A Story I and my entire family will never forget. NAL will work with anyone and everyone. However the company treats you as there only customer, polite, professional,,precise and exacting. NAL wont stop until they find the results! 24/7 365 unbeatable, phone only rings half ring and someone is always there to help, Needed help with highly toxic chemicals in home and cars, including exotic rare but deadly mold/ fungus apparently from west Africa, no-one from the medical field would test for that life saving detail , (hospital, pathologist etc,.... eg:, I called the CDC (anthrax hotline and normal disease help desk), I WAS TOLD TO CALL AN EXOTIC DISEASE CENTER. I CALLED TWO, IN BUCKS COUNTY PA, BOTH SET UP APPOINTMENTS FOR ENTIRE FAMILY WITH 103.2 TEMPS., FOUR WEEKS LATER BOTH CALLED BACK AT 5:00 PM ON A FRIDAY!, stating we are canceling your appointments the DOCTOR BELIEVES YOU AND YOU SICK FAMILY DO NOT NEED TO BE SEEN!!! both HOSPITALS, I WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM WITH ENTIRE FAMILY 5000.00 LATER NOTHING WRONG? I ASKED LATER IF THEY TESTED FOR FUNGUS ETC. " NO,,, WE DONT TEST FOR THAT! (NOW 10 WEEKS LATER AND 5 MORE OFFICE VISITS EACH, SPECIALISTS AND EVEN A CHILD HOSPITAL! AFTER THIS MEDICAL RUNAROUND EVEN NOW HAVE TO ASK TO BE SEEN AGAIN BY A CHILDS HOSPITAL AND HELP BY ONLY SOME DOCTORS OFFICES,.) NAL LABS SAID THEY WOULD BE RIGHT OVER!!. NAL IS AFFORDABLE! Mold Mildew Fungus and /or Chemicals a call the correct people/ company, it could save a life. i strongly believe NAL saved 3 lives, this day! Paul and Kim

MY ADVISE TO ANYONE WHO LOOKING FOR TESTING COMPANIES, BE CAREFUL AND CHOOSE WISELY. My wife started 2 months ago, 3 companies called us and we went with the first company who contacted us, they were cheaper after we spoke to the other 2. What a mistake. It was a nightmare, they weren't really an environmental testing company once I looked into it. We were lost with this company whose reviews talked mostly about duct-cleaning, remediation, etc., my mistake. I REQUESTED A TESTING COMPANY. We then contacted NAL East, opened 24 hours, good for me, I work crazy hours. What an amazing experience for both my wife and I, we were very nervous. They calmed us down and spoke to us showing their concern. NAL East made us much more relaxed and guided us until everything was addressed. NAL's inspectors had real certifications. We have a company cleaning it now using NAL's guidelines (guidance) for clean-up. NAL kept checking in on us as well. Perfect customer service, very knowledgeable, opened 24 hours also. Same day results. Using them now for another commercial building and our shore house. I would give them a 10 if I could.

Hired NAL East to test for mold at my elderly parents house that had a small amount of flooding from hurricane Sandy. They were very professional and were very understanding when we had to reschedule because of an emergency (my father had to be rushed to the hospital). Since Inspector Mark was already on his way to their house he asked if there was anything he could do to help. It was so nice and unexpected for him to offer. Two days later he came back and tested the entire house and I had the results the next day. I would highly recommend this company.

Spoke to 3 companies, NAL gave me the most information that was understandable. They had real certifications. They were available 24 hours a day. I had my full report with results the SAME DAY and Tony explained them to me at 2 AM, I work til midnight. We used them to inspect our office and we referred them to our property management division. Would highly recommend them. The staff I dealt with were great. Answered all my questions and concerns.

They were very professional and explained what they were doing. They gave me different \options and pricing as well.

They were wonderful. I actually used somebody that was cheaper at first, I ended up using them instead and it was much better. I have already recommended them.

They got the results a lot quicker than we thought. They were actually open late at night so we were able to get our report late at night. Everything was great with them. I'm a police officer so I'm up late at night, and actually people answered.
