These guys are great. They do what they say they will do. They arrive when they say they will AND.....they are very courteous and helpful.

Installation was excellent. Continued maintenance and service are great. Rinker provides personal ongoing service. Rinker treats you as one of their family. They know who you are when you talk to their staff.

Rinker is professional, prompt, and conscientious in their work. They did an excellent job for us and when they finished we were delighted with how everything looked.

Josh and the Rinker crew were all extremely professional from the initial quote. I explained what I was looking for and Josh was able to give a few different options and professional opinion on what would work best and why. The installation team was also excellent!! They took off their shoes and made sure to put blankets down to keep my house clean and made sure that everything was 110% correct before signing off on the entire project. Each person in the crew worked excellent with each other and could tell the enjoyed their work. An excellent team and product! I am very happy with my decision and would highly recommend.

Not very well! A much more thorough job was done the previous year! I did not get new batteries for my two remotes, and he dropped his drill on my dresser gauging it a bit! A lot of money for not great service!

I have been looking for a competent affordable company to install a mini split system in my home. Got 4 estimates and went with this company. It turned out to be a seamless experience the price was the lowest but that didn’t effect the quality of the installation or the installers that did the work which by the way we’re experienced. professionals and personable. I am very pleased with the install and would recommend this company highly. If your looking for a mini split system this company is a one stop shopping choice.

“Lee” from Rinker did an excellent job of routine maintenance on our ductless air conditioning system. Prompt, Professional and Perfect workmanship

Spectacular!!!! I shopped around a few companies to purchase and install zone heating and cooling in my house. Rinker was hands down the best. From the initial consult, to the install, and even follow up questions almost a year later, everyone is attentive, polite, and professional. While they are slightly, and I mean slightly, more expensive than some competitors, the cost difference is more than justified by the quality of the product and the service. Not to mention, switching from electric baseboard heat all over my house to 1 Mitsubishi unit on each floor (2 total) has saved me so much money!!! An actual electric bill last year hit $900 for 1 month. The same month this year with the new set up was only $176!!! The monthly savings, plus the various tax credits and rebates are more than justifying the switch. Stop looking, call Rinker today before you get hit with another ridiculous heating bill this winter!

I called for an estimate and Devon came the next day, exactly when he said he would. He answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions when I wasn't sure what would work for my house. The day after this, I received a detailed estimate and I called to make an appointment for the work. Devon and Shane came exactly when they said they would, and the work was completed quickly and with a high level of professionalism. They even put light bulbs in the new fixtures. Also, they are very pleasant folks, courteous, professional and highly skilled. Shane even repaired a too-large outlet opening left by my sheet rocking crew. He didn't have to do that, but when he saw that even an extra-large cover wouldn't hide the gap, he asked me if I had scrap sheet rock, then he filled in the flaw for me. I wouldn't hire anyone else for electrical work. The cost was reasonable, they kept their appointments meticulously, and they did neat and careful work. My house is safe in their hands.

The two installers were extremely professional, personable, reliable and efficient. From the first visit for the purpose of the estimate to the completion of the job, everything went smoothly.

Very good. Tested before they left. Neat and clean. Power has not gone off so we hope it works when it does however every week it turns on as it should. No complaints, very happy, and would recommend using them without hesitation.

They did not inform me prior to coming out that there would be a $75 dollar per hour charge to give an estimate and complete the paperwork for the permit. Before they started the work they wanted a deposit. I paid the deposit. Then they sent me an additional bill, that I paid. When I wanted them to come back to complete the wiring of the baseboard heaters, I wanted one electrician rather than two, because there were so few left to wire. I asked that they come back on a Monday. I was told I would get a response in approximately 30 minutes. I requested this in a email on Wednesday and I never received a response until 7 am on Monday from the electrician who was supposed to come out. He told me I had not paid the additional deposit requested. I had not agreed to pay the deposit for additional work. They wanted $1000 and I didn't think there was that much work left. I volunteered to pay $500 dollars as a deposit, and would pay additional money if the work went beyond that amount. Because I had not received a response for 5 days, I told them I was going to hire another electrician. They then went and changed the value of the work on the permit. And this resulted in a $150 price deduction. They then sent me another bill, stating that I had been charged $187.50 for the estimate and paperwork for the permit, instead of refunding this money to me. I was also being charged $75 per person for traveling to and from the job. I was being billed for travel time. In addition, when the owner came out to give me an estimate, he thought I need $7,000 or $8,000 dollars work of work. I had no intention of continuing with them because the estimate was so high. I had the work started because it was so cold, and I needed the baseboard heaters attached. The original permit was $300. The cost of the permit after adjusting for the reduced value of the work completed was $150. Then he added the $187.50 for the estimate and getting the paperwork. My math would say I am entitled to $150 refund, but he wants to send me a check for $12.50. I was charged $187.50 for trips, paperwork for city hall, time and proposed work that was not included on the original bill. I am giving them an A for the Quality because the work was done correctly, and an A for Punctually, because they did come on time. For me professionalism giving the customer all the information upfront, so I am giving them a D. I will never use them again.

Job went well, no major difficulties.
