It went very well. They sized the furnace and provided the furnace and the necessities that I needed to install the furnace. when I completed the installation they promptly scheduled the startup and offered to sign me up for their annual maintenance program which included some extra benefits that I thought was very helpful.

On 9-26 the tech arrived on time, removed the old boiler, ran new venting and installed the new Bosch Modulating Boiler. The was polite and efficient as well as considerate of my time. This is the third time I have used this company. :)

No issues - completed as promised - a bit expensive project.

Steve Songer was great explaining the job to be done. Mike, Jim & David did a great job and were very easy to talk to. Worked well together.

Overall it was a very positive experience; one of the best I have had with HVAC sales, service and installation. Steve, the gentleman who does their sales, accommodated my schedule very well, and was extremely knowledgeable in the available systems and the benefits/drawbacks of each system. He was invaluable in determining the best system to go with given utility availability in our neighborhood. He had facts, figures, and data at the ready to show what the best options were, and all data was independently verifiable (sources for information were made available). After reviewing the options and discussing the cost/benefit of each item, I settled on the combination of air handler and heat pump that made the most sense for my location. It was much less anxiety-inducing than I thought it would be; Steve was very open and forthright with his input. Rather than simply pushing the ultra-high-end items, we reviewed the cost-benefit side, which made me very confident that we had the proper combination. About 3 weeks later, the equipment was in and we were ready to schedule the service. We scheduled a day that was suitable, and Matt (their installation technician) arrived on-time and ready to go. He had 2 assistants with him over the course of two days; I apologize that I don't recall their names. Matt and both assistants were always prompt, courteous, and professional without being overly stuffy. It's nice to be able to have a conversation without it being clinically sterile! They worked quickly, and had the majority of the equipment installed on the first day, including the fabrication of a custom base on which to mount the furnace. The second day was much like the first; they arrived within 2 minutes of their scheduled time, and were able to complete the installation (including setup of the control system) by noon that day. All technicians used shoe covers while in the home to prevent tracking water and dirt in from outside. If they had they had to leave the premises, they were sure to let me know departure time and anticipated return time. Everything was installed properly and to code, and everything was cleaned up to at least the same condition it was originally in (if not better). I also received follow up contact to make sure we were happy with the results of the installation and whether we had any questions regarding the overall process. Happily, we had no issues and everything was explained well enough that we did not need any additional visits or training. I would highly recommend Gary & Sons to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. There are many in this industry that are not as straightforward and knowledgeable, and that take shortcuts...Gary & Sons definitely go the extra mile, and it's worth every penny.

after the initial visit to determine unit sizes for each room, we were able to discuss type of hvac that would work best and set a date for installation.. on that date the workers arrives on time and ready to get to work. professional and courteous. took the time to show us how the remotes worked after the two units were installed.. I will definitely be calling Gary & Sons again too add one more unit to our master bedroom

They were extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Garry & Sons Inc installed my original furnace and did a stellar job then as well. At that time they also installed a new hot water tank too. Anytime I have had the need to contact them they have been very friendly, helpful, and prompt with service calls. The staff is outstanding.

They proposed a new system and I plan to have them install it in the future.

This is the second time Gary & Sons has done a major project for us. The techs were on time, considerate and efficient. Within 2 days, my job was completed to my satisfaction. They were outstanding and answered all my questions.

Sales talk, real smooth, watch out. They never told me about high prices of the REQUIRED service checks for heater AND air. They have been here numerous times telling me I have a leak in my air conditioning lines, though they never fix it, or if they do, it is not done correctly. They know I have leaks, but told me they didn't bring the proper items to fix it. Then they said it is fixed, it is not. I have had it recharged every year since purchase. This is not typical. Another company stated that I have oil leaking, if this continues, it will ruin the compressor. The owner said, well, it seems you have someone else helping you. This other company, gave me their diagnosis, not doing anything to void my warranty. Gary's will not make this right. It is clearly an installation problem that they keep putting band-aids on. At least 3 recharges, repair gas leaks, blower motor went in the dead of winter with a baby in the house, still smell gas... all with a very poor attitude of owners and receptionist. Servicemen were nice, though not convinced of knowledge of system. $8,500.00 down the drain. Don't gorget, even if they are here to repair something, it won't count that they were here, you MUST have your service checks (hidden costs... beware) This is solely my opinion.

The experience from sales to installation were professional and priced reasonably. Could have been more tidy in wash areas within the home.

Our central air wasn't working 5/26. Repair got rerunning, but it did same problem again. Another repairman came again, compressor shot. Sales rep came late evening sold us one, had 1 in stock & team available 5/27 to install. They came on time & completed removal of old & installation of new in satisfactory time.

I called Gary & Sons for a whole home AC they responded quickly and in a few days were looking over my house to get a scope of the job. They are the best.

They same in and evaluate looked at it and donated what the problem was, it did not work came back again looked at it worked on it again and it still doesn’t work wright after 1120, 00 paid out.

They arrived on time, immediately started the job finished early and cleaned up all messes. Friendly and professional.

The crew arrived at scheduled times worked efficiently over z days and were the consummate professionals.

We were in bed and our 2 dogs were barking. The old furnace was not working right. We were in the tractor were certain dioxide was all in the tractor. We are lucky to be alive.

Return calls were prompt, salesman at home within 2 business days. All questions answered. Financing offered & explained new furnace. Work done in one day. No complaints or problems during the entire process. Absolutely excellent company.
