Description of Work: Had me sign an estimate for a water line replacement in October and when I call and leave messages for Scott Horn won't return calls.

Description of Work: On Friday 5/23 I was away from home for less than 2 hours - when I came back it was raining inside in my eat-in kitchen. A pipe had burst behind the drywall between the 1st and 2nd floor and had completely soaked 2 walls and the ceiling, with water running down the walls and into the basement ( luckily our basement is not finished so it was a lot easier to clean there ). I immediately turned off the main valve, drained the pipes and thought I am in big trouble because it was lunchtime on a Friday, before Memorial Day, and right after the horrible rainstorm/hail we had the day before. I called a contractor I had used before - unfortunately they couldn't solve my problem that day, but advised me to call Horn. I called a second building company whose owner I knew from our community Little League events, and he also referred me to Horn. So I called Horn and I was not very optimistic, but they were very understanding of my situation ( didn't want to spend a holiday weekend with no running water or toilets with 2 small kids ) - and they did an amazing job at finding someone who could come to my house later that afternoon. About 2 hours later Scott arrived at my house - he called half an hour prior to being there to let me know he was on his way. He was able to replace the defective pipe and fixed a couple more things, and kept the work site very clean - and made sure to clean again when he was done. I was extremely happy to have the problem fixed so quickly, and I would like to mention that the work was done in a timely manner - which meant we did not go past 4pm which would have been considered overtime with a 50% increase in pay; and they honored a $25 coupon they have on their website. I don't know of many companies who would not try to take advantage of you/rip you off when you have an urgent problem like mine. Honestly I thought that I will have a shock when they will send me the bill - however the bill came and it was extremely correct and fair. I have since discovered a couple more things that need a plumber's attention, so I called Horn again and scheduled Scott to come back tomorrow Wed. 6/18/14. My experience with this company was excellent, and I will use them again.
