We used to be the Fence Experts, but now we're Integrous, fence and deck builders who believe that craftsmanship and care go a long way. We take pride in every project we complete and invest extra time to listen, ask questions, and treat your family like our own. Whether you’re looking for a backyard privacy fence or custom deck, we’ll work closely with you to make your outdoor dreams a reality. Since 2009, we've designed and installed a variety of commercial and residential fences and decks, all backed by the industry's only completely comprehensive, five-year warranty. Built to withstand the toughest environments and last for generations, our products are all made with your goals in mind. We are a family owned and family-run business based in Eastern PA. Description of Work: They installed two black aluminum railings on my new patio steps. And while they cracked oneStep when they were installing the first railing they came back immediately asked to pa step when they were installing the first railing they came back immediately after The paver was replaced to finish the job. They showed up on time, the young man was polite and I feel they did an excellent job .

Description of Work: They showed up a day early (I happened to be home). The guys were very courteous and thorough. The estimate was the highest, about 2k over the next highest estimate, so I did not use them. I am sure they would have done a good job, but the price steered me away.

We do this by making note of it in the Deposit receipt we send out, as we know it can sometimes be tough for people to wait. We are taking steps to cut our lead time down going into this next year, as we really want to make sure our customers get their fences as quickly as possible!

Description of Work: Installed 18 - 3 hole post n rail fence posts, 2 gates - 1 standard size , 1 8ft size, black wire mess installed. The crew was in/out and all cleaned up in 5 hours... All of the equipment they used was top notch from the chainsaws to their work trucks and everything in between.

Description of Work: I paid for 2 guys for 2 hours. I wasn't home when they arrived but was there within the first hour, and they had already finished and left. I received an invoice for an additional $100. I was confused because I had paid for 2 hours and they finished in one, so I thought it would be a wash - it wasn't. When I questioned it, they said that I paid what I paid and if it took them 1/2 the time to do it then that was on me. They did, however, end up taking 50% off of the additional costs.

Please note that this was all clearly spelled out in the terms and conditions which came with the offer. The extra charge was for materials only, and as this customer mentions, we ended up absorbing our extra costs. We really tried hard to make things as clear as possible up front by putting the terms and conditions right on the front page of the offer, as none of us like these kinds of surprises.

Description of Work: They enlarged the fence area around our pool so our dogs would have more room to exercise. The young men were very energetic, competent, polite and considerate. They did the job in such a way that our dogs could have access to the yard during the two days of installation. They did neglect to install a section where the fence could be removed in the event large tree equipment needed access (which item was on the scope of work) but, when they got a chance, they came back and fixed it. Overall we are very pleased with the job.
