Description of Work: I was just moving into the home and have dogs. They worked with me through settlement being pushed back numerous times, arrived a little early to finalize plans that morning because I had an early commitment and they were finished by the time I arrived home that evening. Description of Work: Responded quickly to email through Angie's list . . scheduled an appointment to come out, measure, and provide and estimate for new fencing. I took time off early from work to be at my home and they never showed up, never called to cancel. I wrote another email telling of my disappointment and received no response.

Description of Work: I had been very specific on the phone when I first called about what I wanted and needed. The person sent out to do my estimate knew nothing about anything. A wasted trip. Apparently the person on the phone neglected to inform me the person who I really needed was out of the country for a month. A waste of my time and theirs.

Description of Work: They installed an aluminum fence in our backyard. They were punctual and professional. They hit one of our irrigation system pipes as they were digging a hole for a post but this was not their fault. We weren't 100% sure where the pipes were and they notified me immediately. They had to wait for approximately an hour and a half until the pipe was fixed before finishing the job and they didn't complain. All in all it was a positive experience and our dog loves it!

Description of Work: JOHN AND HIS TEAM WERE THE BEST. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM START TO THE FINSH. I WAS NOT TREATED AS THOUGH I WERE JUST A NUMBER. I HAD NUMEROUS EXTIMATES TO REMOVE MY WOODEN FENCE AND REPLACE IT WITH A VINYL PRIVACY FENCE. THEY BEAT EVERYONE FOR PRICES AND QUALITY OF MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

+ -1 moreI had contacted The Fence Experts in Spring 2010 about an estimate, which they promptly provided. We did not proceed with the project until almost a year later. I contacted them to find out if the old estimate was still valid, whch it was. They were significantly less expensive than the 2 other quotes I received. The owner, Jason Hurst, was very responsive to all of my calls, emails and questions. We traded lots of calls because of rain delays/rescheduling, but Jason always returned the calls promptly. He gave me his cell number so I didn't have to worry about answering machines, etc. The 2 man crew that came out worked their tails off and got it all done in one day...They did a great job.
Description of Work: Replaced an existing, but rotted, 3 rail post and rail fence. Approximately 180 feet, plus 2 gates and related gate hardware. Included "pool code" wire mesh. Removed all old material and debris. Gate posts were set in concrete.

+ -1 moreThe process was simple, the came out and gave an estimate. we were so pleased with the price we readjusted to inlcue more of the yard and they came out a second time to remeasure. We then put down a deposit and they schedule us about 2 weeks out. We have had a rainy spring so they came as soon as they could. They did have to reschedule because another job ran over but it was for just one day later and they worked with us to find the most convienant date. Work was done on the day scheduled and they showed up on time and in budget.
Description of Work: The Fence Experts installed a new spilt rail fence and a stockage fence on our property. We were very pleased with the price and the service. The crew came and installed in one day and the fence looks great. I thought we would never be able to afford to fence in our backyard and they did it at a very reasonible price and great quality.
