Brett S. called me within a minute of posting on Angie's List for a home inspection. He walked me through exactly what to expect from him. He delivered beyond expectation and was very professional and polite. Highly recommend him. He provided a very thorough report the same day with pictures and suggestions.

I'm so glad I chose Buyers Eyes Home Inspections, LLC. Brett made it to the house I'm buying early for our appointment. He was very thorough and professional, taking his time to check EVERYthing. My knowledge of manufactured homes is limited and finding an Inspector with that kind of experience was important to me. Brett found that the home was not strapped to any anchors at all! The Seller was shocked because it should have been strapped when the builder installed the home on the land 9 years ago. That area had just suffered a tornado almost 4 months ago and many homes in the community were severely damaged and somehow this house suffered only minor damage to the skirting. It could have been so much worse due to not being anchored. The rest of the of his inspection found some less serious issues throughout the rest of the exterior and interior. The inspection reports I received are well done and with photos showing the issues he noted. My expectations were exceeded and I highly recommend Buyers Eyes Home Inspections.

Brett was very helpful and patient, this inspection took place in an occupied dwelling and he worked around furniture and boxes to perform the work. The resulting report while what it said about the property was disappointing the report itself was well done.

Brett was a great inspector and person in general. Very knowledgeable about all facets of the house, and we ended up rescinding our offer due to the damage he found that we did not see originally. The report was well done and very thorough, 50 pages long with pictures. Great price for the money saved by not buying the house.

Brett and his wife were very courteous and knowledgeable. They accommodated our inspection on a weekend. They explained everything that we asked about. They also went ahead and performed preliminary termite & mold inspection and saved us costs on performing additional detailed inspections for the above. We encourage homeowners to ask a lot of questions and take advantage of the inspector's knowledge. Their reporting could be better and more lucid. I am sure they are good and very knowledgeable and you benefit by being there during inspection. However, the report needs embellishment and quality control. They need to color code defects/repairs for an easy visual interact for potential home buyers. Other than that, great guys and great to work with them.

It was a pleasure working with Brett. He did a good job of explaining issues that he found, and the report and pictures that he provided made it easy for us to identify what we would ask the Sellers to repair. Brett was also available after the inspection when we had some follow-up questions.

Brett was very professional, very thorough, and flexible with his scheduling to meet our needs (which were a bit unreasonable but he did not hesitate). Brett from Buyers Eyes Home Inspections was simply awesome right from start. Highly professional and meticulous, he is an immense help to a buyer. He is punctual to the dot, goes over everything mechanical, structural and electrical (from roof to basement) with a comb. What an experience! Brett was so knowledgeable and was able to explain to me as a first time home buyer everything I needed to know before purchasing my home!
