I was very impressed with the Integrous team. The initial estimate which was provided by John who was very cordial and informative. He never made me feel rushed, made suggestions on my behalf, and was readily available after the initial visit. The team that provided the fence installation always called in advance, and upon arriving and leaving came to the door to notify me. They had me evaluate their work being performed during and after the project to see if I had any questions and if I was satisfied. In addition the Co. provides higher quality materials and 5 yr. guarantee. Their staff were very professional. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely recommend them!

Look nowhere else for a fencing contractor! I can't rate this company high enough. Every member of the team was exceptional - from the exceedingly polite, punctual and professional initial on-site estimator to the incredibly responsive back office team who helped me complete my order (and was so patient throughout my many changes) and finally the respectful, organized and hard-working installation team, who completed a very difficult project within two days, working through a late afternoon downpour to finish the job on time. They even came back weeks later to repair a gate-latch at no cost. I sought 4 bids for this project, including from a well-known company where I was a repeat customer, where the other contractors were either no-shows, unprofessional or demanding of expensive prep requirements before considering the project. Integrous is truly head-and-shoulders above their competition!

Beautiful. They were prompt, efficient and the fence looks beautiful! They were so easy to work with and everything went so smoothly, we hired them immediately for a second job?

It was awesome. The estimator came out on time and spent a lot of time with me. He answered all my questions. He provided a prompt estimate by e-mail, and happily did a number of revisions based on changes I requested and other estimates I got, until I was sure all my estimates were "apples to apples." They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but had the best warranty and I really liked their customer service attitude. I paid my deposit and the secretary was very nice. The wait time was four weeks which was fine--I was not in a hurry and I took it as a good sign that they have lots of business. The installers came in as scheduled and on time. They listened to me and paid attention to my request to keep heavy equipment off part of my lawn. They did not disturb any of my plants. They were polite and efficient. Everything looks beautiful. The job was done in the time allotted and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We were not the owners of the house when the fence was put in. The fence was breaking down and coming apart ~5 years after it was installed. They came by and fixed three areas where it was coming apart. in a timely manner.

I had a very good experience with them. The only drawback to the whole thing was the amount of time it took before they could replace my fence, jut because the were so busy. Other than that everything was positive.

The workers were very professional. The fence was along the side of our yard that was not a straight line so they consulted with me multiple times during the installation about the placement which I appreciated. Some of the boards did not have a very finished edge but they sent someone back within a few days to sand them. Overall, fence looks very nice and we have received many compliments.

Quoting/Sale -- Very responsive, was willing to create the quote with several different requested options and phases. Had no problem when I decided to just go with the small core project rather than one of the larger ones. Very professional throughout. Pricing -- high on a per linear ft basis, but I understand the fixed costs with coming out for a small project. Overall seems very fair. Installation -- The five week waiting time they predicted was almost exactly what it ended up being. I was called about 4 days before the installation date. Installers found unexpected concrete below the driveway blacktop which certainly complicated the process. The finished product looked great. Follow up -- Unfortunately, over the next six weeks two of the four posts warped pretty significantly, given everything an uneven look and opening a gap between gate and fence. The contract I signed had a two year workmanship warranty, but not a product warranty, and admittedly this wasn't caused by any mistakes in setting the post. Nonetheless, when I asked them to take a look at it, Fence Experts came out and completely replaced the two warped posts. I was so happy with this part of the process. There was never any pushback, just a commitment to make sure the customer was satisfied, even with a very small job in the scheme of things. Summary: The Fence Experts are great people, and stand by their work. This was a very refreshing home improvement experience. I will definitely be going back to them for the next fence project.

Work was completed on time and beautifully done. All contact with the Fence Experts was professional, from the original call requesting an estimate, throughout the estimate process, installation, billing and follow-up. We received a quick repsponse to any call or email. Professional sales & installation crew. The price was very competitive -- could have done it for a bit less but the materials we not as high quality. Nice job!

Very well. They showed up to work on time and got right to work. There was an issue with some of the posts. They were fixed immediately, as were some of the pickets. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

We were provided with reasonable pricing for multiple options. Installation occurred in the timeframe promised (within four weeks from estimate). Workmen were conscientious of neighbors yard, courteous and efficient. Workmanship was excellent. Very pleased with the result.

Excellent - we gave them a choice of 2 paddocks to fence in, and they chose the paddock whose fence they believed to be in better shape, so we could avoid repairs for longer. Their quote was good, and they were out on the day they promised. We had been told that it was a 2 day job (it was a big paddock, and there was additional work they were doing). They actually took 3, but that was only because on the 2nd day, which was a horribly rainy day to begin with, there was a thunderstorm that forced them to take cover and finally give up when it went on too long. Their workers were polite, listened to my requests, and best of all, really took the idea of keeping an 8 lb dog from being able to sneak out. They came to me when they were 99% complete, and showed me areas they were concerned that she might be able to escape. So we discussed options, and then they remedied each area as we discussed. I can say based on the fact that 10 years ago we had a different company come out at our old house to fence it in, and they did not show the same concern Fence Authority did, that they are definitely better than the competition, and they DO care about the work they are hired to do.
