Description of Work: Joe and his team were great! They worked quickly and efficiently to clean spots in my attic caused from water damage. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and very respectful of my home. If needed, I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend their services.

Description of Work: We had them come to assess water and mold damage and provide an estimate. Very professional and full of good information. They were able to discuss several options and treatments as well as what would and would not work and why. They were not the cheapest estimate we received, but we went with them because we felt we would get the best result. We were right. They were quick, clean, and thorough. Also took proper care to protect the other parts of the finished basement. Very satisfied. We hope never to have mold issues again, but if we do, we will be calling MSI.

Description of Work: Containment and air control was established before addressing the issue in the basement. Contents in three closets were removed, HEPA vacuumed and damp wiped using a germicidal chemical. The exposed cinderblock walls in the basement were cleaned. The finished portion of the basement, drywall and carpeting were HEPA vacuumed. The workers, Joe and Vinny(extremely personable), did an excellent job. All contents in the closets were put back the way they were found.

Description of Work: I had a huge flood from my upstairs neighbor. MSI was here in a few hours and took care of everything moving furniture, tearing out drywall, mopping up. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Wonderfully knowledgeable and professional. Super punctual. Super meticulous. Needed some basement mold removed. Gave me a quote and came back the next day to take care of it. Used all the necessary precautions and the space is completely mold free and looks fabulous. Even besides removing the mold, the space was left cleaner than when they arrived! If I ever have any other mold problems, MSI will be the first and only call I make.
