Company was very professional. Came when they said they would come and completed work promptly. From the estimate through the final billing, everything went smoothly and efficiently. We haven't seen any issues with the quality of the work or the fencing. On cost, we got a bid from another contractor, but The Fence Experts was a few hundred dollars less.

They were excellent. They were professional and did a great job of clean up. They went the extra mile for me.

They did an excellent job. They came out and measured our back yard, discussed what we wanted, showed us our options, and scheduled the installation. The crew came out and installed the fence in one day. They even were able to make a last minute change that we needed. Very professional installation and service.

Very well. We had a little miscommunication on getting the paperwork started, but once that was done, they obtained the fence gate and had the replacement done in no time. They did ore work than we even expected, and it was a very professional job. Wish we had known about these guys when we had the fence installed.

Provider arrived on time and took estimates. Received a slew of paperwork via email the next day along with the estimate including release forms containing language such as "not responsible for harming animals in the course of fence installation" and other lawyer in the family type stuff. Did not receive second estimate requested for a different material. No follow through from provider.

Well. Would consider more options but might still use again next time.

We met with and received quotes from four different companies in the area and decided to go with The Fence Experts. Very professional and friendly when they came to give a quote. Worked with us on figuring out the best way to install our fence with difficult hills and terrain and on figuring out the most cost effective way to go about it. Work was done on schedule as promised and installers were quiet and unobtrusive while they worked and didn't leave a mess behind. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I'm very happy with the work provided by The Fence Experts and plan to use them in the future when my fence will need repair and replacement. The only downsides were some communication delays (email going to spam folder), and the installation being postponed. But everyone was very friendly when I did call. On the day of, the installation required less time than planned. There was a miscommunication about caps for the 6x6 posts--I believed they were included and was not told otherwise, the installers didn't have it on their list and hadn't brought any. However, John made it right. He had the installers go and purchase the caps and install them that day, without additional cost to me. I was very impressed by that. The gate sits on a slope, but the installers made it fit perfectly over the hill. It swings and closes perfectly now. I love my beautiful new gate.

The installation went very well especially this time of year. The men arrived and went right to work. The installation took a little longer due to the snowy weather however, they did a great job. Very professional and courteous. I would receive a call the morning if the weather was too ugly for the guys to arrive. This worked out really well as I was not sitting around wondering if they would be on the job or not. This was completed in a very timely manner and I would certainly use them again. I even received quotes from two other companies and The Fence Experts were right in the ballpark. No issues whatsoever.

We were impressed with the estimate and the materials provided by the company. Installation went well and as expected. They had to schedule us pretty far out and we were thrilled when we were bumped up ahead of schedule. We love our fence, it is absolutely gorgeous and better than we expected. We had two small problems, one, the locks were ordered for the fence (we wanted two key locks for security) were only able to be installed on one gate, the installers did the second gate in a way that the lock could not be accessed. They worked with us to find a different latch, but now I have one keyed gate and one padlocked, not ideal. The second issue was when they came to level the posts, the guy who came used a chainsaw directly on them and did minimal (but noticeable by me) damage to the fence. My husband complained and they replaced the damaged boards. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend them. I would suggest that you make sure their installation plan fits in with your gate latches in advance.

The fence is absolutely beautiful. Our backyard is not level and they did a great job of installing the fence so the lines look really clean and not choppy. They were timely, professional, and answered all our questions. The materials are high quality. Love my new fence and the dogs are pretty happy too!

I called and spoke with the receptionist to schedule an appointment. I explained that I work and could only have someone come for estimates on weekends or evenings. The woman said sorry but they don't do any weekend hours and the latest appointment they have is 4pm. This is not a company that is willing to work around the average persons busy schedule. I was shocked because they other three companies that we have scheduled are coming on Saturday morning, came this past Saturday afternoon and Wednesday at 6pm.

It went well. It was a quality fence. It took a long time to get it, because they were backed up, but they did get the job done.

Everything went well and their price was the best out of three estimates.

They installed approximately 300' of split rail fence with mesh fencing in a very steep area behind our house. It took them 1 day to get everything installed. Had one issue with a single post which was expected since our house was recently built and the ground was still shifting. They came out within a week of the call, fix the post no charge and that was that. A great company to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Salesperson was prompt and friendly, even through repeated email requests for additional information and price requests. Installation crew was knowledgeable, although for some reason they did not bring water with them which was needed for the job, and had to get it from my house. I'm mostly happy with the fence itself, although I did tell them I would be getting a dog and I can already see that the fence doesn't go all the way to the ground so a dog could easily dig underneath. My biggest problem has been dealing with the front office. They have been unwilling or unable to provide me with an invoice listing the dates and amounts of my payments. Thus far they have sent me an invoice reflecting none of my payments, a second invoice reflecting one of my payments, and a third invoice reflecting one of my payments and an unspecified "credit" to my account. Even after emailing them with an exact description of what I need - all they would need to do is copy the figures onto their letterhead and email the invoice back to me - they have been unresponsive. No excuse for this. UPDATE 1/5/14: Fence Experts has now provided me with a correct invoice.

I recently moved into house with two dogs and no fence. The Fence Experts were quick to come out for estimate and provided several different quotes for different types of fence. I had a second company come out who was in the ballpark of the Fence Experts. I picked the Fence Experts because of the great feedback on Angie's List. Yes, it did take longer that I wanted for the project to start, but I am very happy with the outcome. The workers were very professional and even came back on the day before Thanksgiving in the rain and snow to finish the small section left. Now I can leave my pups out in the yard to run around !! Thanks Fence Experts !!

Initial visit was to secure the estimate, requiring a measurement of the boundary of the area to be fenced, along with discussion of positioning, number and size of gates. Estimate was rec'd by e-mail within 48hrs of the site visit. Job was scheduled and contractor was very helpful in securing the permit from the local township (who were also very co-operative) which I had failed to take care of in time. Communication regarding the time and scope as excellent. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They confirmed exactly where the fence should go, where the gates should be positioned, and discussed the location of lawn sprinkler heads/lines so that they would avoid any potential damage. They also confirmed details like how the gates would swing (in or out), whether the wire should be on the inside or outside etc. All the posts were installed on day one and the job was completed on day two. The guys were neat, tidy, very respectful of my property and a pleasure to have working there. Fence Experts was not the lowest bidder on the job but I used them because of their approach and their reputation in the area. Turns out I made the right decision, these guys are excellent and I would highly recommend them.

The Fence Experts replaced an existing wooden fence around my back yard. They were responsive to all of my requests and some changes I needed to make. The quality of the work is excellent and the installers were wonderful. They confirmed all of the work to be done, before starting, and did a lot of it when I wasn't able to be at home. I don't know how they managed not to damage any of my plants, but they managed it both with taking out the old fence and installing the new. Clean-up was as if they were never there. I recommend the company highly.

It was good, we just didn't use them. They were very friendly. The estimate experience was great.

I had a split rail fence and wire mesh put around my back yard for my dogs. The service was excellent as well as the installation of the fence. They were very punctual and completed the job when they said they would. The quality of the fence is great and is just as they had explained it to me when they did the estamate. I would use The Fence Experts again and highly recommend them.
