Scott Sheaffer and his team responded quickly to our service request and worked to identify the problem with our heat pump. When they identified the problem on our 25+ year furnace they gave us a very reasonable price for repair or replacement. They answered our many questions and we decided to replace the heat pump. The work was done well and quickly. We will be calling them again when we remodel our basement. I would definitely recommend Scott and Allen.
