 + -1 moreJim and Jimmy were wonderful! They arrived early and were very courteous when we told them we could not accomodate them right away. They took their time throught their service and our white carpets (beat up by 4 kids and 2 dogs) came out looking almost new. There were a few older pet stains they could not get, but were SO much better than any service we had before (Sears, Stanely, etc). Will absolutely use them again!

Description of Work: Jim and another man came and cleaned all the carpets in my new townhouse! It is new to me but actually, it was a move out.  + -1 moreJim returned my initial phone call very promptly, provided an accurate quote over the phone, and was able to schedule my cleaning within the week, according to my schedule. They arrived exactly on time, and were courteous and professional. When asked if they could add an area we had not discussed, this was no problem. They took measures to protect my home from cleaning equipment. I was amazed by how clean my carpets were when they were done! Even very stubborn "kid" stains were gone (marker, etc.). I plan to call again to clean the remaining areas of the home!

 + 0 moreJim and his son were very pleasant and professional. I originally called and left a message and Jim returned my call in an hour and gave me an estimate over the phone. I was able to get an appointment in a week. When he arrived, I wanted additional areas cleaned and that was no problem. The had plastic protectors they put against wall corners to protect the paint from the hose. They left me with plastic booties to use until the carpet was dry the next day as well as a bottle of spot cleaner. I will use them again.
Description of Work: I had the carpet runner on my stairs cleaned, a bedroom, sitting room, runner, 2 small area rugs and a large area rug spot cleaned. In addition, I had the grout and tile on a bathroom floor cleaned and the grout resealed. The stairs and two rooms were $144, tile and grout $75 and area rugs and spot cleaning $25. I thought the prices were very good.

They are extremely careful to ensure that furniture, floors, stairs, and walls are not damaged during the cleaning process. Our carpets get a lot of traffic, but every time Jim & Chuck leave - our house looks brand new again. I would absolutely recommend them and their services for anyone looking for affordable carpet cleaning professionals!

Description of Work: Jim Sturgeon has cleaned my carpets for several years now and does an excellent job. He is always prompt and always courteous. He now has another man working with him and he is also very nice. About 3 weeks ago, Jim accidentally broke a vase and felt terrible for it. He noticed that I collect little turtle boxes, etc. and saw the vase had little turtles on it. He stopped by the house the other day, and bought me a beautiful turtle box to add to my collection with a hand-made card tht had a turtle painted on it. The vase didn't cost much and I had told Jim that, but he nevertheless felt badly. He is so thoughtful and I really appreciated his going the extra mile for me. I've always been pleased with his work, and now I'm even more pleased with his character! I'd recommend him to anyone!
