TROY'S APPLIANCE SERVICE

In less than an hour was able to diagnose what was wrong with the refrigerator and icemaker. Had someone else in and could not do it. If you want someone who knows what he is doing, Troy is the man. He is engaging, funny, professional, warm and caring. He is honest as the day is long.I saw his reviews and no wonder he has so many A's. Wonderful man!!!

Troy was very professional in his demeanor. He had a good idea of what the problem was after I described the symptoms. He was very quick in his repair work only taking a half hour for the whole visit. He described what he had done so that I would know for the future if this problem would ever come up again. Troy was on time in arriving at the house in the time frame quoted. I was very satisfied with his work and will definitely call on him for any future work that he deals with.

Troy was great. He was creative in replacing our ice maker water line when it required a certain tube that he knew to have caused problems with other customers. Solved the problem same-day.

This guy is the best! I had a difficult time finding anyone interested in repairing a Samsung Dryer. When I did find a company they were 10 days out before even a service visit to see what the problem was. He called me on a Monday and was there on a Tuesday with all necessary parts. And to top it off his price was excellent. I would refer Troy's Appliance to everyone!

Showed on promptly at scheduled appointment time Quickly diagnosed a stripped motor compoment as being the source of a dishwasher issue. Recommended replacement of washer due to the age of the appliance. Agreed with his assessment. Did not try and hard-sell me on the install of the dishwasher or in anyway try to profit from the replacement. Quickly fixed a dryer issue by snaking out an exhaust tube that was clogged with lint. Super friendly and professional. I don't want any more appliance issues in the future but he will be the provider I call if I do.

He was fine. He tried his best but did not fix the problem. He was responsive. He was on time.

I Troy was able to come out rather quickly and he narrowed the problem down to two possible parts. The first part that we ordered didn't end up fixing the problem, but fortunately he was able to return it. Once he received the 2nd part, he was able to repair the dishwasher in a matter of minutes. Troy seemed very knowledgeable, kept me well informed, and was prompt in getting the dishwasher diagnosed and repaired. I would certainly hire him again or recommend his services to anyone else.

This is the third time we have used Troy's Appliance for large appliance repair and each time their service was excellent. This time we arrived home from work to find our refrigerator no longer cooling. I called troy's and they were able to track down one of their technicians who was on another job but agreed to come to our place later that night. He even called the parts store before they closed to order a few likely parts and had them stored at the convenience store next door so that the technician could pick them up even after the parts store closed. They arrived that night late and fixed the refrigerator and the price was very reasonable. It was service above and beyond on very short notice This is a very solid company that we would recommend highly

He came on his first visit with the pump for my Washer. When I called he ask for details and came ready to fix the problem. He was friendly and respectful. I will definitely call Troy for any future issues, and will highly recommend him to family and friends!

I called Troy about a broken washer on Sunday. He returned a call Monday morning, and after asking a few questions about the problem determined that repair would be too costly and suggested to buy a new washer instead. I am thankful that he did not try to come over, and charge for service call just to tell me that.

It's the second time we've had Troy come and fix an appliance. He's a good guy and does good work. I highly recommend him.

My oven wouldn't heat so I called Troy. I called on a Monday morning and was a little disappointed that he didn't come out til Thursday. However, when he did come, he had the oven fixed in no time. The oven needed a new igniter which Troy provided and installed. He made it look so easy! I felt the price was fair and certainly cheaper than a new stove. Troy was very professional and friendly. I would definitely call him again for another appliance problem.

Troy returned my call promptly, and showed up on time. He inspected my refrigerator, which had poor cooling (25F in freezer, 45-50F in fridge), and determined that the compressor was failing. He advised that replacing the compressor was economically infeasible (which was what I suspected).

Dryer stopped working. Troy was able to come over the day after I called him and able to fix it in less than 30 minutes, had the parts needed in his truck. Very efficient, pleasant, timely.

I was very pleased with the service that Troy provided. For months we had dealt with a dishwasher door that wouldn't stay up and I was afraid that it was going to completely fall off. (Maybe too many times that the kids let it drop or wanted to stand on it?) Anyway, he was able to quickly replace the needed belt, etc. so it was as good as new again! Also, I have a Whirlpool washer which I've had for awhile and it has done a great job for me. I had noticed that it was starting to agitate a little roughly. Troy replaced a piece (don't remember what it was) and it is now agitating smoothly. He was professional, on time and I would highly recommend.
