Description of Work: First I had mice and Todd located the source and plugged the hole and also set traps. Then I had a stubborn ant problem and he sprayed the house for me and gave good advice. Todd is very pleasant to work with and he is very helpful.

Description of Work: Todd confirmed that I had mice in my house and discussed his plan for eliminating them. He set traps, explained what he had done to stop them from entering my home and stated that all his work was guaranteed. I made the call at 9:00 am in the morning and by 11:00am that same day Todd arrived. This was exceptional service and I will continue to use their services in the future.

Having a humane trap and Todd just a phone call away definitely helped to lower my stress level. I owe a great amount of gratitude to Todd for recommending what had to be done in the attic and to the roof to prevent another break-in. He is very professional and courteous and called and came when he said he would. My initial call to Todd's was answered by a woman who was very helpful scheduling an appointment (Todd came out within hours.) and pricing.
