NAL East, from the very first time I called to get information, to the scheduling, and then their inspection were all amazing. They took such pride in their work, explaining everything in detail.. I got my results report with lab results and copies of the pictures and recommendations later that same evening. I called at 11:30 PM to leave a message but someone actually answered and connected me to the report interpretation department who helped me understand my entire report. Since, Iâ ve recommended them to two other friends of mine and I had them come and do my commercial building. They are 10 star.

Mark and Joe were terrific. Explained all the steps as they were working. Any questions I asked they were willing to answer. The process was explained to me in layman terms. They left yesterday and now waiting for the results.

Highly professional service and the assigned contractor (Mark) explained very technical information in a way in which I was able to easily understand it. Definitely a subject matter expert. He was very patient with my numerous questions and answered with the details I needed to make an informed decision on next steps. I would highly recommend!

Mark Stern of NAL was terrific. He explained the inspection process in terms that we could understand. He returned our calls immediately and showed up when he said he would. Very professional. Report was perhaps a bit more detailed and technical than we needed but was very thorough and informative. I would strongly recommend Mark and NAL to anyone needing mold testing.

Extremely professional operation. These are the best people to use to diagnose any indoor air quality or mold, radon, etc. To me, it’s important to separate the person evaluating the condition from a company that also happens to offer remediation services. That’s my personal opinion and not any type of blanket statement. They were readily available, the Lead Contact was a. man named Mark Stern, who is a total Environmental professional. Fortunately, we had no issues, but wanted peace of mind, which we got in a very detailed Inspection and Report within a day or so. Happy to recommend them to Inspect, Test and Report on possible Indoor air safety issues.

I got a call within minutes on a weekend after requesting help. The guy on the phone (name forgotten) explained the process in great detail, which I appreciated. Appointment was scheduled for the next day. Mark Stern, our inspector, showed up promptly. Having young kids, I was careful to follow and learn as much as I could. Mark was extremely thorough, poking around deep into the rafters, and explaining what he saw as he went. Mark was both knowledgeable and affable. He took a ton of pictures, recorded air samples, and within 24 hours I had a very thorough, detailed report. Not sure what more I could have asked for. Great work.

Inspector did a great job

Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. There is someone to assist 24 hours a day which is amazing. Mark and Peter came to my home for my testing and were excellent. My only negative comment is related to pricing. When I initially spoke with customer service my fee was to be $700. I then learned from Mark on the date of testing that was for 4 areas. Since I had more areas then that of concern I ended up paying almost $1,800 for 7 areas. I was not pressured in any way to do this but feel the customer service team should explain the tiers of their pricing in full so a client is fully informed.

Mark from NAL is the definition of a PRO! He was timely, efficient and very well read on his trade. I immediately felt like I finally had someone on my side after months of being told I was crazy. Thanks to Mark I got out of the toxic environment and have a health place to work from. Can't recommend this company and Mark enough. This is an employee who takes true pride in helping those with damaged apartments, mold, and asbestos. 5 stars!

Very professional and easy to work with

Great experience with Mark. They missed the appointment time and didn't call, however did a super job once here (and gave a Wawa gift card as a "sorry"), explaining everything (in lay-terms) and suggesting remedies for the simple things found.

Mark and the gentleman (KC) he was with were courteous and very pleasant. I tried my best to have my 2 year old out of the way so they would be able to do their job without interruption but, Mark laughed and played with my son during the end as it was time for payment! They are highly recommended!

The two gentlemen who came to our house were very professional and courteous. They performed their work in a polite and friendly manner. I would highly recommend anyone with mold-testing issues to use their services.

My wife and I were very pleased with the professional manner in which the survey was conducted and their willingness to explain and answer our question during the survey. The final report was very thorough with options and suggestions for follow up. We would strongly recommend this company to anyone in need of a air quality survey.
