Brett came out on time. We needed a home inspector ASAP, and he was nice enough to come out on short notice. He was thorough in what we needed him to do. He explained what was wrong. I highly recommend this company.

Brett is a super nice guy. He was coming in for an inspection for the attic and roof only, before we submitted a bid for a condo. But after the job was done, he also did a walk through inspection of the whole unit, and gave us a lot of advice beyond the attic and roof. Much Appreciated!!!!

I wanted a foundation check only for my mortgage company and he checked out other things. I was only neefing a foundation check. Y did he come through my housr and find fault on things that had nothing to do with foundation. Just asking. Very nice person but didnt need this on his report. Foundation passed thats all we needed...
