We had a small bathroom Flood which seeped through the ceiling affecting two floors. We called MSI and spoke with Joe the owner. He was incredibly prompt and responsive with his return call and came out within a few days to do a mold test. He took air quality samples from both floors and our basement as well for good measure. The report came back within a few days and Joe called and reviewed the report answering all of our questions. The service was incredibly helpful and professional. In addition Joe was clean, conscientious and very thorough. Highly recommended.

MSI did an outstanding job and was easy to work with. I got a call back from Joe (the owner) within a half hour of my original call, and a date was set for 10 or so days out. Joe (the technician) arrived promptly and completed the work. I spoke with both Joes at various points during the job. Both took the time to answer my questions. When it looked like the cost was going to exceed the phone estimate (completely MY fault for not describing the job well), Joe (owner) called me before any work was started to go over the expected cost and to make sure I still wanted them to complete the work. The final price was more than fair. The bathroom was left clean, bare, sealed and ready for a remodel. I would use MSI again, no question.

This is the second time we have used MSI for water damage. The first was a few years ago when we had water leak into our dining room from an ice ****. This time, our water treatment provider left a water faucet open which led to water accumulation in our finished basement. I called Joe at MSI and he immediately came out to remediate the water damage. They are prompt, reliable, clean, and their work is impeccable. They make sure to take pictures of the damage both before and after for insurance claim purposes. We had another area in our basement where water had entered from a clogged gutter downspout and we had mold. We scheduled a return visit to remediate the mold in this area and this job was also handled impeccably. I hope we don't need to use MSI services again but if we do, I have complete trust in their work.

Everything was done neatly, quickly, and without need for extensive clean-up on our behalf. We would definitely use them again, although we hope never to have mold problems again.

We were very lucky to have Joe, the owner, come to our house given his 20 years of experience in dealing with every type of home-related issue. Joe had such a warm personality that we felt like we were dealing with a friend and his knowledge of how to prevent mold/mildew by placing the fans in the proper locations was very impressive. Joe kept in touch with us and worked around our schedule (we were getting married the same week) to dry our house and perform the sheetrock and drywall removal. Joe is well connected and was able to put us in touch with a Public Adjuster (also Joe) who helped us with the insurance claim process. Overall, Joe and MSI had completed their work in 3 days and we were really happy with the quality of their workmanship and Joe's ability to communicate effectively with us. Inasmuch as we needed to demolish parts of our house (who likes doing that, really?!), everything went swimmingly. We would definitely use Joe and his team again, and are planning to do so for mold remediation in our basement.

Joe arrived at our house at the time of the appointment. He clearly explained how he would conduct the air sampling and use thermal and moisture meters to evaluate our home. While air sampling was being conducted, Joe walked the entire home using the moisture and thermal meters to look for possible problem areas. Joe called us as soon as the sampling data was available and informed us that there were no mold issues. I would recommend Joe for mold inspections.

Called on a Saturday morning as my week days are very busy. Since our problem wasn’t an emergency I was expecting a call back on Monday, instead Joe called me directly Saturday night. When he arrived to perform the testing he explained everything, was honest with what was needed or in my case what was not needed and answered all of my questions/concerns. He even helped me to ease my worry about what was going on.

Joe and his crew did an amazing job. They worked fast and efficiently. What i thought would take weeks only took a few days. I know nothing about mold except that its not good, Joe took the time to explain everything to me...right down to the last little detail, which i loved. Any question i asked he answered honestly (even if the answer wasn't good) All in all i would highly recommend him to anyone with mold problems.

Joe demonstrated utmost professionalism from my first point of inquiry, through scheduling, and follow up. My family had a lot of questions and delays - Joe persisted through all of them. When he came to our house, my husband had his hands full with our toddler son and dropped a glass pitcher in the kitchen. Joe cleaned it up for him! I would definitely recommend Joe to anyone!

Joe was fantastic! He was responsive, prompt and professional during each and every interaction I have had with him. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done in our home to test for and thereafter remediate mold in several areas. He was very honest and did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I had several other providers come to provide bids but none came close to Joe's professionalism and level of integrity. I highly recommend his company without reservation if you are in need of this type of service.

Everything about working with M.S.I. was perfect. Joe came out quickly to evaluate our situation after having a large sewer pipe crack and dump into our basement. Having a toddler in the house and being pregnant at the time, fumes and chemicals were a concern along with whatever mold damage may have happened. They came in, did the job as described, and when Joe came to check on the work during the day, provided us with excellent information on next steps. He even referred us to other reputable businesses to continue to help us through the process of getting our home back in the condition it needed to be. The services that MSI provided was exceptional and professional. The job performed in my home was completed by MSI with professional highly advanced equipment. The performance of all workers in my home were extremely clean and careful in eliminating the mold. My advice to any home or commercial owner would be to condition yourself to your surroundings and be mindful that mold can grow and be anywhere in our daily lives. It's unhealthy, unsafe, and could cause serious medical conditionals and even exacerbated current medical conditions we may already may have. It was perfect! The guy Joe, I think he was the owner, came on a Sunday w/ 2 other guys and they were extremely professional. They came on time and the job was completed in well under the estimated time. Very friendly. The pricing was good. I don't usually try and go for the cheapest estimate because you get what you pay for. I called up and from the very first hello everyone was professional. I would definetly use them agian if need be and have already recomended them to several people. Very happy!
