Scott is very professional and is customer service oriented. He came the same day (the hottest so far this year) because he didn't want us without A/C during a heat wave. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly at what I believe is a reasonable cost. I will not hesitate to recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Scott is very personable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue we were having and found that the "fix" was something minor. He arrived on time, brought a helper with him. Discussed what the problem was and fixed it right away! Everything works as should now. Price for service call was more than reasonable, much less than some quotes I received for service calls. He did not try to sell me anything or downplay our unit, as many would, just to make a sale. That's an honest man, in my book. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services. Thank you for saving me about $4K that I don't HAVE to spend for a new unit!

The water shutoff before the meter was leaking. Scott was very professional. Since this wasn't an emergency, he called the night before and asked me to take a picture so he would be prepared for the job and have what he needed for the repair. He was here at his scheduled time. He made sure that I was satisfied before he left and told me to call if there were more issues with the valve..

He was very helpful and worked to fix my problem quickly. It is nice e to see a family run business that cares about the customer and not about making a big profit. I would recommend him to anyone I know and you can't bet next time I have an issue he will be the first person I call.

They we’re extremely quick to get in touch with me when I messaged them about not having water. The well pump had went out and they had it replaced faster then I’d ever expected.

He came into look at an old oil furnace he came in said it was no problem to fix it. He came in fixed it right up cleaned it up and only charged $75 and I'll use him again. He put a new part on it and it works great.

I contacted him through Home Advisor and when he found out we didn't have water, called back right away. We scheduled a Saturday service call at no up charge and he and 2 assistants were here early!! Service was completed at an excellent rate and he was professional and knowledgeable. We are scheduling him to return for future repairs and maintenance.
