We couldn't ask for better service. I emailed them, they contacted us and responded the same day and fixed the problem in no time.

I called yesterday morning and told Karen about the problem with my refrigerator. She was able to schedule an appointment for the afternoon the same day. She and Kevin arrived on time and were able in a short time to have it running well again for the $65.00 service fee. They told me how to avoid having the same problem happen again. I will call the Harners for any appliance repairs I may need.

Called Kevin Harner. Fortunately for me they were nearby. I met them at the house. They quickly assessed the situation. Ice cube maker needed replacing. They had one on the truck, pulled the old one, installed the new one, and checked water flow. It is back working. The Harners were both very personable and professional. Very pleased, Would use them again and highly recommend them.

These folks really understand customer service. We certainly did not expect our ice machine to be fixed the same day and I'm sure they can't always respond to calls this quickly but they will do their best to fit you in fast. We believe their prices are fair and that they provide wonderful professional customer service. They will be recommended to all my neighbors and friends

The Harner team was prompt and actually was able to schedule my repair visit earlier than expected. Unfortunately they could not repair the specific malfunction that I had but they were very professional, prompt and courteous.

This husband and wife team is GREAT. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They go above and beyond to provide great customer service. When we set up our appointment for the refrigerator, we also had a question about our dishwasher. It was a brand they did not have a lot of experience with, but they took the brand and model number and researched it before they got here and were able to answer our question. They also were great in accommodating our schedule. THAT is service!

The woman was rude and clearly lacked basic social skills. There was little evidence of customer centered service. Very unprofessional.

The entire experience was great. I called Monday morning and by 3:00 the same day my fridge was fixed. This husband/wife couple were pleasant and professional. I received a call when they were running late, with an apology. I definitely recommend them.

Wonderful experience today with the Harner's. They called to say they were on their way and arrived right on time. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They had all the required parts to do the repair and completed the job in a timely manner. My 29 year old Maytag dryer is now purring like a kitten. Like clockwork. They took out the old unit and installed the new one in about 15 minutes, if that. It would have taken me all afternoon to do it. They even took the old unit with them. They were knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. I would use them again.

Called the company on Friday and the problem with the refrigerator was diagnosed over the phone and the issue explained clearly, They come Monday morning at the time promised and quickly fixed the refrigerator, They answer calls from 8 am to 7 pm, so had no problem contacting them. We have a service contract on the appliance and called when it was running extremely loudly. The service provider who returned our call the next day was only able to make an appointment a week away and did not leave a phone number. When it did not cool the next evening I called Kevin Harner who responded immediately with a phone call. The husband and wife team came the next morning (Saturday), diagnosed and corrected the problem. They explained each step of the repair, the likely cause, and the fact that this may not solve the problem in the long-term. He explained what the next step would be if it recurred and suggested we monitor the temperature in the refrigerator and freezer compartments. A drop in the temperature would indicate that a part would need to be replaced. We were pleased that a repair service would come so soon as well as on a Saturday. Kevin and his wife make a great team. We plan to call them in the future if needed. Highly recommended!

Kevin and his wife arrived on time only 2 days after the major East Coast snow storm. Our area had a 28" snowfall and much of the area was not yet dug-out, but Kevin and his wife arrived bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and fixed the machine in about 10 minutes, with a smile. They had brought along the part they figured, from past experience, might be the problem, so doing the job was a piece of cake.

Excellent! The firm is owned by a husband-wife team. Both principals answered the service call within a hour or our call (due to a sudden cancellation). The two worked hand-in-hand and the diagnosis and repair went flawlessly. We were very impressed with the service and will now call on them as our primary appliance repair contractor.

Initially, we thought a bearing broke but Kevin discovered it was only a broken belt. He quickly installed a new belt which saved us a lot of money. We appreciated his honesty, professionalism and competence. Karen and Kevin are very personable and fair and definitely know their business. Most certainly, we would use their services again.

Our dryer broke first thing in the morning 2 days ago. We noticed it was spinning, but not heating. We did a lot of trouble shooting but nothing worked. I called for an estimate and they were quickly able to accommodate us first thing in the morning, perfectly around work schedules. They were even able to fix the element right then and there without waiting for another appointment. With young toddlers, that was such a blessing!

The Harners are timely, efficient, and reasonably priced. They arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. A repair was made on the spot by replacing a part. The dryer door was fixed and I have had no further issues.

Kevin and his wife Karen came to my house, calling before they came, at the exact time agreed upon. They immediately accessed the problem and looked for the solution. Upon finding the solution, the two returned to our home, and replaced the electrical plug and power box to our dryer. By using a universal power box, Kevin and his wife saved us the cost of purchasing a new dryer.

Kevin's wife was very responsive, returning my call immediately after a holiday weekend. They both showed up as promised and within minutes were able to identify the problem with our refrigerator.
