I asked if if he would please put a mask on because I have a compromised immune system. He said, "that ain't happening." I said, "I'm sorry but my doctor said I can only be around people if the are masked." He replied, "believe your doctor and believe the eff...in Democratic media, a...hole" and turned around and walked away. Huh? I'm just following the medical advice from my doctor's instructions. Why did he have to be nasty and curse at me? It's not about politics or philosophy, but about a medical condition. And he certainly didn't have to curse at me. Life is hard enough with a chronic condition without have to be abused for it.

We had had Troy's Appliance repair our refrigerator previously and were happy with them. So we called them when our dryer and freezer both needed repair. We had to wait 3 weeks for an appt, and when finally he made it out, he showed up at our door with no mask. I asked him if he could please wear a mask while we were interacting (I was ok with him not wearing one while he was working and I could be out of the room.) He flatly refused and said he'd rather leave. I said goodbye. This is completely irresponsible that he is going into people's houses, while we're in a pandemic spike, and refusing to wear a mask for like 15 minutes. We will not be calling them again, and I'm just glad our repair need wasn't urgent.

Troy arrived within the time frame stated by his wife. His wife informed me that there was a $95 charge to arrive and $30 to make the repair, plus parts. He quickly assessed the problem. He called his parts source and then quoted me the price of the part. He left my home for the part and arrived approximately 1 hour later. He quickly installed the new part and checked the operation of the washer. Once convinced all was in working order, he provided me with and emailed, itemized bill. I was impressed enough to refer my daughter to call him for a refrigerator repair the next day, which he also efficiently repaired to my daughter's satisfaction.

Poor. I left a message and no one bothered to call me back

When Troy arrived and started the washer it no longer made noise. But he took the time to go over a few things before leaving. He charged for the house call ( I should have tried it beforehand). He did say if it happened again in the following weeks he would come out and deduct that charge. Very nice.

Troy is awesome and fair. I highly recommend him.

Work was done efficiently and correctly. However, although we were quoted a total price before work began after Troy arrived for the job but the cost was not detailed in terms of parts, labor, etc. Therfore, we do not know what we actually spent for the service call or what the parts cost us. The receipt should have detailed these items.

Excellent. I was very pleased and satisfied. Fair price and knowledgeable repair. Troy is great! He also took the time to discuss a concern I had about my gas burner and explored options with me to fix it. I am planning to call him back for this repair in the future.

Troy completed 2 jobs on 1 visit for me. He repaired my oven glass and he was also able to finally get my ice maker to work on my 3 yoa Samsung refrigerator. The glass repair was a straight forward job, however, the ice maker has been an issue since I purchased the Samsung from Sears (big mistake) along with a maintenance contract (another big mistake). I've had a Sears technician at my house 3 separate times to repair the ice maker without success. I had just given up on it and had started to buy ice in a bag. I mentioned this to Troy while he was replacing my oven glass and he agreed to take a look at it. He discovered the issue and repaired the ice maker. It's been working fine since. I highly recommend Troy for any appliance repair issues you might have.

Great personable guy, he quickly assessed problem , ordered the parts and fixed it. Didn't even asked to be paid for first visit. I will hire him to fix any appliance I have that breaks and have recommended him to several people .

When I contacted Troy's office, was told he was out of town but made the appointment any way for 11/1/2016 for between noon and 3:00 p.m. Troy arrived at 1:45 p.mm and proceed to inspect my washer. A few weeks ago a dog pillow had burst a seam in the washer and some stuffing had lodged in the pump. Troy using a shop vacuum, removed the pieces and now my washer is working fine. He cleaned up and was done within a half hour! Will hire again if any appliance goes bad.

Very well. The earliest appointment I could get anywhere was 2 days later. Troy showed up within the window of time. He brought all possible parts that could have been needed. He fixed the washing machine within 20 mins.

Troy did an excellent job of fixing the washer in a timely manner and was very reasonably priced. First off, he was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in returning calls. We didn't wait very long for him to show up and the actual repair was completed quickly. He was very courteous to my family and I and gave us a thorough explanation of what he was going to be needing to do as he went along. I would definitely use troy again if we ever need an appliance fixed and I definitely recommend him.

Ohmygosh. It was not the timer that needed to be replaced! Troy was a great diagnostician and an honest businessman to say what was really going on. The hot water intake was turned off and this was causing all the symptoms.

The visit went well. Troy arrived within the appoinment window and was done within an hour. He has an affable manner and didn't mind questions.

Troy was the fourth provider I called only because of where he is located in proximity to my house. He was the furthest away but agreed to make the call. He was the only provider that could do same day service, which I desperately needed. He was also the only person who recommended that I shut off the water to the dishwasher to stop the water leakage. A simple solution, yet I didn't know that was a possibility. Troy came out immediately after I called and fixed the dishwasher. He was courteous and professional and I will definitely use him again. His final bill also matched the quote he gave me over the phone. Overall I was extremely happy with the service I received from Troy's Appliance Service and highly recommend him based on professionalism, quality of work and price.
