Looks great. Two double gates and one single gate installed with fencing. Very professional crew. Thought they would be high bid but they were not.

Not so good. Job was completed in 2-days. First, our home is undergoing a major make-over, there were several other contractors working during the fence job. Two "fence experts" (what a joke), arrived on-time Mon.10/1/14. They started by ripping down the old wood fence. It was left laying on the ground. Then, with a combo auger machine/fork lift, they began transporting the new vinyl from the truck be to the back yard. Bare metal forks, lifted the unprotected vinyl panels. This thing is jarring and denting the panels, as the forks do not extend but half way up the new vinyl panel face. Approx. 50' foot run from the truck. I did not say a word. After all, these are the fence experts. The auger machine goes dead on the 2nd boring. The Patio installers help and pull their machine out of the ivy bed with a back-hoe. 2-3 hours go by without any fence work. Machine is fixed and we're off and running, night time. Day-1 is complete with 45% of the fence installed. I originally requested 20" deep holes, with a 3"stone base, and then concrete mix. I get a hand full of stone, but, I do get a full bag of concrete at each post, plus one of the guys asked to use my bathroom. He does a number-2. Great. The remaining fence is installed, but way out of being straight with the first sections. Not a word said, Angie's gives this company an A-rating. They even have the green shield thingy. I'm to busy to worry about it. Out of the corner of my eye, I see these two guys trying to remove the old wood panels with the little forklift, wood falling everywhere, and then finally asking for help again from the patio installers. Are these guys for real, or what? They work on getting the wood on there truck, and then see me for final payment. I give them the check without inspecting the job. I'm I bad? The next day I walk my brand new fence job. 4-post and old fence debris is left everywhere. I guess the old post that were installed in concrete, where to heavy, and left for the owner to deal with. So I dealt with it. For about 2-hours worth of clean-up. Don't even consider this company to clean your garage. I'm the proud owner of a beautiful and expensive crooked fence. UPDATE: 10/15/14 John from the Fence Experts shows up to make repairs. He explains things fairly well, and why the fence is crooked. Fence remains crooked because of tree roots and power pole near property line., but top pickets are fixed to comply more-so with design. Consider my rating now a "C" minus, as of this date. UPDATE: 7/27/15 Decided to give a second chance to the Fence Experts. This contract included a detail drawing of the fence layout. Had to wait a month before work could start on 6/29/15. This time all aspects of work and workmanship where outstanding. Work covered several days because the factory sent the wrong gate size. The problem was promptly fixed and the fence was made right. The picket fence fits into a small garden area and adds that finished look down the end of our driveway. We are quite pleased. Therefore, based on greatly improved performance and workmanship, on this second contract, the Fence Experts have been given a rating of A-PLUS, by this customer. Good job.

The provider contacted me but could not get out for several days. They were polite and professional. I simply selected someone with earlier availability.

Best price for job and we had 3-4 other providers out to give us estimates. Excellent service with getting estimate, scheduling job, and performing work. Whole job was done in 2 days. Fence looks great! Highly recommend this provider.

Got a quote from 3 fence people with "A" ratings on Angie's List. Fence Experts came in slightly under the other two. Because of those two factors, they were booked up for some time, but with their reviews and price we figured it was worth it. And we were right! The fence is amazing. We have very uneven land and Fence Experts followed the contours very well. I would use them again.

They were extremely professional. I received the quote quickly over email after their visit which included multiple options with prices and explanations. The price was very competitive. When I called asking to expedite the person over the phone sounded very professional. I received the new price the same day, everything was explained clearly. On the day of installation they came on time, did a great job on the fence. I am very happy with their service. I will definitely use them again.

The removal of the old fence and the installation of the new fence went better than I could have imagined. I was somewhat nervous about this job due to a big tree and its roots located along the property line, as well as neighbors. John and Mandel arrived promptly at 8 am, and they worked swiftly and diligently to finish the job. They consulted with me; they asked me questions; they kept me apprised of potential developments. They were polite, respectful and hard workers. Also, a shout-out to my salesman, Michael, who is great. He's knowledgeable on all aspects of fencing. Michael quickly responds to emails and phone calls. Michael even made a special trip back to my house with fence samples to ensure that I was happy with the color. The Fence Experts is a terrific company. Not only would I use them again for future fencing needs, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a fence. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the work the guys at the Fence Experts did. My husband was the one who dealt with them to get a quote, sign the contract, and schedule a time. They were professional, punctual, and easy to work with. The showed up on time, got the entire fence done in about a day and a half (it is a pretty large fence) and stuck to the quoted price (and took the Angie's List coupon). Our backyard is somewhat uneven and hilly in patches and they were still able to get the fence straight along the entire property which I was really happy with since the dog spends a lot of time out there. They were also very helpful in terms of working to figure out where our gas lines are on our property. Overall, we really liked the work they did and would recommend them.

We were impressed with this company with the very first phone conversation with Mark Martin. He came to our home within one or two days to assess the situation and provide us with a quote. We had a couple of email communications and Mark responded in less than 24 hours. At one point the fence plans had to be modified, and Mark made a second visit to remeasure and discuss options with us. He impressed me as a highly professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They also worked with us regarding the start date for our project. Today, two young men showed up on time and ready to install the fence. I have to admit, they appeared fairly young to me until I started speaking with them. They were brothers (I am so sorry I forgot their names) and as they began their work and spoke with me, it became clear to me very quickly that they knew what they were doing. Every time I stepped outside to ask a question (I have underground electrical wires and a fairly rocky yard), they immediately stopped the machinery to attend to my question or concern. They were extremely polite, we discussed options for obstacles in the path of the fence, and we made two modifications as a result. They exuded professionalism beyond their years. As if this wasn't enough, the company offered us the most competitive price of all of the estimates we received. We absolutely, without reservation, would use The Fence Experts again and would recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank you Fence Experts!

First we received our quote. Then we decided to go ahead with this company after reviewing a few quotes. When paying our deposit and signing a contract (e-mailed to us which was great!) we learned about how far out the company was scheduling work. We were asked if this would work with our timeframe and it did. Then we waited for the projected time and about 2 days before the projected week for the work the company called to confirm a crew would be out at 8:30 a.m. to start work. Getting the permit: The company worked well with us to become registered in our township prior to starting work so that we could get a permit for the fence. On the day of the project the crew arrived on time. The leader walked us around the house to ensure things were placed appropriately (like gates) and confirmed which way they should open. Then work started and the crew was professional throughout the day. After work was complete we received both and electronic and paper copy of the final invoice which directly reflected the quote with no surprises.

They did a very good job repairing the gates.

We had several estimates between $2,500 and $8,000 for the same fence, 245' of split rail and wire fence with a double gate. All came before for a measurement. We decided for the cheapest, The Fence Experts, and don't regret it. They did a good job, everything looks great and professional.

This company was great to work with. Very prompt response when we called for an estimate, they spent a lot of time discussing options with my husband and sent over an estimate that same evening. We thought the price was very reasonable given the length and style of fence we were having installed. Timing was delayed by about 3 weeks due to weather, but the provider was great about keeping us up to date on timing and only had to change the schedule one time. They showed up when expected, were very professional, and completed the work exactly within the estimated timeframe. They were a little short on fencing materials and proactively called it to our attention and adjusted the costs accordingly. Frankly, I'm not even sure we would have noticed given the placement of the fence and so we appreciated the honesty. Overall great company that lived up to their reputation.

This was a terrific experience from start to finish. Our salesman, Jason H was helpful, patient, and responsive even though there were many iterations to this project over the course of several months. Once we finally figured out what we wanted, the process of scheduling and installation was seamless. Our install team (Gerald, Nathan, Mandel, Gabe and Jamar) varied over the course of the 4-day install but all of them were friendly, hard-working, professional and very accommodating. They really went out of their way to make sure we were completely happy and satisfied with the job. The end result is beautiful! I would recommend them without hesitation.

The Fence Experts were excellent!! I would use them again in a flash but I would also happily and highly recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors. They were very thorough, very punctual, and the price overall was also the best out of four estimates which I received. The entire project took just two full days and they cleaned up really well afterwards leaving everything really tidy and meticulous. For someone who is very neat and picky, I couldn't be happier. They were also very polite and professional and in a word they really were the "Experts"!!

This was a great experience. From the estimate, scheduling and installation, all parts of this job were handled timely and professionally. I felt their pricing was fair and the two guy that showed up to do the job were friendly and efficient. They even left my yard in good shape after digging holes for the posts. I would definitely recommend them!

the fence itself is fine. the installation was average and took a couple of times to come back and fix a couple of things. they also spilled cement on my nice brick paver patio walkway and we will see if I am able to get that up. One of the fence posts seems uneven too. they seem like they want to do a good job and have been pretty responsive. with a name like the fence experts i did expect a much better installation experience and result from them and that is why i gave them a B overall.

Everything was done on time and as expected. The team of installers were very courteous and respectful. The price quoted was the exact price billed, no surprises. The quote itself was substantially less expensive than another fence company I contacted which was also highly rated on Angies List. My wife and I are very pleased and would not hesitate to use Fence Experts again.

The fence came out beautifully, and the job was done much quicker than we expected. The quality was excellent and we are extremely happy we used The Fence Experts. Out of 4 quotes, they were by far the most reasonably priced and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

I contacted the Fence Experts in December to fence in the part of my yard which did not have a fence and the run wire mesh on the bottom of all of my fence. I was getting a puppy and I wanted to keep him safe in our yard. They came out promptly, and it was very easy to make an appointment at a time that worked for me. They gave me a good quote pretty much in the middle of the other quotes, I got three. The person who came out was very helpful and he listened carefully to me and offered suggestions. I placed my order and got on their list to be done. I am in Pennsylvania and starting in January (when they were to start) the weather became awful. Snow and freezing ground and temperatures. They kept in close contact with me and tried to reschedule many times but we got another snow storm. Finally in March and early April they got the fence done. I really have to say they were great trying to work with me but as long as there was a snowstorm or ice they really could not do a fence. They did complete the fence. They told me when they were coming and they came exactly when they said they would. They did an excellent job and the fence and wire mesh looks perfect. I even got to use my Angie Coupon. They did not want to be paid, except for a 50% deposit until they were done. I would use them again About three months after the fencing was installed there was a problem with the gate and I called them. They came out within two days and totally fixed the problem. They do stand up for the work that they did. I was impressed.

The Fence Experts have done work here twice. They respond quickly, show up when they say they will, do the work quietly and thoroughly. Very satisfied. Will use them whenever I need fence repair.
