The Fence Experts responded immediately when I requested an estimate for a new fence around our property. They sent an estimator out the same day. Their estimate was by far the most reasonable estimate I got out of four companies I contacted. Their estimator was very professional, informative and pleasant to deal with. Our fence was just completed this week. It is absolutely beautiful. They took their time to do it properly. Outstanding craftsmanship. The crew couldn't have been nicer and any questions I had were answered right away. A small aesthetic issue with the bottom of one of the gates was fixed right away. They cleaned up after themselves after the job was done. I can't say enough about this company from the beginning of our experience until the end. Customer service is the NUMBER 1 reason I hire a company and stay with a company. Don't hesitate to hire The Fence Experts. They get the very highest rating possible from us.

I was very pleased. They came out and did a great job. The original estimate was not detailed and we had some minor issues but we worked it out and they ended up sending me an itemized bill. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The product was god once the scheduling issues were resolved. They screwed up the schedule twice. They did a really good job once they finally did it. They were good.

The service worked out well. There were additional costs to the big deal. There seems to be always with those. The quality of work was fine.

I am so happy that we went with Fence Experts and would recommend them to anyone. They were professional, friendly and easy to work with. I dealt directly with Jason and foreman Alvin and am delighted with the work they did, it was expensive but worth it.

Everything went great. They came out quickly when I requested an estimate. They walked us through the different types of fences available, and gave us relative costs for the types that we expressed interest in. They followed up with a quote in writing. They answered questions that I had on the quote. When we accepted the work, they told us that the work would be scheduled in about 3 to 4 weeks. They did schedule the work to start 3 weeks after we accepted the quote. The workers showed up on the day, and at the time, that was scheduled. They had all the appropriate equipment and materials needed. The workers were very respectful and seemed to be experienced at what they were doing. The work took two days. When they finished, the fence looked great, and they left our property in very good condition. Fence Experts did a great job. We are happy that we used them for the work, and we are very happy with our new fence. So is our gog, who now has free range of the yard, rather than being tehered to a cable.

They were very fast removing gate and another part of the fence. I don't think anyone told them they had to work on whatever we needed for the allotted time. They didn't fill the holes. Children are moving in. We have a wood trim around front bushes is falling apart. I called and he stated will have it all done soon when they are in the area.

0Everything about our experience with this company was positive. The salesman was pleasant and prompt. The price was quite fair. They even dug a post hole and set the post for our new mailbox which was not in the original scope of work. And, I can't say enough good about Gerald, the foreman....what a nice man. They did a great job and were quite pleasant to do business with.

We got a few quotes for a simple privacy fence, 180 feet long along two sides of our property. Fence Experts offered the best price at $3500. It took a few weeks for them to come and do the work because of backlog, but once they got to us they were flexible in finding a time. The project took two days. I had a couple of requests about the fence, and they accommodated without a problem doing exactly what I had asked for. Would definitely use them again and recommend them. Only minor complaint is that a piece of machinery they use gouged up some parts of the lawn, which I'm okay with because the lawn needs work. But I can see how that would irk some folks.

The service turned out great. There was a slight problem with the privacy gate. They came right back out and made everything right. They did a really good job and I was happy with their service. They also followed up with a handwritten thank you note.

Their prices were very competitive, and the work was scheduled promptly. Initially I was told the install would take 2 days, however the guys were able to finish it within one. They worked very quickly and efficiently, they also cleaned up the yard before they left. They had to drive a tractor of some type onto the lawn to drill the fence posts, and they did not tear up the lawn, like I have seen others have happen. I was very happy about this. I found that dealing with Jason (I believe the owner) and his team was pleasant and efficient. Since the install, my gate has started to drag. I believe this is a common occurrence, and when I called to ask about repairing it, Jason offered to send someone out to fix it, however I declined since it seems like a simple repair. I noticed some of the pickets had warped, but I think both of these are very normal. Jason has also offered to have new pickets delivered. I have yet to take him up on this offer. Overall very happy with the work.

They were prompt, courteous and professional during the entire process from the estimate through the installation. Their price was great and they performed the work sooner than any of the other companies I contacted. They completed the project in one day. Their crew did a great job and made sure I was completely happy before they left. They confirmed the exact location of the fence and gates before they started. I am completely happy with the fence.

The company sent out 2 emails. The second one pretty much detailed how little could be done with the voucher. I don't feel this was accurately explained in the deal. This email was also a group email so I got to see others responses to it. It didn't seem as though these customers were happy either. Basically, I really could not have had much done with this deal at all. I wasn't happy that I purchased it.

The contractor installed a vinyl fence with one single gate and one double gate. The structure was partially installed on top of a new retaining wall and required coordination with a landscaping contractor. Part of the rectangular area was level ground with part of the area gently sloping. Overall, the workmanship was slightly above average...... there were several notable disappointments. (1) The crew did not show up with enough cement mix on the installation day. The landscaping contractor had installed larger-than-expected post anchors on the retaining wall. I was originally informed that they would need to return for a second day, however, the crew apparently decided to run to a home supply store or returned to the office for more cement. (2) The design plan called for a rectangular fence... one of the sides is crooked. It has a noticeable bend halfway through. (3) Several posts have settled and one gate post was installed very poorly. It is incorrectly aligned, loose and the door drags on the ground. The company proposed a charge to correct the issue.

Overall, it went well. There was a mis-communication in the beginning and the truck that came didn't come with enough rails to complete the job. They needed to come back a second time to finish. I was patient and they were accommodating and I was very happy with the end result. I would hire them again should they run another special like they did.

These guys were amazing! We wanted fencing in our backyard and one company refused to do the job because it was too small. Others gave us a decent quote but I read poor reviews about their work and customer service. Fence Experts drove 90 minutes each way from Chester County to give us two quotes (one for us, one for our neighbor who decided to upgrade his fence at the same time). They quoted a fair price to both of us and even agreed to install my neighbor's mailbox for an additional $25.00 (I paid $125.00 to a handyman to install mine this summer)! The young men who did the work were punctual and kept me informed about every part of the installation, confirming exactly where I wanted the fence installed along the property line. They carefully leveled every section of fence as they worked so everything was placed perfectly. They tried to finish both yards in one day and worked literally until there was no more light left, well past 8:00 that night. They came back a week later to finish the job. Everything is guaranteed to never buckle or sag, and their price beat everyone else's. They left the worksite clean (shoveled the dirt from the excavation into my plantbeds for no charge) and they were so respectful and courteous. I do not have enough good things to say about Fence Experts and the reliable, family-owned quality they insist upon with every one of their installations. I was so pleased and so was my neighbor!

Jason was very nice and professional. He showed up promptly and followed up with us. We went with another company because of the product that ouor minds were made up on. Otherwise , we would have gone with him.

Everything went very well. They came when they said they would, fixed the fence, and did a great job. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. I was impressed with their work.

Overall great company to work with. I gave a B for responsiveness because I did have some issues initially with the person that was taking the calls in their office. There was a few miscommunications, and at times felt like I could not get a hold of anyone. E-mail actually turned out to be the better form of communication. We had no issues with the work that was done - fence was finished in less than one day and turned out better than we even imagined. We would definitely hire again.

I have very mixed feelings about this company, so I'll try to lay them out. Initially, I really liked what I saw. They were the lowest bid of the highly rated companies that I contacted and their brochure and website looked nice. Installing a fence is something that I could have done myself ultimately, but I had too many things going on and decided to get help. The estimator was friendly enough and he was quick to discuss numbers over phone and email. Installation happened about 3 weeks later. That's when it got worse. When I came home from work, I noticed a very nice cedar fence around my property. But upon closer inspection, I noticed a few bothersome things: 1. They cut the posts lower than I'd wanted. I specifically told the estimator that I wanted to install my own solar caps. However, this was no longer possible because the posts were too short. 2. One or more posts had defects. One was cracked down the middle. Another one had a big piece chipped off. I've worked with pressure treated posts before, so I know they aren't perfect, but this was, in retrospect, a sign of worst things to come. 3. One of the pickets had (still has) red spray paint along its side. I contacted the company, mainly about the short posts and we agreed to a small refund. Then a couple of months later one of my gates started to drag. The company quickly responded and repaired it. But then soon after it started to drag again. This time someone came, without notice, a couple of weeks later. My wife was ticked that some random guy showed up while she was alone at home with the kids. No call or anything. But they tried fixing the gate again. While it no longer drags it did look kind of crooked, so I tried adjusting it a bit myself. (I lost count, but there's a chance that they came three time to fix the gate.) Since the fence job had given me so many problems, I contacted the company with maintenance questions and such, but they never responded at all. They just disappeared.

Everyone at the company was great to deal with. They were all very helpful, professional and friendly from the owners to the crew who installed the fence. They answered all of my questions and got back to me promptly with anything that I needed for permits etc. I would highly recommend this company and use again.
