( Jim and Mike) arrived on time and immediately started the process of removing the old furnace and installing the new one. Both gentle men were efficient and courteous. I really enjoyed the experience and couldn't have asked for better service.

Installers were on time everyday. Extremely nice & informative.

They were on time, worked in the pouring rain. Called for additional assistance on first day so job was completed within 48 hours promised even though there were weather delays. Explained how to use unit thoroughly and gave written instructions as well.

Our salesperson quit shortly after the sale, but information was not thorough. Installation went fairly smooth, but the chimney they left was hideous with pipes of various lengths sticking out a stone chimney.

We called and requested an estimate, and the gentlemen showed up on time. He really knew what he was talking about. I had two estimates for about the same amount of money, but I chose Garys because of the guy who gave the estimate - HE REALLY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING. When the time came to start the job, and workmen showed up, and they were polite, courteous, on time, and explained everything they were doing. Since we received the estimate, we had changed our minds a bit about what we wanted, and they were very responsive to the changes. It took them an extra day to complete the work because of our additional requests, but what can you expect. I should also mention how mindful they were about coming through our house and slipping plastic bags over their shoes. I can't say enough good stuff about Gary and Sons Incorporated.

They replaced an old steam boiler system with a modern efficient baseboard hot water system ni the middle of the winter.

Started at 7:30AM and was done at 12:30 PM. Worker did a great job.

It went well. Sales person came to my house right away and had a new furnace installed within 3 days.

Quoted in a timely manner. Price was fair (slightly higher than expected) Quality of the product was great. Service was great. The only person I had a problem with was the original salesman. We visited their showroom with a product in mind.. They were listed as a representative. The fit was very important and he was not too knowledgeable, but finally he called the manufacturer and got the information that we needed. From that point on it was a breeze.

Installed high-efficiency Peerless boiler & tank in mid-2011. Again, one of the selling points was that they stock all parts for any equipment they sell and install. Before the end of 2011, there were five service calls for no heat or DHW. On Xmas Eve, tech determined that a control module was defective, AND they did not have in stock. Told to wait until 12/26 for them to get part. Pleaded with them to find it somewhere, and ultimately a distributor rep had a spare in the trunk of his car. (BTW the house had 18 family members visiting for the holiday.) Continued to have problems in 2012. Finally, manufacturer rep and others did a major re-installation and set-up in mid-2012. Two months later, again there was no heat. Since re-install in 2012, there are 7 more incidents of loss of heat & DHW (to-date total is 16 complaints). During this latest record-breaking cold spell, we lost heat and we are in the 4th day without hot water waiting for a part that was promised earlier. This is the 3rd time that Gary & Sons did not have a part! We frequently make repeated calls for updates. Often we do not get a promised return call. Gary & Sons demonstrates a complete lack of respect or regard for our plight.

the lennox mini split cooled but did not remove the humidity in my home. we would get cold and clammy. i had to buy a free standing dehumidifier to aide the a/c unit. i contacted them. after checking the system out they said it was working fine. they then offered to install a whole house dehumidifier in my home for $3700.00. i had previously purchased a a/c unit a few years back at a home in huntingdon. it worked flawlessly on its own.

Had to replace our furnace to due a flood and have no complaints. Everyone was friendly and professional, they arrived when they said and the job done in a timely manor. The price seemed reasonable and they worked around our work schedules.

After complaining they made situation right.
