it took him months to ffinally come to my house. email after email and no reply. finally he came to the house, told me the issues and left. never responded to requests for the masonary work that needed done even though he advertised that my package came with a masonary credit.

They did sweep the chimney but I think they were trying to up-sell some other products while they were here. The work was done well, though. There was a masonry credit if there was work done, and although he gave me a quote for some work that could be done, but it wasn't necessary.

Kyle from Complete Chimney came to service and inspect my chimney and fireplace insert. Kyle was very professional and courteous, and did an excellent job with the cleaning. I could tell that he enjoyed his job and was very proud of the work he did. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything that he was inspecting and cleaning so I understood. He was happy to answer any questions I had about the chimney or the operation of my stove. The communication and ease of contacting Complete Chimney was also a plus. It has been very difficult contacting other service providers and getting punctual and professional service in the Southern Poconos/Upper Lehigh area. I would fully recommend this provider to anyone.

It was a very difficult installation but they work in extreme temperatures ( 5-15 degrees from 11 am to approximatley 730 in the evening, for two days straight). In the end they were able to solve my issue and I am a satisfied customer.

I was desperate for help. I live in the Lehigh Valley and already had an estimate from a local liner company, but they wouldn't return my phone calls. Another company I called said it was too difficult a job. So I joined Angies list to ensure I'd have a professional, quality job. It was a Saturday and Complete Chimney answered the phone! Not only that, Mike and his son came that same day to give me an estimate. Their work was meticulous and they cleaned up afterwards. These guys specialize in difficult chimney work.

We faced a very difficult project since our Chimney was struck by lightning earlier this year which destroyed the entire Chimney from the roofline up, damaged the roof and cracked the original lining. After much consideration and several estimates obtained from other Chimney, and Masonry companies I decided to go with Complete Chimney. I reviewed some of the work Complete Chimney did for other customers impressive. I found the attention to detail and vested interest in insuring the job was done properly with quality workmanship along the lines with my expectations. Mike and team arrived on site in a timely manner to discuss our requirements for this project. I was shown all the professionalism and courtesy that I expected. A complete onsite inspection of the damage was provided and discussed a few different options including a complete Chimney rebuild. After consideration I decided to go with a rebuild from the roof line up and cover the entire Chimney with MFG Stone Veneer. The team arrived on site to begin the work, I found the team courteous and respectful of my property through the entire project. Shoes were removed whenever they needed access to the Chimney from inside my home which I appreciated, and I was advised on the work to be performed each day and every step of the way. Mikes son Kyle and team performed most of the stone veneer work with Mike supervising the job, the workmanship was excellent, especially considering less than ideal weather conditions at times. In addition installation of the high quality Olympia liner was done well, and a functional Chimney cap was installed at the end. The damaged roof was repaired and shingles were replaced where necessary. End results exceeded my expectations, the Chimney looks beautiful and functional. I plan to have Complete Chimney back in the spring to perform some additional work to cover the brick in front of my house to match the Chimney. In summary I would not hesitate to contact Complete Chimney for any Chimney work you need done.

He came out right on time and we're so happy that we choose him. He was punctual, professional, and kind. He presented us with a lot of information and helped us choose the best options.

I called Mike Kozlansky about a leak in my chimney which traveled inside my attic. Mike responded to my phone call within 24 hours he came to my house,told me exactly what and how he would repair the chimney. Mike is exceptionally professional and informative.does what he says he's going to do and stands behind his work.In my opinion if you need Mr.Kozlansky for any work, you would be foolish not to retain his services.You will never be sorry.

Mike, the owner of Complete Chimney Service showed up to my home, exactly when he said he would. He assessed the situation, left to get supplies and came back. He and his worker worked throughout the day and into the evening hours. They were very professional and respectful. When they were done for the day, they cleaned up the entire work area and promised to be back early in the day to finish the job. The next morning he along with his helper returned to complete the job. The entire experience was pleasant. I found Mike and his staff to be reliable, dependable, trustworthy and respectable. He explained what had to be done along with all of our choices. At no point in time did he try to talk us into a bigger job but instead guided us as to what was best for the house. All through the job Mike, along with his staff continued to explain what they were doing as they were doing it. The work was completed, expertly, in less time than anticipated. I would definitely recommend Complete Chimney Service to anyone for all their chimney and masonry needs. All in all, was an excellent experience.

It went very well. One of the flews had complex angles. Mike made a custom stainless steel flew to fit perfectly. He brought sample brick to us for approval. They were a near perfect match even though our old brick was more than 20 years old. He and his crew were very polite and conscious of protecting our property from any damage caused by the reconstruction. That was not easy since we have bushes as tall as the roof and extended more than five feet from the walls. Clean up was extraordinary. Instead of using heavy equipment which could have damaged our lawn, Mike and his crew hand carried five gallon buckets of debri to his vehicle on the driveway. This was about 100 feet up an down steep steps. In fact, everything was hand carried back and forth, up and down. I can't tell you how many times I had to spend hundreds of dollars to repair lawn and plants after a construction crew left our home. I was blown away when he brought a matress and pillows to the site. He used them to drop the debri from the chimney which saved the lawn. Clean tarps were used to protect the living room carpet. A quiet vacuum was inserted into the flews to prevent dust from getting inside our home. The work was highly professional and artistically pleasing to the eyes. Wow! He was never satisfied unless the work was done with quality and functionality. He kept me advised of scope, requirements, and progress of the job. That helped me understand more about the quality of work and materials being put into the my chimneys that I wanted to last the rest of my life and longer.

It was a pleasure doing business with Mike,he started the repair work when he stated and finished the very next day. Iwas completely satisfied with Mike andhis crew. They wereprofessional. courteous,and accomadating.

Mike started on time exactly when he said he would and finished exactly when he said he would. Because he had to tear down the chimney and replace the flue, I assumed it would be a big ordeal, but he worked so well and efficiently I hardly even knew when he was working. I am very pleased with the finished product, it is obvious that Mike does good work, the chimney looks great. Mike also patched up my roof in certain places and helped me find someone that would fix my leaky flat roof . Mike's also a very professional person and tries to be accommodating as possible. I would recommend him to anyone who needs chimney work or masonry work done.

Mike came out to the house to give me an estimate around 8/24/12. The initial work was scheduled to be completed on 8/28/12 but between weather, my work and some vehicle issues he had .... the work was not completed until 10/9/12. Once Mike and his co-worker arrived on site they began to work on the chimney. They were professional and respectful of the property the entire time. I honestly did not think they could complete the entire job in one day but Mike is very good at what he does and his finished product shows. I feel much safer in my home now and would like to thank Mike for a job well done!

Michael the chimney mason was reasonably priced, pleasant, and reliable. He did exactly what he said he would do with professionalism and courtesy. He responded positively to all requests and cleaned up after himself.
