The NAL personnel were very knowledgeable and professional. They provided a very detailed and thorough report very quickly, first by email and then by snail mail. It was an excellent report. I really liked the fact that they are not affiliated with any remediation company so their assessment was independent. They recommend what to do and how to do it but not by any particular company.

They are pet friendly! Professional. Detailed oriented. Results come back quickly. They are open 24/7 so if you ever have a question they are there to help. Some people are in this business for money. Not NAL East they are in this business to help people. They are worth every penny and I will work with them again!

I chose NAL as they were not aligned or associated with any remediation company. Also they did not offer a "preliminary inspection" at a lower cost (as another oufit did) - they were thorough, professional and courteous. I was impressed with the inspectors during the process and even more impressed with the detailed report that I received a few days later. This was an excellent value for the money.

The crew was courteous, professional and on time. They took the time to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. The turnaround on the report was impressive as I had the testing done on a Friday and had the report on Sunday. The price is a bit high, but you pay for highly qualified people.

The two individuals who inspected our house were very professional. Unfortunately, we were unable to detect the source of the odor probllem and it has intermittently reoccured. House has now been sold and the new owners have the report of the survey that was conducted.

Everyone was very polite and concerned with the well being of the people in our household, and their safety. The availability, 24 hours, of customer service was great. My inspector answered all of our questions and concerns.
