I need any electrical a plumbing problems I will hire them from now on and nobody else. When I called about my hot water heater my hose was leaking and they were out the next day early in the morning. It's a family-owned business and they treat you like family and the prices are great and they're honest. So if you need any Plumbing HVAC and electrical give Shafer's mechanical a call.
