My husband is a realtor and wanted the contractor to go to a client's house for a consolation. The homeowner just emailed my husband yesterday and said that she has called him twice and has not received a call back.

Joe and his team were professional, responsive, and provided extremely high quality work. Joe let me know every step of the way what work was being done and why certain measures and protocols were taken. After the work was done I felt I had made a very smart decision hiring MSI. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we've used MSI. They were highly responsive in what was an emergency situation, and are very easy to communicate with in general. Joe is a very direct guy who is not only technically proficient at his business, but truly understands the business part of the equation. In MSI's case, this means responding very quickly and with a "whatever it takes" approach to customer calls about water damage. We had a plumber tell us they couldn't even fix the leaking pipe for 1.5 weeks, while MSI was able to be on site as soon as we found a plumber who could actually do the work. Overall a very "classy" job.

It was an outstanding experience. Great service, the owner of the firm is unbelievable, he is fantastic. If he was a doctor he would be a top doctor for his service and bedside manner.

They were very professional and on time. The work area was walled off from the rest of the house with plastic. The worker was efficient, courteous, explained what was done, and cleaned up at the end.

We thought it was a leaky pipe but it ended up just being the A/C making the pipes sweat. He redid all the wood beams and the surface above them. He did a fantastic job.

We were looking for a provider in the area that we could trust to do a great job and happened upon MSI after searching online. The great reviews on both angieslist and Google helped us to feel confident about reaching out to Joe about getting an initial inspection on mold that had started to spread in both our laundry room and master bathroom. Reaching out on a Saturday, Joe got back to us within hours and scheduled an appointment for the next business day to inspect the areas. Joe arrived on time and gave us a great walkthrough of the options we had in remediating the areas and provided us with a reasonable quote. We immediately scheduled the work, feeling confident in his ability and comfortable talking with him. On the day of the job, everything went great - the team was clean, professional and detailed in their removal of the mold in both areas, making clean cuts in the drywall. Luckily, the mold did not spread too far beyond what was visible to us, but if we ever had to deal with a mold situation again we'd immediately reach out to MSI. It's never easy figuring out how to solve an issue in your home when it first appears, but working with MSI helped to alleviate a lot of the stress. Thanks again Joe!

What a great company! I called during a snow storm and someone picked up right away - impressive. The owner Joe, then spoke with me in detail about what to expect with a mold inspection - very informative and knowledgeable. He came out the next day - even though schools were closed due to the icy conditions - and quickly and efficiently took the air samples. The results were back within a few days - and he called me back personally to go over the report. Honest, friendly, reliable - I'd highly recommend Joe and MSI.

Great job. Joe and his crew were very efficient and professional. The basement was completely dry after he was done. This was impressive considering the amount of water damage there was. Removed damaged dry wall and applied deep antimicrobial agent to ensure no mold growth. All in all I was very happy with his service.

Joe is as professional, personable and knowledgable as you could hope for from any contractor. He thoroughly explained the work required, gave a fair estimate, and completed the job on time and on budget. His crew did an amazing job with the removal and cleaning, and performed the work in a way that made it easiest for us to begin renovation. I'd be delighted to contract MSI again, although I hope I never need to.

I can't say enough excellent things about Joe and his company. He is such an honest, patient and thorough businessman. He gave a free initial consultation and then answered numerous questions of mine regarding mold, what would be done, how long it would take, certifications and insurance documents, defining terminology...this guy went to the ends of the Earth for me to make sure I was well educated and felt comfortable with the work that was to be completed and having his employees in my home. I know I drove him crazy, but he never once let it show! His employees Joe and Vinny were great. They also answered numerous questions for me, were personable, polite, and patient as well. They cleaned up very well after leaving, too. I really hope I never have to see these guys in a business setting again...that would mean we have more mold or water damage!!! But if I did, Mold Solutions and Inspections would be the very first people I would call! Do yourself a favor, if you even think there is a chance of mold in your home, call MSI! Mold is no joke. If you want it re mediated the correct way and would like to have a wonderful experience while doing so, MSI is the one.

Joe was very prompt in returning my call to make an appointment. Joe and his team arrived on time. Very professional and courteous. Joe explained everything that they would be doing and why it was needed. Pricing was reasonable and straight forward. Team was polite and got job done quickly.

My first impression was positive. I spoke with the owner, made a same-week appointment, and he showed up on time. He was friendly, professional, listened to me, and answered my questions. He started coughing in the basement which he said was because he's allergic to a particular kind of mold, and joked about how this isn't how he tries to convince customers that they need his services - obviously that made me raise an eyebrow. Unlike the other company I went with, he looked at the unfinished part of the basement and said that the subfloor is probably just dirty, not moldy, and didn't suggest they test it; meanwhile, it was actually ripe with a huge amount of aspergillus. He called me several days later with a quote. I asked that he send it to me via email and I never heard back. Made my decision easy.

I have used Joe several times and highly recommend him. We were selling our house and an area was found in the basement suspect of mold. I called Joe and he came out the next morning on a Saturday to take a look. He quickly provided me with an estimate and made arrangements to come the next week. He was very accommodating considering we had to move quickly for the house sale. He gave us a good deal and we really enjoyed working with him.

I contacted Joe based on a tenant concern of mold due to respiratory symptoms. Joe communicated with me via phone an e-mail to gather information, educate me, and give me options on how to proceed. I chose to have air samples taken, since they would most accurately test for any mold that was airborne and breathable to create respiratory problems. The first test, scheduled for a Saturday, was cancelled due to rain. Joe was willing to come out the following day, on a Sunday!, to take the air samples. The entire process of collecting air samples was explained as he gathered the samples. He also did a full visual inspection of the property. He followed up with a phone call to explain the test results and answer any questions. I have since had follow-up questions that Joe has promptly replied to, with no charge. I am confident that I now have an honest and accurate assessment of my property. Thanks, Joe!

Unfortunately, I have seen Joe and his crew twice in the past month...but if I to see anyone in this business, I would want it to be MSI. They were totally responsive, quite thorough and prompt. We had a basement leak caused by a bad fitting and Joe and his team quickly removed the drywall and insulation, set up the fans and monitored the process for 3 days. This week, we had the unfortunate happen again -- a leak in the kitchen. Again, they were responsive and very neat -- even putting my counter stuff back where it was! I would highly recommend this business.

I called to set up an appoitment which I had within 2 days. He came looked and sent an estimate to me by the end of the day. we scheduled him to come out which turned out to be a stow storm so i exspected him to cancell. which he did not. layed pblankets on my living room floor and stairway because the bedroom on the 2nd floor. He was doing work in my house for 3 days everyday when he finish you would never know he was there everything was cleanned. I have to say he was the best person I ever hired. I wish there were more people like him.

When I thought I had mold, I was hysterical. I called two other mold companies to do a mold test and we hired one. When the test came back positive after we paid him to clean, they refused to reclean and refused to retest. I was very fortunate to find Joe with MSI. Not only did he calm me down because I was absolutely frustrated and terrified, but he was extremely patient and kind. He was intelligent, patient and walked me through each step. Compassionately, he answered all of our questions and totally understood all of our concerns. I would highly recommend MSI to anyone, and now I know why they win the award every year.

After having the first test completed by Joe, we called him again to do a follow up test. Again, he is without question the best service provider we ever had and I would never consider hiring another company. Joe is compassionate, knowledgeable, patient and deserving of all the awards he and his company win. I thank him for all his help in getting me and my husband's life back in order.

The first and second floors and basement in our two story house were significantly damaged by flooding from a broken water pipe. Joe from Mold Solutions and Inspections (MSI) provided valuable advice over the course of several telephone conversations before even knowing if MSI would be hired to do the remediation work. Joe and his team were responsive to our questions and those of the insurance company and they were extremely knowledgeable about how to handle the situation. They provided us with an estimate and time table and they could be relied upon to carry out the work as discussed. It is emotionally difficult for homeowners to see their home and belongings substantially ruined and discarded, and the remediation team was sensitive and considerate while working quickly to limit the damage. This was a large, time consuming job in the middle of summer when temperature could easily accelerate mold growth and MSI worked quickly to prevent mold formation. This involved removing damaged and wet household contents as well as some ceilings, walls and hardwood floors. Later, when a private contractor came into the home to estimate costs to repair the damage following the remediation work, he asked who had done the remediation work and said that he was impressed with the quality of their work. We found MSI to be very professional and we were fortunate to have them working on our behalf.

Joe and his crew were excellent. He came out to inspect our downstairs bathroom and even though it did not detect and mold (we could spell that there was), he walked through our house to help determine where the water damage was originating. He ended up removing the sheet rock from parts of our computer room (ceiling and walls), hallway in the 3rd floor) and powder room. He remediated the mold and brought fans to air out the house. We ended up having so much water damage from the winter's many storms that we did not even know about and are fortunate to have fixed the problem before it turned into a larger mold issue.
