They took off their shoes and made sure to put blankets down to keep my house clean and made sure that everything was 110% correct before signing off on the entire project. During a storm, the lights flickered and on about the third flicker, the back-up generator kicked on and ran for about less than 10 or 15 minutes. It was not an extended failure, however I experience no down time due to loss of power. It seems to work fine!"
