Kevin's wife was very responsive, returning my call immediately after a holiday weekend. They both showed up as promised and within minutes were able to identify the problem with our refrigerator. Instead of a potentially costly repair, they suggested we invest the money into a new purchase. Highly recommend!

She was great to talk to. She said that they advise their folks that if the cost service is much and then the age of the dryer, it is better to get a new dryer. They were not even after fixing it. They said that if it is going to cost more than this then get a new dryer. I decided to get it fixed because it was under that threshold. I would definitely use them again because they were honest and they were very responsive. She e-mailed me back right away. She said all the information. She did not try to sell me on anything. They are just a good, honest people to work with.

I called to see if provider could assist with my Whirlpool stacked washer/dryer. During every spin cycle, regardless of load size, the tub is off balance. I was asked the age of the appliance and was told the avg lifespan is 7-10 years. Mine is 8 years old. Then I was told I would need a new machine. Finally, I wad "schooled" in how to load my washer. Despite the fact that I have been doing laundry for 25+ years, this was the "customer service" I received. No offer to come and at least look at the machine to see if it was a simple repair or if in fact I did need a new machine. I'm not sure how a call requesting service turned into a home economics lesson. I read similar reviews but wanted to give the provider the benefit of the doubt -everyone has a bad day once in awhile -well thank you Kevin Harner for ruining mine!

They did a great job. They came before they said they were going to. The man has 30 years of experience. Very enthusiastic. Would reccommend them for any older machines. Even gave a 1 yr. warranty on repairs.

It was great working with them. I called them and they knew right away what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. They gave me a quote over the phone (which did not change later, that quote is what I paid) and we set up a time for them to come. They were here within 15 min that appointment time and they called before they left so I knew they were on their way. They had already asked me what model my frig was so they had the parts with them. They were finished with the repair in about 30 mins. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else and also I will call them again for any appliance repairs.

I called and answered right away with a live voice. explained water dispenser leak. understood problem and said they would call back in 2-3 days for appointment as soon as proper replacement part that was ordered came in. Part came in 3 days. They called and appt was set up. On day of appt they called early to see if they could come earlier than appt time. I was not home to receive call. As soon as I arrived home, called back to say OK. They said they went on to another appt in the meantime and would be slightly late. No problem. I understood. They arrived, removed and replaced dispenser water valve in 15 minutes tops. Job done. Can't ask for more.

They came during the time frame I was told they would and went right to work on the repairs. They had a complex repair to perform because the stove required installation of a new control panel along with the oven sensors. Both the ovens now work perfectly, and I'm very pleased with their service. Before they left, I mentioned something about the disposal being in need of repair. Kevin looked at it to see if it could be repaired quickly even though the service call did not include the disposal. I very much appreciated his advice about the disposal along with the work done on the ovens. It is also notable that they warned me that the cost to repair the ovens would be high and to think about it before engaging their service. I was very impressed with their being upfront about the cost so that I wouldn't have to pay for a service call if I decided not to have the repairs done. Bottom line -- I would definitely recommend Kevin Harner's repair service.

Available within 24 hours, to my schedule. Called when on his way. Very personable. Reasonable. Thorough. Left room cleaner than when he started!

This is a husband and wife team that are all business; they come to do a job and they do it VERY well. In my opinion, they are honest and their prices are fair: If your appliance is not worth fixing they will tell you... they are obviously NOT looking to cheat you for an expensive repair that in the end might be for naught. I HIGHLY recommend them and will call them again in a hearbeat! Be warned, if you are looking for a friend, these are not the people to call... they come to do a job, they are swift and efficient .

Mrs Harner first suggested something we could try, which I thought was wonderful because if it had worked, it would have solved our problem with no service call needed. Unfortunately, it did not work, so we called them back. They were at our house in no time at all. They could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, or helpful. Our refridgerator needed a new circuit board, and within a very short time, the circuit board was installed and the refridgerator was working again. I will definately call them again for any future appliance repairs. Highly Recommended!

Everything went very well. They were very prompt and reasonable.

My first time trying to use a provider from Angie's List. I called on Sunday and was pleased to receive a phone call back on Sunday (which left a good impression) but unfortunatly I missed the call. I called on Dec 1, and briefly stated my issues with my Washing Machine. It won't agitate, we tried the trick with resetting the motor by unplugging the cord and lifting the lid, that didn't work and we also tested the fuse and it's ok - so hitting the limits of our knowledge we called this firm hoping their good reviews would help us to have a fixed machine! So i called back on Dec 1, and spoke to a woman. I offered to give her my model # of my machine and that it was a GE Profile and mentioned the above items. She didn't take the model # and instead I was told very rudly that GE washers are a piece of junk, that top load washers are pieces of junk, and that it might be the control panel atop the motor and that it would cost over $300 to fix and I just needed to get another machine and a different brand and a front loader not a top loader. I love this style of machine, took a long time selecting it and it was one of the more expensive models at that time in the GE Profile line when i bought it less than 5 years ago. I am willing to pay even the amount of a new machine to have it fixed because it has the features that I wanted in it that upon a quick google search i didn't easily find in most machines today, but their attitude was clearly that they did not want the business to fix it. I think that's a first for me that they weren't even willing to come take a look at it or even give me the option to get it fixed. Sometimes even if it costs more to get something new - that dosen't mean you should be forced into it. If you find what you like and want it fixed, you should be able to fix it. I'll find someone else to fix it.

Excellent.replacement of a defective drive in less than 20 minutes...very helpful and knowledgable. Personable and very ready to explain why the machine needed repair and what to expect in the future concerning repair/replacement of the unit. I was blown away by their efficiency and professionalism... I will use them from now on!

He called to let me know he was on route and once at the house straight to the dryer to replace the belt he also gave advice on cleaning the bottom of the fridge to save energy and give a longer life to the fridge

When I called, to make an appointment, Karen made several suggestions to troubleshoot the problem to avoid having to make a service call--I was beginning to think they didn't want the business! ;-) When I insisted that, aside from the current overheating problem, my almost 20-year-old dryer really did need general cleaning and maintenance, Karen explained the base service call price and subsequent estimate procedure, and I was able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. Karen called 20 minutes before the beginning of the scheduled 2-hour window to let me know they were on their way, and she and Kevin arrived right on time. They took my dryer apart and discovered that, in addition to a build-up of lint in the internal exhaust vent (down below the filter, where you can't reach it), the thermostat was disintegrating. They cleaned everything and replaced the thermostat. Kevin and Karen were prompt and professional. I have an innate curiosity about how things work that I don't normally get to see, and they didn't mind my watching them work. They explained everything they were doing, made suggestions for keeping my dryer working, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Responded quickly when we left message. Gave good theory as to the problem and steps to take before they came. Called 20 minutes before they arrived to give us an alert. Worked quickly and efficiently and engaged us in the process so we knew what was being done and the costs and time involved. Fixed problem and charged a fair rate and equal to the estimate. They were very nice and customer centered. Would highly recommend them.

Kevin and his wife were able to diagnose the problem with my dryer. They had the part needed with them and were able to fix it. Their price was reasonable. I'll be calling on them again in the future when needed.

Kevin and his wife were.great. They were very responsive to my call and very quickly were able to diagnose my problem. They didn't have the part I needed with them but ordered it and came back in two days and had my problem fixed in short order. Their price was very reasonable and it was a pleasure interacting with them. Overall, an excellent experience. I'll be calling on them again in the future when needed.

He came out twice in 2 weeks. Once to fix my dryer and again to fix my refrigerator. He was right on time and did a great job. Very pleased so far.

Kevin and his assistant (his wife) were punctual, quickly identified the problem and had the repair parts with them. They were in and out quickly, the repairs done to our satisfaction. We also thought their charges were quite reasonable.

Very pleased with the prompt service, reasonable price and great attitude of this husband and wife team!! They exhibited the kind of friendly service you just don't find anymore. They came out within 20-minutes of our appointment window; (they also called in advance). Kevin assured us it was a minor problem, (the last repair on the ice maker was done incorrectly which caused the water to overflow and freeze in the ice receptical). They diagnosed the problem and promptly made it right with a minor part and proper installation. I can see why they have all straight As on their reviews. I will heartily recommend them to anyone in the area and use them again when needed. Thanks Harners!!

Came the next day after I contacted them. They were on time. Reasonably priced. Recommended that I might rather buy a new stove then fix it do to cost of the parts and age of the appliance. First time I have use their services and I will use them again in the future. Recommend them highly.

The appointment went very well. The husband and wife team worked quickly to diagnose the issue as not being very serious. They had to take the dryer apart to get to the vent, but it was clear Kevin knew what he was doing. I would definitely use them on my next appliance repair job.

Called the company on Wednesday to make an appointment for Friday. They were punctual, in and out of the house in about 1/2 an hour. They replaced the heating element on a Samsung dryer.
