Todd is amazing! I am a freak about the health of my family - human and otherwise. In the past, we had had a horrific experience with a "trained" technician spraying poison all over our home, resulting in respiratory problems for my pets and myself. I swore we would never hire another pest control company. Obviously, Todd has caused me to revise my opinion! His meticulous care in both application and explanation was phenomenal. The problem is corrected and we believe Todd's Pest Control a gift! Highly, highly recommend!

He trapped the squirrel the next morning and transported her to a park. The squirrel was not harmed.

Great guy took care of the problem very quickly and made certain that the animals got out of the attic. Very humane. I am going to use him for all my pest and exterminating needs

The office manager was kind and considerate. She arranged a prompt appointment. Todd came and assessed the problem quickly. He closed the soffit opening, removed the nest, and placed an exit door for squirrels to leave the soffit. He returned and removed the exit door and replaced the soffit.

It went excellent. He arrived the same day at the exact time he said he would, explained every step of the process and all the items he would be using. I would definitely recommend him again, he really loves his craft!

I called on a Wednesday evening and was in touch with the business the following day. Cheryl was helpful and informative and we made an appointment for early Saturday. Todd, the owner called ahead of arrival as agreed and showed up on time. He did a very thorough investigation inside the house and out - even though it was cold and pouring rain. He found the problem and treated it, even caulking around the inside fireplace wall where they were likely getting in. He told me what to expect over the following few days and gave me follow-up instructions. The price for the work was more than fair and both Todd and Cheryl were very personable and helpful. I would recommend this service provider to anyone requiring pest control within the service area. Very, very pleased.

The ants were very bad this year. They were recommended by a friend.

I've used Todd's. They were really responsive when we told them what was happening, they came pretty quickly. The stuff they used to keep them away stained the siding a little bit. I wish I had known that was going to happen but we had to have them out because we have ti get rid of the nest. They did a good job. I have been using them. I probably will use them again.

They're responsive, it's what I was pleased with. It wasn't, I will be out in maybe a couple of weeks. They came out pretty quickly, in a day or two.

They seem to have gone. They're gone now, we have a few but they're not really much of a problem, since September to this month, we haven't really had much of a problem. They come when they say they're going to be here which is really nice because that's not always the case.

They were out about once a month. The ants were very bad this year because we have a warm winter. I will be using them again. They just do what they need to do. I was pleased they were responsive. They left and there was no mess. There were no problems or follow-up. I didn't notice any obnoxious smell either, I was pleased about that.

My experience with Todd's was great! From the initial phone contact with Todd's wife who answered the phone to putting me in contact with Todd was all of 5 minutes. Todd called to discuss my problem and explained to me what could be done. He let me know that he could be out later that afternoon and that he would contact me 1/2 hour prior. He was right on time which means a lot to me. He explained what he was going to do and got right to work. The job didn't take long and Todd didn't charge much but at no time did I feel like he was rushing to get out. He took his time, was honest and professional. Being in business for myself as well these were all qualities I could appreciate.

I had tried controlling and treating the ant problem in our kitchen & breakfast nook using sprays and traps but that morning the ants were winning. I called Todd's and spoke with his wife (Christine?) and explained the issue. I also asked if we could have someone over that day since I was home from work. She called me back in under 5 minutes and said Todd would be over within the hour. He arrived in 40 minutes, discovered where they were getting in in two different places, then sprayed both inside and around the outside perimeter. He also went down the basement and looked for any issues there, but didn't find any. Went ahead and sprayed just to be safe. Todd was very courteous, professional and obviously knew his trade. He didn't try to 'sell' me additional services and I felt the price was very good. I would absolutely use Todd's Pest Control again and also recommend them to friends and family.

This was my first contact with Todd's Pest Control. His office was very responsive, and when I had to cancel the first appointment, it was quickly and courteously rescheduled. Todd arrived promptly. He was very professional, courteous, and personable. He explained everything he was doing and answered all questions. Inspection of the house was very thorough. He found and removed a dead mouse under the kitchen sink where there was a problem, and he set bait traps in the kitchen and basement for mice and sprayed throughout the house and outside for crawling insects (spiders and ants). Any possible entry holes in the house from outside were filled. He said to call if there was any further sign of a problem or if I had any more questions. We discussed regular follow-up in the fall to assure there would be no return of mice and insects. I was very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to contact Todd's Pest Control again. Definitely "A" service in every way.

From my contact with Cheryl to schedule the appointment, until Todd completed the job, they were professional and responsive. I had an ant colony on an exterior wall in the family room. Todd removed the colony and applied powder on the inside of the house, under the carpet, and he sprayed thoroughly on the exterior. I am very happy with my experience and the service I received. I recommend Todd without hesitation.

Todd provided great service. We had a skunk burrowing under our front stoop. I called Todd's office and he was out the same day to set up traps. Todd would check in with me every couple of days to check status of trap and came out and rebaited as needed. Unfortunately skunk did not re-appear (I had a trail camera on the location to see what was happening), but we did wind up catching a raccoon instead-which was fine with me. Todd was prompt, responsive and very professional. I would not hesitate to use him again and would recommend highly.

Todd showed up on time for this emergency service. We were plagued by what we thought was a mouse. Todd inspected the property and found a vole (not a mouse). He captured it and sealed off it's point of entry.

Excellent service from intake call to follow up. Problem resolved!

Experience went well from beginning to end. I found a few bugs in my kid's room and called Todd the same night. He took my call even though he was at a company x-mas party and gave me a few tips on what to do that same night until he was able to schedule us in for an appointment. He called me back the very next morning and squeezed us in within 48 hours. He treated the whole house just in case. He was very professional and informative. It has been a few weeks and we have not seen anymore bug activity. We would call Todd again if needed in the future.

Todd went well above the call of duty. He returned calls after hours and provided excellent service.

Heard a squirrel in my attic, and after three other pest control services quoted questionable solutions, Todd evaluated the situation. He made sure the squirrel was not in the attic, and sealed the hole in the roof line so the squirrel could not re-enter. Problem solved. The other services wanted to do things like set traps and/or one-way doors, costly and not really needed. Todd found the correct solution to address the problem, without harm to any animals, and, best of call, cost effective.

Todd was great. He was quick, responsive, explained everything in detail and his prices were reasonable. He was polite, professional and did a great job cleaning up the debris. I would definitely use him again.

My kitchen was overrun with ants despite having laid lots of store bought traps. When I found the ants running amok in my food cabinet that was the last straw. I called Todd's on a Friday morning and the owner came out to treat the house within about an hour and a half of my call. The receptionist was very pleasant, empathetic and helpful. The process was quick and easy. Todd answered all of my questions and was friendly and professional. There was no pressure to take on a contract. If I choose to use this service again within a year, the price will be only 30 dollars instead of the initial $150.

Fine. He sealed up the hole for no extra charge, and he was a very nice kid.

He's been wonderful since I moved in! Whenever you need him, he'll come. It's been a great experience. They have flexible scheduling and they will do whatever you need. It's nice to have someone like him I can trust. I haven't had any bug problems since he's been coming here. I like that I don't have to sign a contract and pay extra fees during the winter when there aren't typically any bug infestations. He's always very professional and his wife calls to give reminders.
