as expected -- a good experience

Great. I purchased two "Big Deals" and then all of the futher transactions were handled online. I sent pictures and received an estimate. The job was completed in a fashion that I didn't even notice that the work had been done (which was a good thing...no mess, no fuss).

The Fence Experts sent a very conscientious employee to our house to repair our 15 year old fence. His work was quality and detail oriented. He was courteous and careful. He replace several posts and rails. The company's billing service was friendly and efficient as well making sure to thank us for our business. We will definitely be using The Fence Experts when we need to replace our old fence.

They did a beautiful job. They were very nice and professional. We would definitely have them come back again. They are a company of younger individuals and did a very nice job. We were overall very impressed with them.

They scheduled, they came and installed fence.

The "Big Deal" was a discount of the hourly rate for labor. It did not include materials. I knew this ahead of time, but when I got the bill for the materials, it really appeared that the costs charged to me for the materials were very inflated, making the Big Deal, not such a great deal.

Their service was good. They were on time and they stayed within their budget.

The company called me to confirm my Big Deal purchase and asked for a description of work needed. To be as specific as possible, I emailed photos of the gated areas of our fence that need repairs. On the day of the sceduled work, it had rained heavily the night before; the crew arrived and assessed the work areas, but informed me that ground was too wet to adequately perform the repairs, as I could see by the puddled water in both areas of the yard. The technician asked that I call when ground dried out a bit to reschedule the service. The following day, I received a call from John to review the needed work and the condition of the yard, and again, confirm that I will call when yard in better condition for work to be performed.

We have not yet exercised the work but we will probably use them for the project. They are a first class company.

The job I had in mind was too big for the two Deals. He gave me a quote for the job, but wouldn't take the full value of the Deals off the quote. Instead, I am getting a refund and doing the work myself.

I don't see how it could have gone better. It was a good repair, done on time and on budget.

They were very efficient and did an all around great job.

They called us back promptly. Sent an estimator out to check out the job. Then sent crew of two to do the job. They were professional and courteous. We would definitely use them again. Good quality of workmanship.

The whole experience was very good - good customer service (prompt and friendly scheduling and invoicing); workmen turned up on time and did a quality job; price was very reasonable (all labor was covered under our $99 Angie's List coupon and we were only charged $15 for materials). Would definitely use The Fence Experts again.

Contacted me promptly. Arrived on time. Assessed the work within 1 hour and sought approval. Kept to the price quoted. All in all a very competent and professional job.

Estimator arrived exactly on time, provided estimate with 3 options, revised his estimate after we changed our mind on the height and style. The work was done promptly, installers were very careful with our plants, and they even removed a tree branch at no charge. Excellent price for over 100 feet of tall red cedar fencing.

We'd wanted a land survey completed since we'd recently moved into the house and plan to put up a fence. Survey was completed within the time frame we needed done. Overall, great job!

Fine however I expected them to work for 2 hours but the said they were only to work for 1hour because there were 2 men working, one hour each. That was not explained to me and I do not remember readin that stipulation in the coupon

Do use this company for repairs etc.. They are prompt and fair. Their $99.00 specials are really worth it!

i called them andwas told it was man hours not crew hours hence each coupon 2 hours for each man . my coupons only for one man i saw nowsmall print saying any thing aboutman hours i am in dept for 575.00 which makes this no deal to me

it went very well. i called before purchasing the angie's list special that was being offered to members. i called to find out how much time they thought it would take to complete the job. they were accurate but in the end i spent a little more because i asked them to reinforce the fence in other areas that i had not originally mentioned.
