Customers beware, Scott will initially come off as a knight in shining armor, but in the end, he is nothing more than a liar. I hired them to replace an ac system in my home. They came out and quickly had the old system replaced. Then when the new system started having issues, Scott would either tell me he was too busy to come to fix the issue, or he would just never show up on the day he said he would be here. This occurred from July until now. Then I was told I needed a bigger unit when the real issue was I was dangerously low on refrigerant.

Denny & Dakota were great! They arrived and sent to work promptly. They took the time to make my dog feel comfortable too. They knew what they were doing and got the Natural Gas Hot Water Heater installed quickly and effeciently. Thank you!

I had a 22 year old gas water heater which was starting to leak. I had already priced out models at Home Depot and Lowe's when I decided to try Home Advisors. Once I posted my inquiry I was contacted by Scott within a half-hour. We discussed my situation and he was able to give me a solid quote as he had just finished installing a gas water heater for another client. We made the appointment and Scott showed up exactly at the time he said he would. He and his assistant worked very efficiently and left the area clean when finished. I feel I received a plumber's supply quality heater built in my opinion better than the heaters at box stores. The job was done at the quoted price-- no surprises even though Scott needed to get additional parts for the venting. I feel that considering the quality of the water heater and installation that I actually saved money versus buying a heater and then having it installed. I highly recommend Scott and will use him in the future for any plumbing, heating or air conditioning concerns.

Although they were booked for the day, they found the time to respond quickly, helping us avoid a major disaster (flooded dirt basement...).

Scott responded rapidly and I had a new hot-water tank installed within a few short hours. It is a pleasure to have a contractor follow up as promised.

Scott and his crew did a great job replacing central A/C unit and supply duct. Completed when promised and everything was cleaned up and looked as good as new. Will hire again for future projects.

Scott and an employee showed up at my house to look at a light post that was blowing a circuit. I figured it was the buried wire that was causing the problem. Scott and his employee confirmed that the buried wire was causing the problem. They disconnected the switch from the bad post light wire to prevent the blowing of the circuit breaker. I asked Scott to send me an estimate on what it would cost to fix the wire or run a new wire to the light post. He stated he would send me an estimate. Since it was Feb, they would wait until Spring to do the work, if I approved the estimate. Scott requested money for the work they did to verify the buried wire was bad and cutting the wire from the switch to stop the tripping the circuit breaker. I also showed Scott an external water faucet that needed to be replaced. Update: Scott did provide me with an estimate which was reasonable and acceptable to me. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to set a firm date to have the work completed to get the pole light rewired and working and replace the external faucet.

Scott was very prompt with responding to inquiry. His crew was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable of what needed done. They did such a great job, I'm hiring them for a larger project!

Scott is the best! He has done everything he promised on time. His crew performed their job in a timely manner, leaving the area clean. I have hired them for another big job! Do not hesitate to call them.
