Description of Work: Fixed my dishwasher, gave me good advice, accommodated my needing to take a long call while he was here.

Description of Work: The service man was prompt. He did some basic tune-up functions for our washer. He felt it was the timer, which he didn't have one of that kind with him. He gave me the option to replace it on my own, which I opted for, and he gave me the part number for it. I did replace it at a later date. Ultimately, it ended up not being the timer, but a sluggish water in-take valve, which I ended up fixing relatively simply. It would have been cheaper if I would have researched my problem more online and tried cleaning the water in-take valve before calling a repair man. But, he was prompt, courteous, friendly, efficient and helped me out with what he thougth the problem was.

Description of Work: My gas dryer completely stopped working. Troy was able to check it out and replace the igniter. He is great to work with and has been a big help in this situation. My washer & dryer are not common models and he has been one of the only ones to fix them out of several services that I tried in the past. Very reasonably priced.

Description of Work: I had been "stood up" by Sears Service and called Troy the next day. He was able to provide service the same day I called. He was prompt, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though it was same day service, he charged us a very reasonable fee. I am done looking for service repairmen. Troy's our man from here on out!

Description of Work: Lucky me, I had 4 appliances down. a refridgerator, a washer, a wine cooler and a dishwasher! I called a few places and no one serviced my sub zero wine cooler, but was much more concerned with the clothes washer and dish washer (the fridge was a basement extra). Mr. appliance said they could come in a week. I didn't want to wait that long, so I called Troy. After a day of phone tag, he called and said he could come, but suggested it might be more cost efficient to hire someone to fix all (subzero too). I asked him to come anyways because I wanted the priority items done asap. He arrived in an hour and was able to fix all my problems at a very resonable price. Description of Work: When our stove quit working I searched for an appliance repair service. Troy received A ratings and also was close to my home so I thought I would give him a try. Troy quickly diagnosed the problem. He went to pick up a new heating element and returned to install the new part. Our stove is working fine once again.
