We called Todd because we noticed that wasps were getting into our house. We located the probable source of the nest from the out side of the house, but could not determine how they were getting. Todd very quickly determined the entry point and explained what he needed to do to solve our problem. He answered every question we had and told us what to expect and what we would need to do in the future. He applied poison from both the inside and the outside of the house and put a temporary block on the wall until we can provide a permanent fix. His fee was very reasonable and we are extremely happy with the service we received. Todd was polite, competent, and willing to take the extra steps to make us feel confident that our problem has been solved.

I called and left 2 messages on different days and never hot a response. No response at all!!!

Todd did an excellent job of checking around the entire house and roof to see where animals could have entered.

Todd was great and went above and beyond in closing the under-eave, that was blown off due to storm a couple months prior, back up. Once that was done, he put up the "box" that let the squirrels out but not back in. Was skeptical at first but after seeing 5 squirrels come out (with one of them screaming and hissing at me), none have been back. Finally, peace and quiet over my head in my living room. Todd rocks and definitely recommend. :)

Came a day after I called arriving promptly. Was personable and explained what he was going to do. Eliminated the bees both areas and treated areas to prevent return. Told me to call if they returned, he would take care of no charge. Did not try to sell me a service contract. Highly recommend.

Todd showed up on time. He explained what he was going to do and he would use chemicals that would not harm our cat. He did a great job. We have had no ants since he was here.I would highly recommend him to my friends

Amazing. Todd knew exactly what they were, found the source, provided consultation on how to avoid a recurrence. He sprayed the impacted area and additional areas for preventative measures. Cost was same as what was quoted. Friendly, prompt, and professional.

Todd was excellent! Called on a Thursday, he was out at the time promised on Friday morning. Removed nest, explained that we may see one or two coming back looking for nest, but if we had any other issues pertaining to this incident that he would come back and retreat at no charge.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and thorough. Also, the treatment worked. The other thing I like is that there is no contract, and even with no contract subsequent visits are still cheaper (big difference from other companies we have used in the past). I highly recommend this company.

The nest had fallen down but the company was the most responsive and had the best price when I contacted to address the issue.

It went very well. Using Angie's List, I found Todd and called him next day. I heard back from him within 2 hours. Todd was doing some other work nearby, so he fit me into his schedule and came over to my house about 30 minutes later (at no charge). While looking for the bat, Todd did a quick but thorough inspection of my house, pointing out 2 areas where the bat may have entered. Todd gave me very explicit instructions on what to do if I saw the bat again. Around 9PM that evening, I found the bat rolled up, sitting in my kitchen sink! Instead of having a melt-down, I followed Todd's instructions and was able to capture the bat and release it outside without harm to me or the bat. Spoke to Todd again today to determine next steps for taking corrective action on the 2 possible entry points. I am completely satisfied with Todd's responsiveness and detailed advice. I'm not sure I would have been able to calmly capture the bat if Todd hadn't told me what to do. I wouldn't hesitate to call Todd again for any future pest problems.

Excellent. Todd did a great job. Couldn't be more satisfied. We hired him again to provide pre-emptive control to prevent squirrels and birds from nesting on our window ledges. He once again did a terrific job! We highly recommend Todd's Pest Control Services.
